Ionion Star Hotel

The best hotel in the city of Lefkada. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The pool area is perfect to relax and also very hygienic and clean. The breakfast was delicious, I didn't miss anything there.
And my special thank and appreciation goes to the staff of the hotel. They are super kind and friendly and always trying their best to help!

The staff really make this hotel worthy of a five star rating … they’re friendly, helpful and it has a good feel to it. The rooms are a little dated but Aircon worked well and it was very comfortable and clean. There is a great swimming pool which you can use as a base before and after checking in/out which was helpful given we had to wait for our next plans

i had a three night stay with my family , I was very impressed with the service and hospitality I was provided throughout the whole stay for a greek island. They shared information about the island, for example where are the best beach places to visit, streets to take the best pictures and much more. They are the only hotel located in the town with a pool making this a family and friend zone for people of all ages. Located around the hotel are many car rentals, eating places, activities and attractions to visit, and many shops. Overall I was very happy with everything and would recommend to anyone visiting somewhere near by.

Hey everyone!!!!! This hotel is absolutely perfect - the location, the comfort, right in the heart of all the Lefkada action - relaxing and clean pool to cool off after a hot summer day spent at the beach or on a cruise around the island, short walk to shops and restaurants and the Instagram picture worthy spots in town for sunset. Delicious breakfast served in an upscale dining room, the most fluffy croissants and amazing rice pudding. But most of all - the personal and professional service you receive from every person that works at the hotel - thank you all for making our vacation so enjoyable!!!!!

Can't speak to the hotel rooms, but I came to Lefkada on a sailboat and tied up to the town key. This hotel lets you sit by the pool for a small fee (€10- includes a coffee) and serves drinks and a small menu of snack food. Beautiful pool area with plenty of shade, lounge chairs, and tables. They also have 24/7 public showers for €5, and reliable wifi by the pool!

Perfect pit stop for a salty sailor looking to relax on land and take a hot shower!

Great hotel! We stayed for a week and staff is absolutely amazing! They cannot be more helpful!
The location is great, view of the boats and walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Rooms are clean and comfortable, air conditioning works great! The breakfast has a
lot of choices. But really it is the warm and welcoming staff that make it so enjoyable!

We spent 2 nights at the Ionian star hotel. Well located and not expensive. When we checked in the room was clean. Then, I don’t actually know whether they forgot it or it’s the standard but they haven’t cleaned up the room after the first night.
The building is quite old and definitely needs some refitting. Breakfast could be better as it needs more offer (especially fruit!).

Ionion Star has the best location in all of Lefkada. The place was really cozy, comfortable, nice and clean. Rooms are basic, but that's all I needed.
All the staff was very polite and helpful with everything you might need.
The food was delicious, with a lot of varieties to choose from.
Looking forward to the next time.

Wonderful location - watch the boats in the marina or the kids play in the park next door; outside of the main tourist area but a 2 minute walk to all the shops, restaurants or boardwalk. The pool and common areas are well maintained and stylishly decorated with a breakfast buffet that offered a wide variety of options. The rooms are spacious and the A/C works great. What sets this hotel apart is the service and attentiveness by the staff! Everyone we encountered was pleasant, accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended!

Was part of a boat crew harboring in Lefkada for the weekend. You can pay €5 to use their indoor pool shower if you are staying on a boat. For an additional €2, you can use the pool. The pool was very lovely and relaxing. Their indoor pool showers were not luxury by any standard, but you have a private shower room, which is nice when you live on a small boat.
