This place is superb! The customer service is second to none and the prices are reasonable for it being a nice resort. Breakfast was delicious and the crew gave us and other guests great service. We didn’t have lunch and dinner as we were exploring the island but the Spa, the pool, our room, the view, and the nearby beaches were phenomenal and as long as life lets us we’ll be back for sure!

Such a relaxing space lovely staff and service. Pool area is fantastic with a stunning view over the bay. Excellent breakfast great selection of high quality ingredients. Bus stop just out the front of hotel allows easy access to Mykonos town.

This is a wonderful hotel. We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. The resort is really lovely with everything you need literally on the door step. Sadly today is our last day and we depart tomorrow late afternoon. Service has been exemplary throughout.The tiny fly in the annoitment has been the inability of reception to confirm whether we can arrange a late checkout. As we have a late afternoon departure it would have been so nice to know today that a late checkout was possible as we could have relaxed this afternoon and enjoyed some time round the pool rather than packing. But despite many enquiries reception remain insistent that they can not check with housekeeping until the morning. Which will be too late..as we have booked (expensive) spa treatments in the hotel spa for the morning so not allowing time and flexibility to pack tomorrow if late check out is not available. It seems strange in a luxury hotel that is more than half empty at the very end of the season that a late checkout could not be confirmed or indeed declined for the morning. And a real shame as every other aspect of the service has been so top notch. So packing it is rather than a final splash in the pool!! But overall a great experience, just marginally let down by intransigent process and rather chilly service from reception!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Everyone was so friendly! We also enjoyed the astonishing view during the breakfast each morning. The room was something else. Peaceful, with a view of million £ on yachts and Platis Gialos beach.

We will definitely return to Petasos soon!

Petasos Beach Resort was brilliant in all ways. The rooms, whilst not large, are adequate and very comfortable. All have balcony's overlooking the water and the multi-million $$ yachts moored off-shore. The general public facilities, pool, restaurant etc were also 1st class. We adored the pool and the view it has. We could have stayed for a month. The staff were brilliant, especially one young lady called Marina who went out of her way to offer fantastic service whilst being very engaging with the guests. We loved this place and have no hesitation in highly recommending.

Absolutely impeccable hospitality and service. The staff are amazing. Made sure it was a luxurious stay in all ways.
Breakfast was 10/10. So many options, so many staff on hand to anticipate your every need.
Perfect private beach next to the hotel.
There’s a car park and the staff was extra kind and attentive by parking our car for us every day. Blown away by the service. Thank you.

Rooms are to small and cramped. Location is amazing. Staff also very helpfull. But the swimming pool has salt water biggest draw back of the hotel.

The best customer service of any hotel we have every stayed at. The location is perfect and the views amazing. Spend the extra money on an ocean view room it’s worth it. The staff are so friendly and could not help you more, the cocktails around the pool are some of the most affordable in the area. The little beach area is great to get a taste of the ocean. We stayed here with our 6 month old daughter the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The put us in room very close to everything with the least amount of steps. We will definitely be back and suggest this hotel to our friends.

A very nice hotel to stay in. The pool and dinning room face the ocean which is beautiful. The service is professional and of high grade. Great rich breakfast. The location is very good if you favor going to beaches and enjoying beautiful views (in better than staying in Mykonos Town in my opinion). There’s also a very nice spa to enjoy.

However, your stay might be significantly downgraded if you do not take an elevated room since a lot of the rooms could have no view whatsoever and just face the mainland. Make sure to have a sea view or the very least not be at the ground level.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Our stay at Petasos Hotel was really enjoyable! The staff are super friendly, hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after. Joe was extremely helpful, from restaurant recommendations to arranging transportation and medical services.

The breakfast is delicious with superb views from the terrace overlooking the town & access to the resort. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
