Grand TheoNi Boutique Hotel & Spa

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in in my entire life. In no way is it a 4 star hotel!

Breakfast - In a hotel that claims to have 4 stars, there should be a wide variety of food. They have 2-3 things that repeat every day. The coffee is worse, there is no cappuccino, no fresh juice. You have nothing to eat. The tables were dirty.

The room - exceptionally small for a 4 star hotel. There was always a bad smell in the bathroom, and the drain from the toilet had problems almost every time.

Parking - you had to walk 7-10 minutes and it was not even good.

I will not stay at this hotel again. It is not worth it!

Breakfast was really bad...way far from a 4star hotel...no coffee options, no juice...only some cheap full of sugar juice...I would have expected at least some fresh orange juice, espresso and cappuccino options...but none of this available! Tables are dirty.

Parking is like 7-10 minutes walking...
Rooms are really small. They Say they have a pool but in reality îs like a 2m square area with water inside - such a shame, no one ever use it. No sunbeds or anything to use the pool.

It is expensive for what it offers, and I don't think it's worth it. We started by booking a larger room but were given a much smaller one with the excuse that all the rooms are like this, even though we clearly saw that other rooms nearby were much larger and more similar to what we had paid for. The walls are very thin, and you can hear everything from the neighbors. At least on our floor, I couldn't sleep because of a crying child, and in the morning, I was woken up by about three alarms from the neighbors that went off for 30 minutes without being turned off. It's horrible, especially if you're a light sleeper, plus there's a risk you might pay for something and receive a tin can to sleep in. To make things worse, the jacuzzi barely works, and the breakfast options are not worth it. Luckily, we didn't stay in the room too much, but five larger people/adults in such a small room is just unreasonable. I will definitely not recommend this place to others.

not a 4 star. the shower drain is in the middle of the washer. so when you take a shower you get the whole washroom floor wet. the pool is a small square facing the street. the Jacuzzi is cold. our room is right behind the reception so when open our door everyone in reception can see inside our room and they only clean your room every 2 days. not recommended.

Grand Theoni is the worst hotel I have ever been. The rooms are very small. Studios for 5 people are with one bathroom. No TV and air conditioner and windows on the second floor.
Besides that - the spa center is not included in the package. You have to pay addional fee for every spa service.

They claim that they have a parking, but actually "the parking" is a land parcel with garbage, plastic bottles and stones everywhere, they even doesn't have a fence. And there is a note on a tree on which is written: "This parking is for the guests of Grand Theoni hotel but parking here is at your own risk".

The electricity stopped twice and they don't have generator. This is the first time I've seen a four start hotel without generator of electricity.

I don't recommend this hotel, it does not deserves the money you pay for it. I don't know either how they received 4 stars. I don't think that this hotel is more than 2-3 stars.
Other thing which made bad impression to me was that they wanted to pay the money for our reservation before we see the room and put our luggage there.

The only good thing is that they clean the rooms every day. And the breakfast is good but it is the same every day. The worst spend 950 euros in my life ever.
