This is a very nice hotel, the staff is great, the room is clean, the food is good. The only thing is the bed which is not a good experience. I recommend visiting, and if you can, book a private pool, we love it AND there's an ocean view!

Nice place to rest with kids.

A very nice hotel. In need of some tarting up but coming straight out of a covid travel ban you have to appreciate these islands have been struggling so it will take them a while to fund it. Greece wont throw money at everything like Boris for the tax payer to pay back for decades 😂

I would say that is 3 star hotel. however, everything is quite good and clean, the food is quite delicious too.

The hotel is very nice, especially its staff and service is incredible! Also if you are not satisfied with the hotel/rooms itself, the hotel staff will make you laugh and smile every single day! I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and has air-conditioning. I got swimming pool next to my room, so I can swim and do sunbathing as much as I want. Food here is so good too. I highly recommend this place. 👍 #AllIWantIsGreece

Lovely pool and rooms (brilliant size for my husband and son). The overall look and feel of the hotel was great. The main point of disappointment was the service - none of It had the ‘how can we help’ approach (which you’d hope for, given the price) and none of the staff seemed like they wanted to be there. One of the best meals I have had in Greece. The service, environment, music and food was incredible. We left our 5 star resort to visit here for dinner and were blown away. Kudos to the ownership and team here for curating a truly unforgettable experience.

Really good 5 star hotel: large pools, excellent food, lot of nice personel, clean, no noise around a pool like in Turkey so you can really relax. Amazing stay at this hotel. Beautiful pools, bars and restaurants. Everything is very clean. The staff are very friendly. Convenient shop on site with a lovely lady greeting you each day. She was very helpful. And the food options in the restaurants and buffet were great. The children also had a lovely time. We did all inclusive and I would definitely recommend it.

This is a low 4 star hotel certainly not a 5 star as suggested. We stayed 10 days at the resort in June 2024. Avoid this hotel if you’re a couple and want a quiet holiday. Our stay at the hotel was really elevated by the very friendly and polite staff. Clearly well trained personnel and a nicely clean hotel. What a wonderful resort, the best we've been so far. Everything is excellent, the service is great, the rooms are very comfortable and all the resort is kept tidy and clean. Ideal for families with kids, the aqua park is simply amazing. Can't wait to come back next year!

Overall good hotel. Small but nice rooms, good food however menu is repetitive and smaller than before the covid pandemic. The service is very nice and helpful. The pool is huge and has a safe entrance for kids. Unfortunately water slides are on the other side of the hotel what is very inconvenient. Also there is not many daily activities for kids. We received a warm welcome and had a room with a communal pool. It was large, well equipped and very clean. The main pool was just huge and well-kept, with comfortable loungers on the edge of the pool. The food and drinks tasted good. It's by far the best resort I have ever visited. The service is exquisite and all the personel is very helpful.

Very attentive staff. Typical all inclusive food but still good. Restricted pool areas which limits where you can swim. Area outside hotel complex is scruffy especially car parking area which has overflowing refuse bins. All in all a good hotel with good staff. The a la carte evenings you pay to drink the all inclusive wine.

Really nice location, literally eating on the beach each day and the staff were lovely too. The food was a decent standard for a buffet and the olive oil night three course meal was delicious!

We had a 5 star service from the staff at this hotel who did all they could to make our stay in October 2017 memorable. The hotel is quite remote and quiet which suited us as we wanted a quiet week it is adults only, we had a junior sea front suite which was huge and spotlessly clean, it was cleaned twice a day morning and evening and even the towels were changed twice a day! A Lovely place 😊

I wasn't accomodating there but was nearby and spent an afternoon in the swimming pool. It's free, you just need to order something. They make a great Cretan salad.

Hotel is nice and clean,very good food in restaurant,staff lovely and helpful. Kids loved the pools. Very good for family break.

Nice hotel with great pools. Friendly service, clean rooms are surrounded by beautiful flowers, shrubs and trees. Very good location for discavering the western part of the island by a car. The only disappointment is the kitchen equipments. If someone wants to cook , let them forget about it.

Nice quiet complex with very nice staff. Pool facility and rooms always clean. In the immediate vicinity there are a few nice restaurants with direct views of the sea.

The staff was great. If its your first stop you have to adjust to the minimalism meets luxury and minimal all at once. It's an adjustment. Nothing a few extra linens can't sort out. You can spend your time poolside or on the water. It's more of a textured rubber sole pool shoe than a leather bottom, not that you couldn't... It's an easy rest before or after, but don't miss out on booking a few hotels...

Very relaxing (very quiet) place for young couples or the people who has reached the wisdom (because of age :). Lovely place to stay, small family run in quiet location. Rooms are spacious and clean. Basic but nowhere near as basic as some ive encountered in greece. Great swimming pool with space around it to enjoy the peace and quiet with a drink and a good book. Excellent bus service nust outside so you can get about easily. The famiky are lovely and cant do enough to make your stay as pleasant as possible...

Although I have heard good reviews about the hotel I did not happen to use it. Mainly, I will refer to the tavern Lefka which is located in the same place. In addition to the amazing natural environment with the arbors, I will focus on the wonderful cuisine, with dishes of special taste. The combination of these, with the constant concern of the Owner Nikos Vrouvakis how to take care of you, results...
