A welcome pack could be emailed to all visitors in their native language so clear information is available to all prior to stay. Lastly Very limited WiFi is provided- most parts of the hotel you can't access WiFi

The beach ocean waters was one of the most beautiful waters to swim in with many beautiful fish swimming around your feet. The swimming pool in particular the relax pool is calm and relaxing and a good size pool

The hotel rooms were beautiful and spacious with stunning views. The was a limited selection of food available, but the majority of what was on offer was cooked and prepared very nicely

That being said, as the week went on, I enjoyed it more and more. The posatives: I would say all the Staff are so kind and helpful, you could see they went above and beyond to help you

The staff was very nice, the hotel location is amazing with a nice beach 5mn walking distance. Don’t hesitate to book a premium room, we had a beautiful sea view and pool view and a confortable kingsize bed

We've stayed at another property they have - Joanna's Sea View Apartments for one month. It was absolutely perfect. Very kind people, amazing place, clean, comfy, and perfect sea view. I highly recommend it.

The accomodation and pool and bar are all kept immaculately and Spiros Fanni and son Eugene who handles the booking are lovely people! Highly recommended see you soon my friends!

We had a wonderful holidays thanks to these people. Rooms are basic but clean and spacious. Beautiful views. The pool is clean and well equipped. Fantastic place.

The rooms are exactly what you need when you come back after a long day at the beach, under the greek sun: very clean, the shower has good pressure, hot water comes immediately, the shower gel is completed daily, the sheets are changed every 3 days, the towels, daily; the AC works great, but the most important thing is the view to the Ionian Sea! At the restaurant, everyone is smiling for real, no...

Some reviewers have commented on the fact the hotel stretches up the hillside, and it is quite a hike from the main building to the accommodation areas, but there is a shuttle bus if you really need it, and to be honest, getting a few extra steps in on holiday is probably no bad thing

The girls at the breakfast and dinner are basically running to make up the tables, to clean them up, to bring new food, which by the way is very varied, you can eat almost every day something new

Beautiful beach at the east site of the island. Cristal water but quite crowded, specialy in August. There are restaurants and bars.

Pro: on the beach, clean, quiet and there is mini Mart very close at walking distance. As an added bonus the water was christal clear and because it is in the bay the water is calm, which was great for the kids

Con: The staff did not explain much but did answer questions if we asked and in my American mindset I was annoyed we had to pay extra, €7 for the beach chairs and umbrella that were owned by Renata

The air-conditioning​ worked perfectly. The balcony was my favorite place to hang

Stayed here for 5 nights on all inclusive basis. It may depend on your travel agency but for us it was only £15 or so to upgrade and it made total sense. This is a small hotel and expectations should be inline with that

Food: I’ve found buffet food served on all inclusive to be delicious. Usually 2-3 selection of mains to choose from. Drinks: All inclusive drinks are a bit limited (beer,gin,tequila, rum and ouzo)

All inclusive cocktails are only served between 20-23 pm and its their choice of cocktail on that day. Beach: Not really a beach so to say, more like platforms over the rocks with stairs into see

Rooms: Yes, they are outdated and fairly simple but they are kept clean. Our room had an incredible sea view and a balcony in the building between the main building and beach

I understand some people may be disappointed if they expected a 5 star resort type of services and facilities. Overall we found the hotel to be a good value

As other comments mentioned people with low mobility or small children may have trouble. Clear water, a bit on the colder side but this is subjective as I like really warm sea normally

The villa is located in a picturesque location with a mountain on one said and a fabulous sea on the other. The villa itself is comfortable with great rooms that have everything you need for a qualitative holiday

Great place, amazing swimming pool with views and LOVELY people owning/managing the place. I would definitely recommend it. The location is quite but close to both towns nearby. You should rent a byke/car though.

Beautiful location and the most helpful staff. We had a great biiig terrace, and vary clean rooms. it is not recommended if you have problems with your legs. Pablo and Alex was vary sweet and caring to help

We loved BBB, they were really friendly and the apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. The views were fantastic from our patio, there's nothing more relaxing than having breakfast over looking the sea

The Greek salad was incredibly delicious. All our food took a while to be served but according to our taste buds it was probably prepared from fresh products - no refrigeration involved, as the waiter also assured
