Cockroaches, bad food and dirty rooms.
We were staying in this hotel for 7 days with friends in august, and we didn't have a pleasant time at all. The problems started in the first night when our friends found a cockroach in the middle of their room. They told the problem at reception but they didn't do anything. On the 3rd night we found two cockroaches as well, they were crawling out of the drains. They gave us a bug spray and we had to cover the drains with cups and tissues. We managed to kill one and expected the housekeeping to clean and disinfect the bathroom but they only took the body and left the mess there. It was as gross as it sounds.
The food was not the best, there weren't may options. We could tell that they chose the lowest quality deli meat and cheeses for breakfast. The remaining food at breakfast was made into something else and was served at dinner. Dinner was okayish, we had more options to choose from.
The rooms were surprisingly big. The design was a bit outdated, it needs a renovation. I read that some guests had their stuff stolen, we luckily didn't have that problem. I recommend keeping your valuables in the suitcase hidden.
Overall I don't recommend this hotel, you're just wasting your money here. The only positive is that it's located 3 minutes from the beach, but that doesn't compensate for all the negatives. There are better options to choose from.

Staff was great, but had problem with people who cleaned the room.
Be careful with leaveng valuable things laying in hotel room. I know I cant prove anything, but I left my wallet on the table whole time I stayed there. In thoses days from my wallet was missing at least 300 euros. In first days I thought im just crazy, but after last day there was missing 100 euro bill. Then I was sure, that somebody is stealing. So I went to talk to manager about it. He said that they never had anything like that in 25 years. Only said that thats sad, that it happend. Started talking about how we enjojed Crete. But like -really?? If you say you never had anything like that why not do something now?had a feeling that its normal practise there
didnt want to make big scene, It was our last day there. But sooo disapointed in manager. You are manager, you have worker, that is stealing money from people that stays there, you have complains. Its not okey to do nothing. Escecially if you never had anything like that. I would imidiatly check who worked that day and deal with it. Even if you need to involve police.
Of course I will earn new money, but its not small amount. If my wallet is on the table-its not a charity money. So mad.
Im working hard for that money.
So sad that they decided to let it go. very disapointed and left with bitter feeling about whole trip.🥲

The rooms were not clean and the beds were uncomfortable. The room was also very old in our room we had a tv that looked like it was from the 70s we were surprised that it wasnt black and white. The only reason that it doesnt get 1 star is because of the food that was a little above average. Overall i think the hotel just needs a renovation.

Nice place if you want to experience bed bug bites and also bring some home as a souvenir.

The worst hotel I have ever been to. The price and location is good. The furniture is commensurate with the price, nothing to complain about. The big problem is the mattresses, which are totally unacceptable. Likewise, the hot water only works for a few hours, of which there is no information on booking nor does the hotel staff notify you. When we complained about it, the staff has given us a hot water schedule, which was not accurate at all. The wifi works horribly. The cleaning service has happened less times than agreed. In short, the information provided by the staff and some key elements such as mattresses and hot water make this hotel a bad choice to spend the holidays.

If you want to find something with the lower budget that's the option. The rooms looks old but they are clean. Water was cold 💧 so really hard to take a shower. Foods are good but really poor and nothing to suprise you really. Drinks will be OK if not a juices from the machine instead of bottle🙈 horrible taste. Swimming pool and bar looks ok. Close to the beach so that's good also. It was a nice time there to spend a week because we were travelling a lot. Won't recommend to stay longer. No animations nothing to do there in the evening at all.
