The hotel is very nice, clean and has plenty of different options for leisure and relaxation. Just got back from the best vacation of our time. We went as family of 4, 2adults, 2 children 4 and 6yo. Hotel is beautiful, kept clean and the food is vary tasty, themed dinners with great food. Vasia and Dominique in the spa were very good, polite and welcoming. The spa was very clean and quiet and the staff in there are all very friendly and welcoming. It was mine and my partners first time in a spa and they made the experience amazing!

Everything you expect from such a place. Food was actually way better than expected. Right on the beach (mind the steps if you have a room on the highest floors) and perfect for spending your days on the beach.

Great beach and just up the road is a lady who sells homemade wine and great figs from a charming roadside stall. The Lybian sea is noticeably warmer that the Aegean sea on the north side of Crete.

This place is very peaceful and the staff is very kind! You have to try the breakfast with the local cheese pie, it’s delicious.

An incredible stay at Aspros Potamos! The cottages are amazingly beautiful with a strong taste of authenticity and rustic style. The surroundings are just amazing, luscious green, peacefulness and serenity just a couple of minutes away from amenities.

Everything was perfect. Especially the rooms. New towels every day, perfect cleaning and the best part is that we had a the fridge that actually cooled the things in it to really cold. The hotel is incredible if you want a laid back wellness holiday, it encourages you to leave your phone and be present which I find amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for: the positive and friendly staff, the cuisine, the location, and the many facilities for guests (such as free sunbeds). Hotel at the edge of the center, directly at the beach/sea with public parking spots in front of the building. Room was very basic. The ones across the local basket court, comes with side view to the sea, but also faced the noise of the basket players shooting until late midnight. The location ist absolutely great. Located at Ierapetra Paralia you reach most interesting spots in Ierapetra easily by foot. The new sand beach and the close located Waikiki beach is a huge upgrade for those who want to enjoy the Libyan Sea here.

Very nice hotel. Small but in the city so you can awans go for a walk. There is not bigos variety of the food but it is tasty. They have nice SPA. I can especially recomend terapist Popi. The only disadventage is lack of water in the room. You have to buy it yorself.

Sitia Beach is probably the most picturesque hotel we have ever stayed at. All staff at the hotel are so friendly and helpful; plenty of selection at the restaurant; easy walk along seafront to the town. We asked to be moved to a sea view room and this was accommodated quickly by the lovely receptionists. A special shout out to Stephanos for a very effective neck/back massage at the spa😀

The location of the hotel is very convenient, right by the beach and walking distance to the city center. Rooms are clean and comfortable, though somewhat outdated and rather small for a family. There is a small playground for toddlers, but it closes at 8pm. Breakfast is available at extra cost. Stayed here for 2 weeks and couldn't be more happy, absolutley good value for the price! The best location in town, good sized room and balcony. The staff was all fantastic, always a smile in their faces and so helpful and making sure you get the best vacation. Breakfastbuffet was good, it had something for everyone and no one walks hungry. Will come back, for sure!

We are foreigners coming for a wedding. As we were walking along the beach and stopped by their cafe to have a break. The server was very polite. Even though we do not understand Greek, he spoke to us nicely. As we had a baby with us, the waiter provided hot water for us and even complimentary cakes. Amazing service at such a beautiful place. Recommended.

Rooms are very outdated, Need some new bed covers, etc. Because of the central location night time is VERY loud ! No parking space at all.. In the same street almost impossible to find a spot daytime ( may be early morning)

Value for money. Problems with the water pressure (I thing it's a general problem at Sitia) were solved from the very polite and helpful owners. Not very comfortable parking. Pet friendly!

Nice hotel with a good location near to everything and the staff was very nice and always helpful with a smile. My room had comfortable bed and was clean, when I come back next time I will stay here.
