Zante Park Resort & Spa BW Premier Collection

We had a wonderful 7 days in this Zante and were very pleased with the service during our stay. Apart from Zante Park, we also had the opportunity to stay at Galaxy Resort Hotel (they have a common owner). The food was quite diverse, it was worth choosing because of its proximity to the beach.

Only downside is that the drinks at the bar and restaurant were local and low quality brands.

The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a place to go with kids, it is definitely for you, you can see them everywhere at any time of the day.

The rooms are cleaned regularly. If you prefer a private pool, it would be useful to choose certain rooms at Zante Park, the common pool is crowded almost all day.

The hotel is located in a place where there are other taverns and hotels nearby, 5 minutes from the sea, the hotel charges too high prices for full board, the food is practically the same all the time, very little choice for children and children in this hotel are obviously the basis, not every child eats chips and pasta, just like an adult does not like English cuisine or pizza, the cleaning service is very great, clean every day, the showers need repairs. The biggest plus is the animator from the ITAKA office 😍

We highly recommend this hotel. We spent a week stay here 3.6.-10.6. and we liked it very much.

The hotel complex is divided into two parts - the main part, which includes the reception, hotel lobby, two main pools, restaurant and bars. The other part, the adults-only hotel, is in a building across the street, surrounded by another pool.

Food and drinks are served in the main part of the hotel, so it is always necessary to cross the street when you live in the adults-only part, but it is only a few meters and at the same time one has much more peace and the pool to oneself.

I appreciate the excellent food and the great selection. I absolutely do not understand some of the negative reviews here as the food was really great, whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There are also snack bars with small snacks, sandwiches, ice cream and constantly available sodas and water. :) The only minor negative I perceive is the coffee , it was really not very good.

The rooms in the adults only part of the hotel are standard- not disappoint/not impress, rather older furnishings and no luxury.

What is a big advantage though is the room service, who kept absolutely tidy and changed towels every day. Also, the maintenance gentlemen who cleaned the pool from the early morning hours did a great job and were always extremely nice, as were the front desk staff. 😊 Overall this hotel has great staff.

I gave 4* for a room just to indicate it is not a 5* hotel. Solid 4, yes. But this is not as important as service quality and de-li-cious food. People are friendly at any level, from manager to room service. Kindness everywhere. As for food. Well... restaurants around are just a bit better. Just a bit. Lots of fresh ingedients, tasty meet, well made vegetables and great oil. I was at pre season time so it was quite calm outside but locals told mein full season it is "small Las Vegas". A... small but interesting : no sunbeds we captured at 5A.M. by idiots. They were available all the time. Wonderful ! Another small... all inclusive alcohol drincs are undrinkable. Payed ones cost the same as those at the restaurants, but are simply worse. Another reason to go outside I guess ;) All in all wonderful place, fantastic people, nice music (80', 90'), good food. Great hotel and amazing manager-all was perfectly organised truly recommend to stay during the season and after…

Nice hotel, rooms are a bit outdated, but that's irrelevant to me, WiFi in the rooms, breakfast selection excellent, beach is 5 minutes walk from hotel, lots of markets and restaurants nearby.
The hotel has 2 buildings, the main one is with 2 pools, and the other building is just across the street and has a pool (max depth 80 cm) "running" in front of all the ground floor rooms, each room with its own patio and pool ladder. Nice surprise.

We stayed there for 7 nights. Everything was very good. We had a lot of food sortiments. Every night there was a different cuisine. The staff from the restaurant were very kind and smilling most of the time. Especially Nina, Dori and Arta. Amazing ladies that really make your stay there very pleasant. We are definately coming back.

Quiet, intimate hotel in a quiet location but a 12 minute walk to the more vibrant areas.
Rooms were modern, spacious and clean.
Grounds were well kept
Access for diabled is ok
Food on All inclusive was good, however there was little distinction between lunch and dinner and lacked variety. Plenty of outdoor seating.
Wifi dropped out a lot.
Friendly staff.
Overall pretty good
