Breakfast was excellent and the staff very pleasant and helpful. Dining area has a fantastic view! Gorgeous pool & pool bar with friendly staff. Great place to take a family and at the same time a beautiful, peaceful facility for adults.

Beautiful place to stay. Delicious food and friendly people. The owner, Lefteris gives also cooking lessons. (a must do ) So you can cook Greek at home.

Recently stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very nice and can be improved further by refirbishing the rooms. However, the staff let this hotel down. Except for the young man at reception who was attentive and helpful, most of the other staff were not friendly at all. We had a fantastic time staying at Viva Mare Hotel. The room was spacious with a fantastic sea view from the balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was very pleasant with amazing views and four swimming pools available. Food was also great as there was a variety of options for breakfast and dinner, also fastest wifi I have ever had in a hotel. Highly recommended

We had 2 rooms and it was all satisfactory. Breakfast was good when it was the weekend but it was lacking during the week.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι ίσως το μεγαλύτερο σε έκταση πάνω στο νησί. Οι εγκαταστάσεις του είναι φοβερές αλλά χρειάζονται συντήρηση!!! Οι σουίτες φανταστικές αν και λείπουν κάποια πραγματα （όπως πχ κρεμάστρες για τις πετσέτες στο μπάνιο）. Μην παραγγείλετε κοκτέιλ αν δεν βεβαιωθείτε ότι ο υπάλληλος ξέρει να τα φτιάχνει!

I can see why this hotel has so many repeat guests. Its setting with its own beach.....large pool...taverna and beautiful gardens is wonderful. Everything is spotless and the staff so friendly. You are a 7 euro taxi....which are plentiful...ride to Molyvos. Spoilt for choice there with seafront, harbourside and rooftop tavernas to eat in. Plenty of bars dotted in there too not to mention shops. Topped...

What a find this hotel is. As soon as you enter the reception area you are made welcome. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Lovely clean, well appointed room with fridge and television. What a gem this hotel is, perfect location, wonderful staff and amazing facilities. There are so many fabulous areas to sit according to your needs, full sun, shade, cool spots etc. I loved going on the pebble beach to cool off in the breeze, perfect! The food in the taverna down by the sea has a great menu and the food was good. Lovely fresh salads and tzatziki in abundance, delicious. So glad...

The hotel grounds and pool are great with plenty of space and sunbeds. The beach is a pebble one and not very big but adequate. Beach shoes a must. The hotels Taverna is between the pool and beach and serves really good food and drink at reasonable prices. I think this is why they dont run a shuttle bus ..so guests stay on site. Its a 5 min taxi drive into Molivos and costs £7 euros. The breakfast...

The resort facilities are lovely but the staff, at best, were taciturn. We are pleasant, undemanding guests but barely got a hello from anyone on staff. We absolutely loved the location next to the ocean but the STENCH from the toilets permeated the entire room. They really need t deal with this as I’ve seen reviews elsewhere complaining about this absolute horror.
