Lovely Hotel, friendly helpful staff. Beautiful pools and newly opened waterpark. The full body massage with Anastasia was wonderful and relaxing. Highly recommended Also used sauna & steam room. Overall a lovely relaxing holiday.

We are staying at this hotel right now. It is very nice. Today we had a lovely surprise as we had a birthday in our party and we got a birthday cake at dinner!

Beautiful island , wonderful staff here at the hotel ! They explained everything we wanted to ask , so professionals , friendly and very nice sense of humour!! We loved every minute of our holidays with my daughter!! The best hotel we ever stayed ! Lovely girls here at the main restaurant and they are literally everywhere!

Our children, 2 sisters with 2 sisters who were staff! The staff are all so attentive and very lovely and the hotel is beautiful! We are having the most wonderful time!

Service was amazing, staff are friendly. The spa was so relaxing and Anastsia was the best. There was a good selection of food and was all very family friendly. All facilities were clean and well looked after by the staff. I couldnt recommend it anymore.

We had a lovely Cretan massage at the spa during our 5 night stay. Stacey and Demi were fantastic masseurs and Markos the manager was wonderful and so friendly. Great value for money and awesome customer service.

The hotel was truly magical! The staff were kind, friendly and always smiling, making us feel very welcome. The service was efficient and satisfying especially considering the number of of guests. A special mention goes to basiliki the hostess. She was amazing!!!! She explained everything to us with a big smile and had us laughing with her great sense of humour. We even saw her again at the water park and she was just as lovely and professional there. She’s truly a gem and seems to be everywhere doing a fantastic job. The only downside was the spa, which didn’t quite meet our expectations. Still overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely come back!!

Bugs! Huge bugs. I have visited different Greek islands & I know Greece has bugs but this place was crazy! Massive things & we had to sit inside on an evening They were about in the day making a nuisance but came out in force early evening like an army & put you inside. Apart from that which I did try my best to put aside the hotel & grounds are very well maintained. Pool areas & views are beautiful. We were upgraded to a private bungalow suite with pool & it was gorgeous (apart from the bugs). The hotel had a couple of restaurants which the Italian was great & the buffet was fine for breakfast but evening buffet wasn’t the best. There was also a bit of a weird pressure about paying immediately if ordered drinks in the buffet as some people were All Inc & some half board it was just a bit unorganised. We found a nice restaurant nearby instead Vardiani. There isn’t much around the hotel & Xi beach has pretty much disappeared. Another thing to note is the ferry crossing to lixouri. You are waiting for a ferry if this was in height of summer it would be a nightmare with luggage & children. Also worth mentioning nobody helps with luggage on & off ferry so if you had mobility problems this would be a massive issue I would think. Kefalonia is beautiful & was a nice hotel (did not enjoy the bugs)!
