The staff were super friendly, the service was excellent, and the views are just spectacular. The room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and the outdoor terrace is very nice.

Absolutely charming hotel. It looks like a small Greek village with lots of greenery. It is spacious, built in a cascading pattern on a hill, which in our opinion only adds to its beauty. It did not feel crowded at all. The room was perfectly clean and fully functional, we had no problems. The staff was helpful, nice and willing at any time of the day. The hotel's facilities are great - several parking lots, swimming pools, fitness, wellness, restaurants, playground, sun loungers by the pools and on the beach, private beach, paddleboard free for rent, there is nothing missing here. Both breakfast and dinner were great and fresh.
The hotel application for ordering services worked perfectly. The beach bar had an above-standard menu and everything we ordered tasted great. We also received a packed breakfast when we left early in the morning. An absolutely perfect experience. Thank you very much for everything. If we return to Lefkada, it will definitely be to this hotel.

One of the best hotel in Greece for beach & seaside and def the best one in Lefkada. Everything was spotless and very well maintained; the rooms, the amenities, all facilities, the beach. The breakfast is great and as well the food at bars. Strongly recommend.

We had a fantastic time here, loved every minute ❤️ the sea is so crystal clear, swam with the fishes everyday! All the staff are pleasant and helpful. We used the hotel's taxi service to take us into Nydri a few times in the evenings such a beautiful place to visit and in the day Nydri waterfalls is a must! I enjoyed working out in the gym 3x. Enjoyed a lovely relaxing massage with my husband - highly recommend 👌 Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and I can't wait to go back!!

The view from our "balcony" was idyllic and perfect for watching sunrise. The whole hotel was spotless and we were provided with free water every day (hasn't happened anywhere else that we have stayed). The staff were attentive and helpful especially in the dining room where they would happily explain what was in the various salads(essential as I have a fish allergy). The choice of food was excellent and all beautifully prepared and the show chef was a delight. The bread at breakfast was some of the best I've ever tasted. The only negative was the number of steps to get up to reception or down to the beach. Although I just considered this a way to work up an appetite it could be hard for someone with walking difficulties, although I believe you could ask for a buggy to drive you most of the way.

Nice hotel with breathtaking views. However, not recommended for people with heart conditions and/or invalides. Just to reach the breakfast room - where they serve an excellent buffet breakfast - one needs to navigate 130 steps. Another 30 steps will bring you to the hotels beautiful beach. Personnel very friendly.

Hotel has certain short comes like reception not always passing requests to house maids, offering tea and coffee facilities but omitting to also offer evapore milk and sugar and not enough coffee machines this having to wait for ones coffee. On the other hand though they serve excellent coffe. Breakfast starts only at 07:30 etc. Although the hotel is at a dramatic breathtaking location on a slope overlooking the Ionion sea, it should be pointed out that in order to reach the breakfast room from the reception level one has to navigate 130 steps and to reach the beach another 35. Hence the hotel is - in my opinion - rather uncomfortable for invalids, person's with heart condition or just unfit people. In being fair one should mention hotel offers buggie service. All in all a good hotel where one can relax

A fantastic resort i all possible ways. Great food at the restaurants associated with the resort. Clean rooms with very high standard. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful beach and ocean. I highly recommend this place!

We were very pleased with our stay at this lovely property. The facilities are excellent, everything was clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was truly relaxing. The beach is beautiful, clean, and never felt crowded. The pools were also spotless and peaceful — perfect for both adults and kids. Breakfast offered a great variety and was well-organized, with friendly staff making the experience even better. Speaking of staff, they truly made our stay exceptional. Everyone was polite, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. A special thanks to Constantina and Eleftheria at the kids club — our daughter had such a wonderful time with them! We were also happy to see Constantina again in her role as hostess at the Segreto restaurant, where she was once again excellent — professional, warm, and attentive. The staff at Segreto overall were fantastic and added to our lovely dining experience. Many thanks also to the ladies at the spa for their kindness and assistance, even though I didn’t have a treatment — they were still helpful and courteous. The breakfast team, front desk staff, and the ladies who cleaned our room all went above and beyond. We are very, very happy and grateful — we’ll definitely be back. You are all amazing!
