Recently stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very nice and can be improved further by refirbishing the rooms. However, the staff let this hotel down. We had a fantastic time staying at Viva Mare Hotel. The room was spacious with a fantastic sea view from the balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was very pleasant with amazing views and four swimming pools available. Food was also great as there was a variety of options for breakfast and dinner, also fastest wifi I have ever had in a hotel. Highly recommended

We had 2 rooms and it was all satisfactory. Breakfast was good when it was the weekend but it was lacking during the week.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι ίσως το μεγαλύτερο σε έκταση πάνω στο νησί. Οι εγκαταστάσεις του είναι φοβερές αλλά χρειάζονται συντήρηση!!! What a gem this hotel is, perfect location, wonderful staff and amazing facilities. There are so many fabulous areas to sit according to your needs, full sun, shade, cool spots etc. I loved going on the pebble beach to cool off in the breeze, perfect! The hotel grounds and pool are great with plenty of space and sunbeds. The beach is a pebble one and not very big but adequate. Beach shoes a must. The hotels Taverna is between the pool and beach and serves really good food and drink at reasonable prices. I think this is why they dont run a shuttle bus ..so guests stay on site. Its a 5 min taxi drive into Molivos and costs £7 euros. The breakfast...

The resort facilities are lovely but the staff, at best, were taciturn. We are pleasant, undemanding guests but barely got a hello from anyone on staff. We absolutely loved the location next to the ocean but the STENCH from the toilets permeated the entire room. They really need t deal with this as I’ve seen reviews elsewhere complaining about this absolute horror.

Since there is no elevator after the tiredness of the day, if you can reach your room with your suitcases, the room meets your needs. It's very old, some lights don't work. The best feature is its very rich breakfast. A better place can be looked for.

An old hotel near the sea. Rooms are narrow, balcony is narrow, beds are old. The bathroom has been renovated. There is an old style swimming pool. They fill it with sea water. I think he prefers tours because they are economical.

A really beautiful hotel with an amazing location. The beach is only a minute walk away from the rooms and what a beach! The staff here are super friendly and really helpful with any queries i had. I would for sure recommend this hotel if you choose to stay in molyvos.

It is exactly in the middle of Molyvos, very near to seaside, to traditional market and port. I love its garden, traditional stone building, friendly owner and staff. The price is really good for the service.

Breakfast was standard nothing special. If you select to eat outside near the pool flies will be very annoying. Our room was very quit and had a nice view to the sea. It was big enough and very clean.

The breakfast area around the pool is a dreamy place. There is a wide variety of savory and sweet dishes for breakfast. Surely every demanding customer will be satisfied. Both the apartments and the surrounding area with the garden and the pool are very well kept and spotless. The whole property is a heaven on earth. The service of both Stratos and his family as well as the staff is exemplary.

No good nearby beaches. Shuttle only runs a few times a day and is tiny. The room's fridge was half broken, and the freezer compartment was always open. Lots of ants everywhere. Food was good. The bar played weird and too loud music at most times. The pool is with saltwater, which gets very salty throughout the day.

Everyone was really nice. The room was a bit small in my opinion for 5 people and one bed was wonky and uncomfortable. Pool was great and food (we had breakfast and dinner) were tasty and there was plenty to choose from. Overall experience was very positive. I had the chance to stay at Molyvos 1 Hotel for 3 nights. In my opinion, it's quite successful in terms of value for money. The staff are very kind and friendly. Breakfast is more than sufficient. The hotel is located by the sea and has its own beach — sunbeds are paid (€3.5). It's ideal for those looking to relax and enjoy a quiet holiday.

We've stayed in the room which had sea view. Has a little , nice balcony. It was clean. The furniture was very old. Breakfast was good and enough. You may go to the restaurants, Molivos harbour, castle and the shops by walking which was a really nice experiment. There was a beach. (Just remainder; sun longers are rented for 2.5 euro per person.day)

We had a pretty nice time there. Clean, spacious, with air-conditioning and with an impressive pool. The room for 4 people had kitchen, fridge and too big tables inside and outside so you could cook and eat there easily. The cons are no internet in the rooms and if you accidentally open your eyes in their pool hurts like hell for a long time

I always wanted to visit this place. I finally managed to do it and i am very satisfied. Really nice apartments with air condition and huge balconies to enjoy your drink/coffee or the view. The pool was really good and it is the great spot to watch the beautiful Molivos' sunset. The price of the room and the drinks were really low

I truly believe this is the best place to stay in Molyvos. You're right in amongst the cobbled streets, the tavernas, the market places and close to the castle. George is a wonderful host, always ready with a smile to help out or just to chat (in my case letting me practice my very average Greek) and makes this place much more personal than any hotel. I loved it and highly recommend it.

Placed in the center of a small picturesque market. Has a common dining room where you can prepare your meals, or go out to dine. Room is not big but has all I need. The shower could be improved with a curtain.The view is from the common balcony as i have a room woth a garden view. Very nice and helpful landlord. Very good choice.
