Very nice hotel with a beautiful pool where you can see the colors of the sunset. The girl at the reception was extremely polite and kind, she recommended the best restaurant and spoke excellent Italian. The guy at the bar was also very nice. We appreciated the treatment and stay, despite the short period, we will definitely come back!

We stayed at Orizontes Hotel & Villas for 3 nights and loved every moment! Our room was spacious and clean and the sunset view from the balcony was incredible! The pool area is well maintained and the sun loungers are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Christina who answered all my questions and recommended great restaurants. We will definitely be back!

I loved this hotel. It was so nice it made it hard to leave and explore Santorini during the day. It was a bus ride away from the beach and the village. The pool is incredible. The drinks and service at the pool bar were amazing. Great views and excellent rooms!

Worst experience!!
Bad service, nothing like what they show in their pictures here.
Bathroom is molded and clogged. Dirty room with broken furniture.
Had to call plumber to fix the clogged bathroom and toilet. They sent me to another room just for showering and using toilet.
Staff is incompetent and not enough to provide services.
Located in a very bad place which is far away from everything.
Bad customer service.

Bathroom was dirty and moldy.
Hotel didn’t have iron.

My mom and I stayed at this hotel for 6 days, we had a great experience. The hotel has an amazing position, it’s very close to the city of Pyrgos and it’s close to the bus stops, making it easy to reach other parts of the island. The rooms were very pretty and clean, with a good room service. The food, especially the breakfast, was well provided with lots of different things to try. Lastly every member of the staff of the hotel was very friendly and available, especially the two ladies at the reception: Biona and Jessie.
We highly reccomend this hotel!

Had a lovely stay, the staff are brilliant and so helpful. Especially Mariam, Jessie, Costas and Michael and the other guy in the bar. Location is good with easy access to local buses and lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Pool is gorgeous. Had an issue with my bed which was resolved quickly once reported.

The hotel is situated on the edge of the village and boasts a beautiful setting. Most of the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, featuring a large shower and a small terrace. However, the rooms are quite damp, and the wardrobes have a musty smell. The walls were painted carelessly, with paint splatters and painted skirting boards visible. Additionally, the shower and toilet emit an unpleasant odor. The walls are very thin, so you can hear your neighbors all the time.

The breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of options, though there are few vegan choices. The bright breakfast room, which doubles as a restaurant and bar, provides a wonderful view. Unfortunately, very loud music is played there from breakfast onwards, which can be unpleasant.

Overall, the hotel is very nice and pleasant, but it requires some improvements to fully justify its high price.

My wife & I had a beautiful time staying here before and for our wedding day. The management team were very kind, accommodating and welcoming. The staff members greeted us with smiles everyday and were always on hand ready to help us throughout. We highly recommend staying here, they have the best swimming pool and view in Santorini & their breakfast was delicious too :)
