Anna Platanou Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the Anna Platanou hotel. The hotel was beautiful with lovely details to the grounds and pool area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and clean, with a little balcony area. The pool area is great for relaxing, drinks, and the daily breakfast. We were an easy 5 minute walk to shops, cafes, laundromat, and the beach and 10 minutes to the port. A great place to stay!

This hotel is an absolute gem when visiting Paros! The hotel is lovely, centrally located, very clean, and run by a local family (all of which are amazing, especially George and Anna). The breakfast in the morning is great, with all of it being made in house and is homemade! The staff are willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay! I highly recommend this hotel! 5/5!

Our room was beautiful but a bit small if you have 2 suitcases. The room was clean and bathroom a decent size, although quite impractical. There's no shelf space to put things and the round basin was awkward to use. The aircon worked great and the place is a short walk into town.

The breakfast was a huge disappointment though. Not much selection and quality poor. We ended up having breakfast at the many great restaurants and bakeries in town.

The host was excellent from the moment we walked in, very helpful and friendly. He gave us some great tips on what to do, where and restaurants to eat at.

If we end up in Paros again not sure we'll stay here.

We had a wonderful stay here on our honeymoon. 5mins walk if that to the old town and the array of shops, bars and restaurants on the seafront. Lovely service at breakfast and at the pool bar, as well as some brilliant recommendations for food, drinks and sightseeing when we checked in. Couldn't be more pleased. We stayed in the annex and it was wonderfully clean with a bookshelf where other visitors left their books. Overall a 5 star experience.

I loved this family run hotel. The service was excellent and everyone was very helpful and kind. The free breakfast is just enough to begin the day and includes hot items like toast, sunny side up eggs and egg fritatas. The pool was definitely a highlight. It's quite spacious and was never busy and there are plenty of lounge chairs available.

It also is in a great location. It's just a 4 or 5 minute walk to the ocean and restaurants, a 10 minute walk to the bus station, and a 15 minute walk to the ferry port.

The only minor downside was the size of the shower. It served its purpose and has a removable shower head with a great temperature and great water pressure, but it's quite small and only has a shower curtain, so the floor gets wet while you shower.

The place is very nice and cosy. We asked to move the room for having seing on the swimming pool, to get quiet sleep, and Dimitri made every efforts for finding us the best room. We were very happy for that. The breakfast was very enjoyable, even with fresh orange juice. My wife Lost his trekking hat at antiparos Harbor. She was sad to loose her souvenir from USA. Unfortunately, even not so far from the hôtel, it was Time for leaving to Athen. Dimitri made a miracle by finding it and send it to France, cost free, despite my formal request to pay for the parcel. I have no Idea how to thank him for so much kindness. I recommand this place for the cosy location and the exceptional kindness of all the staff.

We stayed at the Anna Platanou Hotel in Paros in September 2024, and honestly, I’ve never experienced such a warm welcome. Dimitri treats his guests like royalty, and his mother, Anna, is incredibly kind. She takes care of everyone and personally prepares breakfast, which is absolutely delicious.

It’s a small family-run hotel where you truly feel at home. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable.

Just perfect. We had a lovely room with a balcony, overlooking the pool. The hotel has a large pool with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The owner Anna makes the most amazing delicious food and we looked forward to it every day. Anna, Dimitri, Roula and Svetlana treated us like family. The location is perfect with carpark at the front, and just a very short walk to laundrette, restaurants and about 10 mins walk to plaka. We can't fault this hotel - there's even a bookcase with plenty of books to read. Great value. We will most definitely be back.

We are halfway through our week staying here. Wonderful place. Rooms are spotless, pool area is lovely and Anna and Svetlana who look after the bar and breakfast are friendly helpful and always cheerful. Anna's homemade cooking for breakfast is 10/10. Highly recommend this place. Very easy walking here from the town and the port.
