I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pangaia in Koufonisi, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The staff welcomed me with big smiles and a genuine willingness to assist with anything I needed.

The room was excellent, offering breathtaking views of the sea that made each morning a joy to wake up to. It was impeccably clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to enhance the beauty of the surrounding environment.

The breakfast served each morning was another highlight. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, with fresh, local ingredients that made each meal a delight.

The overall service at Pangaia is truly exceptional. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to ensure my stay was perfect. Their warm and welcoming attitude made me feel right at home.

We stayed a few days at Pangaia. The hotel is very well located, close to the beautiful cove-shaped beach, Finikas, and its restaurant.

We had a great stay in this very clean hotel with a very welcoming team.
The buffet breakfast is excellent, very pleasant with a view of the sea.
The room was spacious, with a large bed and a good mattress. The bathroom was also very nice.
Not far from other beaches, either on foot or by boat, and not far from the center: location = Perfect!
The room was beautifully decorated and spacious.
Only one small downside: the view of the sea is partial, due to the hotel’s orientation in relation to the shoreline.

Me and my husband had such a great experience that I couldn’t recommend it more! Amazing location close to the main beaches, beautiful decoration offering a Greek house experience at the same time they fully deliver on comfort, and last but not least the most amazing staff making you feel home at every moment.

Superb hotel, nicely located next to Finikas beach. We stayed in a premium suite and it was very spacious and the bed was super comfy (extra plus points). But what make this place special is the staff. From the moment we check-in till we check out they provided amazing service. We were picked up by free shuttle service, the check-in experience was amazing and super relaxed. They explained everything about the island to us during the check in. They booked us super nice restaurant for our anniversary, they gave us complimentary local wine for our anniversary, provided beach chairs and umbrella everyday and cheery on top they gave us a super nice gift at the end of our trip with local products. Highly recommend your stay here!

Pangaia Seaside Hotel in Koufonisi is the perfect place for a perfect holiday. The structure is wonderful, the rooms (better call them small houses) are beautiful and quiet. The common areas are very nice and the breakfast is superb. The staff is friendly, kind and always available to help and provide suggestions. I definitely recommend it.

Excellent breakfast with common dishes (e.g. ham & eggs, sausages,...) but also Greek homemade specialties which we loved!!!
A gorgeous beach with taverna (super food and drinks) right in front of the door - many other beaches as well as restaurants around the port are reachable with a short walk.
Here you can really regenerate from everyday life!

What can I say that hasn’t already been said. The most welcoming staff, attentive to ALL your needs. Beach towels, beach umbrella and chairs provided to ensure your time at the beach (which is a short walk from the hotel) is comfortable. Fabulous breakfast! Don’t forget to get out of the mid-day sun by visiting the beach taverna where the Greek delicacies are plentiful and delicious. I am apprehensive so give such rave reviews because I don’t want share this little gem with the world but kudos to them for making our stay so comfortable and memorable….we will DEFINITELY be back!!

My husband and I have been exploring the beauty of Greece for 10 years, but no place can compare to this island and accommodation at the Pangaia Hotel for its beauty, charm and tranquility. Very nice and attentive lady owner, from whom I received a beautiful gift with the smell of Greece on the last day of my stay. The hotel's services are top-notch. The all-you-can-eat breakfast is full of options from start to finish, including fresh fruit. And the location of the hotel is the best on the whole island - there is an excellent taverna and bar until late at night, a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding islands, one of the most beautiful beaches, a water taxi stop nearby. The hotel is also surrounded by flowers and herbs. Pangaia Hotel is a clear choice for your next visit to the island. Thank you very much for your care.

Amazing experience and very warm people. I didn’t expect a very high quality breakfast. In many luxury hotels in the cyclades breakfast is usually poor and finding an hotel making a decent cappuccino for you without the machine is really rare. But Pangaia is different, breakfast is good, an incredible selection of everything, even the vegetables are super good.

They provide towels for the beach, the umbrella and even beach chairs. You can literally travel with 3 outfits, flip flops and swim suits and find all the rest there.

Rooms were very big and comfortable. Rest time was always respected and the cleaning ladies were not talking loudly or making noise in the morning when cleaning other rooms. In other hotels I tried in Greece for example in Mykonos, cleaning ladies were very disrespectful and sometimes they also slam the doors.

This is a perfect spot for a relaxing holiday.

This is a recently-built boutique hotel constructed in the traditional Cycladic style. The owners have recently added a reception and breakfast area, and all parts of the hotel are beautifully designed and immaculately maintained.

The rooms are very spacious and exceptionally elegant, and ours had a generous and very private balcony area overlooking the sea. The breakfasts were a highlight with a fantastic range of high-quality local produce: yogurt, fruit, eggs, cheese, etc.

The hotel is ideally located next to a picture-perfect beach, about a 10-15 minutes walk from the town. The beach can become busy during the day but is a great spot for an early morning swim; quieter beaches are a short walk away.

The local beach taverna is run by the hotel owners. It offers traditional Greek dishes at reasonable prices, and we chose to eat there most nights.

For next season, I understand that the beautiful breakfast area is likely to open as a cocktail bar in the evening. If the plans are realised, this will be a big asset to the hotel.

We spent 10days in this idyllic resort with the most helpful staff. We didn't have to worry about anything as, in their words, 'We do the worrying for you.' The room was spacious with a secluded balcony and stunning view to the sea. Amazing location a stones throw from the best beach and a lovely taverna. Would highly recommend!
