We enjoyed our stay at Carpe Diem in August 2024. The service was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and Maria was an amazing host. Able the bartender was one of the best bartenders and greeted us like family. He was friendly and made us feel at home. We loved the staff, food, room and location. It was 5 stars!!!

The worst stay ever.
Gave our room that we specifically booked away telling us they UPGRADED us to a less private suite. Did not get room we paid for. Air con and heated swimming pool not working so could not use for our whole stay.
Threaten to kick us out unless we removed bad review while we were there. Made false accusation that we threatened staff and guests when guests actually sided with us.
Refunded 50% of our trip by Expedia as we had kept them notified of all events while we were there and sent evidence to prove situation. Reported to and heard by Rip off Britain who will air our story in 2025.

The level of service I received at Carpe Diem Santorini is by far the best I have received at any hotel. All of the staff were incrdibly helpful and friendly from checkin, to breakfast, to dinner & drinks and organisation in the build up to my trip. The room was immaculate and the views from the room and balcony were stunning. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough.

The service was excellent, from the airport to the hotel. Everything went smooth and fast. I have no complains regarding the service. The room is also nice and cleaned everyday. Also the breakfast is very nice. The only downside of this hotel is that there is no heated pool for in the night times :)

Absolutely first class. From arrival to departure we were thoroughly looked after. The facilities were superb and the view one of the best on the island. Breakfast was delicious and changed daily. Dinner in the restaurant was also fantastic. The recommendations for things to go and see and places to visit were all thoughtful and spot on for what we wanted to do. The best bit of all was the service, we never felt a burden and the personal touch displayed by all at the hotel was great. Carpe Diem definitely multiplied our enjoyment of Santorini.

That wind is not exclusieve to October, which means you not open the parasols most of the time. But besides that, very nice, there is always a way round finding some shade if that is what you want.

We had an absolutely perfect holiday here. The staff could not do enough for us, they were all so friendly, helpful and kind. The food was superb, the room was amazing. We could not have asked for anything else. Loved it. Cannot recommend highly enough.

My husband and I have just returned from a one week stay at Carpe Diem. We thought the hotel lovely, as were the views. The food was delicious and the staff were all friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We both had a lovely relaxing massage in the spa. My husband celebrated his birthday whilst we were there and the hotel presented him with a delicious birthday cake and a bottle of sparkling wine. In spite of the wind in October, we had a wonderful, relaxing time.

My partner and I spent a wonderful afternoon at Carpe Diem, away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of Santorini. Called them while in transit between flying in to Santorini airport in the morning and taking a ferry out in the evening. They welcomed us as if we were guests. The service was warm and friendly. We had a wonderful meal, and got superb deep tissue massages at the spa. Went for a lovely two hour walk up to the town of Pyrgos, right above the hotel It reminded me of an older, quieter Santorini of yore.
