Bathroom dated. Had ants, carried out into the bedroom. Loved the location, quiet, but active around the pool area. Overall service was good. Limited with room amenities, no coffee, tissues. If you're looking for a firm bed, this is not the place. Walking distance to the beach and shopping areas.

Excellent. Quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely pool area. Prices good. Anything you want, you just ask for. So quiet more like an adult only hotel, but children there very well behaved and controlled by their parents.

I recently stayed again after 3 years at the Aegean Plaza Hotel in Santorini and it was truly exceptional. Clean, and beautifully decorated room and a delightful breakfast buffet. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, offering excellent recommendations and assistance. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the Epavlis at the end of July 2024, the hotel location is stunning, near the sea and the Ancient Thera. The pool is really good and has a really nice view on the mountains. Excelent value. Rooms are good and roomy clean and well kept, breakfast is standard but always fresh staff are Lovely. It's close to the airport planes do fly over when landing but it's not constant, didn't disturb my stay. Its back from the strip which is good so quiet and a short walk to beach. Only negative getting a sunbed by the pool, you have to get down early otherwise all gone by 8.30.

Amazing hotel in a great location. The staff were lovely & really helpful. Kamari, Santorini in general is a beautiful place, we would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat. Near the beach, sunbeds always available at the pool or beach. Everything is close by, Fira and Oia are less than 30 mins away by bus (sunset in Oia is not to miss!). Hopefully we’ll be back soon!

10 Star service. I was upgraded to a suite room without a hassle, beautiful sea view and lovely staff. They also helped me sew a button that came of my blazer and ensured I was looked after. I will definitely recommend the hotel and will surely stay there again when I next visit.

Everything was perfect! All of them are hospitable staff and especially Ms. Sofia who served us perfectly! Suitable for families! We only stayed one night but everything was great! This place is pretty nice. The only thing is that it is hot. The AC in the room works but isn't strong and I don't think there is any AC in hallways or lobby. The pool is really nice and warm. One of the best things about this place is Nikolas at the pool bar.

Nice place to stay but do not leave anything in your room unsecured, make sure you pack all your stuff otherwise you wont get them back. Maria is very rude and dismissive, not a great experience for me when I was inquiring about a dress I left in my room. Either the cleaners are thieves or lost and found staff are thieves. The hotel location is good and close to restaurants and the beach. The facilities however were average and not 5 star. The thing that made the stay good was the staff, everyone was super friendly.
