Amazing view. Big pool with wide area to sit around it. Walking distance to the heart of the city. Be careful, there are a lot of stairs to go up and down
The breakfast could be better for the rate we paid per night.

Great hotel with amazing caldera view! The service is great! The only thing they can improve on is they have AC in only in bedroom.

The Agali house is a beautiful stone hotel carved in the side of the mountain. The scenic views are unlike anything we’ve ever experienced in the states however be prepared to die when you walk 188 steps from the bottom room to the top. You will sweat

Excellent hotel, very nice location, very here helpful staff. Eleftheria and Miltos were very supportive of our needs. Even after check out, we were allowed to keep luggage there, go for our excursions and when we came back, were allowed to take shower before we left.
Rooms were very nice, excellent view and very clean.

Location location location - fantastic views of the water, caldera & sunset. I would definitely highly recommend staying here.

The entire resort was well thought of - rooms have ample space and almost all have fantastic views, bathrooms are well appointed, pool area is just lovely, breakfast is decent and food and drink menu by the bar is limited but reasonable and good. Service is good overall.

Rooms - I wouldn’t recommend the suites because there is only one AC unit serving the living area and bedroom - not ideal. But other room configurations are fine. Bathrooms are good - for some reason, Greece hotel rooms don’t have a shower curtain or a door, so be prepared to have a slightly wet floor but it’s cleaned daily.

Pool is large enough for the size of the resort. Water was not heated in July so relative to the outside hot air temps, it felt colder (strangely). There’s just one guy behind the bar serving drinks and taking food orders, but it was fine. Pool only opens at 11AM and closes by sunset - strangely.

Be prepared for a descent and therefore an ascent of 100 steps just to get to the entrance of the resort. Then it’s a few steps down for the reception & breakfast terrace and area, few more for the pool and some rooms and even more steps if your room is further down. I calculated 153 steps for my room! If you’re not in good cardio health, please consider another property - not just this hotel but others are the same too - do your research.

The hotel is a dream, the view is overwhelming and the rest very relaxing.
The hotel area is quiet on the inner crater hill, you have to be on foot, there are many stairs to cope, but the view compensated for everything.

We stayed here for 5 nights while on our honeymoon and couldn’t be happier with the stay. After touring around Santorini we felt we picked one of the nicest hotels on the island. Staff was super helpful in booking excursions, and anything else we needed. Beautiful pool area and lounge chairs. I’ve already recommended this hotel to family and friends.

Like most hotels here it's on a steep incline so bare that in mind.
Cleans rooms best views.
