Princess Hotel

Booked the hotel through jet2 and paid alot of money, the rooms are very dated, handles changed on doors but still left the old holes, they have painted the bath and the plug holes and there are runs in the paint so not a very good job, I think just to make the bath look cleaner,! the rooms on their own website are much nicer and more updated, but when another guest asked, they were told that jet 2 got an allocated number of rooms, and these seem to be the old ones, unfortunately. I looked on their own website before booking and saw these nice modern rooms, so I thought the rooms may have been updated, but jet 2 were a little behind on updating their pics, but no, unfortunately not the case, I did not bring a hairdryer as it stated hairdryer in the room, this is from the 60's I think but I tried to use it and it fell apart ! As you can imagine, we are not very happy with the room, and the balcony is tiny, 2 chairs and a table, but it's that small you can't actually sit on them!. The hotel itself is nice and the people are freindly, when asked for a move to a room with a bigger balcony they took me to another room to another couple who wanted a swap for the same reason the room was even smaller so we were told they would see in a few days, so let's see !

Was likely once a wonderful hotel many years ago. Unfortunately the room was not what the pictures showed online. Bed was comfortable but room and appliances where run down. Staff did not take well to us asking for assistance or our polite dissatisfaction. In their defence I can’t speak Greek and it was drawing towards the end of the season so they were likely very tired. Good location and nice bar though! But I’m my opinion your money would be better spent elsewhere.
