Naxos Resort Beach Hotel

Naxos Resort Hotel was a fantastic option for our stay in Naxos ,right by the beautiful beach , everything is well taken care of and super clean, rooms are a little dated in some aspects but they are clean and cleaning service is super nice and kind.
Special attention to mention Maria, one of the girls at the reception desk that will go above and beyond to meet your needs;) super kind and polite.

The breakfast is excellent with a variety of meats, cheeses, pastries, fruits, yogurt and toppings, coffee, etc. We ate outside near the pool for a relaxing start to our day. The rooms are small but efficient. We had a balcony in which we used to dry our swimwear and towels overnight. The pool is large so it doesn’t feel crowded. The pool bar took too long to make our drinks but the peach passion was delicious! The beach is a very short walk with chairs but it was so crowded we came back to the pool to swim. It was deserted at night and was a nice place to take an evening stroll. We walked to the pedestrian area for great restaurants and shops!

Location was wonderful at the end of the port, more private, but very easy access to all stores and restaurants. The breakfasts were out of this world. The pool, although much smaller than the photos were still exceedingly nice to swim in
the rooms were very clean. The staff was excellent. I chose this resort at the last minute and I am so happy I did. A few important standouts. -
The front desk staff woman Rania -I cannot express enough how kind, considerate, and professional she was.
I came to this island with my very close friend and her disabled daughter - my friend lost her husband three weeks ago to a very aggressive cancer, and I wanted to treat her to a handful of days of healing and restoration
Rania knew a bit of this story and showed such great compassion and care for the three of us
There was one negative experience, and that is with the massage therapist hired to be available to the hotel guests.

My friend and her daughter had never received a massage, so I gifted them. I also wanted one for myself as I had a very tired, achy body. he had an extremely dismissive bedside manner. So much so that I did not feel comfortable, going forward with my own massage. I wrote a review on his Facebook page and the next morning he sought me out and came aggressively to my breakfast table, confronting me about my review . I was so shaken and crying - I went to the staff. Both Rania and the hotel manager were sincerely concerned and apologetic. I hope he never does that to any other guest again and quite frankly, I think he is a deficit to an otherwise perfect, amazing hotel

We had a hiccup at our original hotel and was lucky enough to find the last three rooms at the Naxos Resort Beach Hotel. From the minute we arrived, the hotel manager and the girls at the front desk were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating.

You can't beat this location. It's a 4 minute walk to everything you want, including restaurants, taverns, car/ATV/scooter rentals, shops, etc... It's even a closer walk to the beach.

The breakfast was wonderful and predictably delicious every morning. It's the same fare each day, which was plenty and a nice variety.

The pool was never crowded when we were there but always very inviting. The water was perfect and the vibe was exactly what you'd expect...chill and fun.

The only thing that's keeping this from being an A++ stay was the rooms. They were a bit dated and one of them was kind of dark the way the window was situated. That said, the shower was amazing and powerful and the AC didn't have to work too hard to keep our room cool and comfortable. Besides we weren't in the room for most of the days so the dated decor didn't really matter.

Housekeeping was on us at the beginning of the day too, which we loved. Fresh towels and clean sheets daily made for a nice sanctuary at the end of the day.

This place has everything and the staff is what makes it really, really exceptional!

We booked our stay in March and stayed at the resort in late July. From the start, communication with the General Manager and team was fantastic, and the service during our stay exceeded our expectations. Everything that is described on their website is 100% accurate. We will definitely go back to Naxos Resort!

Amazing hotel. We stayed here for 8 days as a family and had a great time.

Incredible swimming pool, the best I've stayed at on a holiday. The pool area is lovely with lots of sunloungers. The lifeguard and other pool staff are very friendly and helpful, plus they actually clear out the unused loungers so you can actually use them unlike a lot of places.

The breakfast buffet is delicious and has tonnes of options for all different tastes. Cooked food like all types of eggs / sausages / bacon etc, pastries, cereals, yoghurt etc. Whatever you could want they have it. Coffee and juice is amazing as well.

Location is also amazing, so close to the beach and you get a 50% discount on the beach sunloungers which is great. Short walk into the centre of town and around 5min walk from a big supermarket.

Only downside for me is that the room wasn't very spacious and was a bit dated. Plus the internet connection in my room was quite patchy and would cut out quite a bit. I think modernising the rooms a bit and improving the internet connections would make this amazing hotel perfect!

I stayed here recently with my wife and two kids (ages 8 and 10). The hotel exterior and pool area are very charming. The location is perfect. Agios Georgios beach is in it's backyard, Naxos Town (Chora) is a short and pleasant walk away, and it was super convenient to access the country roads with our rental car. The staff were very friendly and helpful in my humble opinion. Breakfast was on par with the other hotels I stayed during my trip and it was very satisfactory for me (contrary to some reviews I have read). The only issue is the family room for 4. It is very small, a tad outdated (which I don't really care too much about but worth mentioning if it is important to you), but more importantly for me it had a couch/bunk bed that I was uneasy about. I am certain it is perfectly safe but for whatever reason it gave me an irrational feeling that it was not sturdy. I was not able to get a different room as I did ask for a proper bunk bed prior to arriving. My solution was simply to remove the lower mattress and put it on the floor every night. Not ideal but a workable solution. I don't want to spend a lot of time in the hotel room anyway so it did not impact my overall experience but I wanted to share so that if you are travelling with a family of four and have similar unreasonable fears of this type of bed (picture below) you have all the information at hand before you book. Overall loved the stay on the whole and absolutely loved Naxos.

Best place to stay on Naxos in our opinion. The service was really good. Their buffet breakfast was amazing and it varied morning to morning. It's a great location a 5 min walk to the city square and another 2 to the port. The beach is only 100m down the road. Unfortunately the WiFi is shocking, it didn't work in our room which was a disappointment.
