The worst hotel that I’ve been in my life! Our room was so far from the hotel, we needed take the car and drive 10 min to get there. Also the room was dirty and around had a lot of constructions and masons. The breakfast was very poor.

Great resort, great breakfast, friendly staff, always available.... sweet, with a pool with large spaces.. The only downside is the complete lack of hangers for clothes, you never know where to put your robes, pool towels when wet, and above all, a wardrobe to store clothes, jackets, etc.

We liked our jr. suite, " Constas". It was actually 5 small rooms: a sitting room, kitchen, bedroom, a dressing room, a bathroom. The manager, Arris, was very attentive. We would stay here again. It is close to good restaurants, and near the city center.

Great Service. We were staying here for 10 days. The restaurant at dinner is very quiet and has good food. The rooms themselves are in a very beautiful church too. If you're looking for a place to stay for a short or long amount of time, you should stay here.

A fantastic hotel with an outstanding staff. From the moment we arrived and were treated to a glass of wine and some water while we checked in, until the time we left, I felt like the hotel left no stone unturned in making this feel like a truly exceptional experience!

This hotel has left me quite disappointed in some ways. Upon arrival we were not told where the gym or any other facilities were. When asked we were told we had to book the gym a day before atleast and so we did, however when we reached the gym the lady at reception said it was not ready and so we had to go back to the room to wait. We came to Carpe Diem for our honeymoon. The views from the hotel are stunning and the rooms are very clean and tidy with the great addition of your own pool (if you choose to). I had mixed feelings about Santorini, but the staff at this hotel completely changed my mind. Overall accommodation was ok Hot tub was lovely and as long as you didn't look down, the view was great. At night the view was lovely. Room was very small ..toilet door didn't close and the shower overflowed into the room, we had to make a barricade of towels to stop the flooding ... we were only staying there 3 days before moving to Oia, so we made it work.

Nice stay, compact suite with open plan shower. Lovely views from the terrace but unfortunately we didn’t use the hot tub as the weather was too cold during our stay. Good location with plenty of nice places to eat within walking distance. We used the public bus to travel around the island which was easy from the village square.

Shortly - BEST hotel I have been in. Service was top top notch, they cared and wanted so much for us to have the best time we could. Amazing view where the private pool oversees. The staff went above and beyond for us and we weren’t even guests. They helped us solve our tour issue and gave us water and a cool place to wait while the issue was being resolved. Definitely would recommend this place.

Probably one of the best view on the island. The suites are beautiful, spacious, comfortable with a great terrace equipped with a private jacuzzi or a private swimming pool. On top of this, the whole staff makes everything he can to arrange excursions, car rental, provide you with good adresses to go and give you valuable advice to allow you to live great moments on the island.

I would have given it a five but despite being the luxury suite with Pvt pool we weren't able to enjoy it as it didn't have temperature control and the wind was quite chilly. The place is not for people who want to be near the hustle and bustle of the main parts. Although it's just 10-15min from there by cab. Service wish excellent.
