I forgot my cosmetics in the hotel but they said they couldn't find them. I was a little surprised. Very strange service.

The breakfast is rich and delicious. The Greek yogurt is very good. The orange juice is freshly squeezed by a large machine. The dinner is also very exquisite, but the price is not cheap. It is a bit troublesome to go to the Center. The taxi costs about 30 euros in cash.

Usually I book everything around 3 months before the flight date but this hotel I’ve reserved in the last moment. The Mykonos grand had fantastic service and great accommodations. We were greeted with welcome drinks and snacks, a tour of the premises, and our bags were taken immediately upon arrival. As a Brit, I would have loved a kettle in the room, but the receptionist obliged and kindly prepared a pot of hot water every time I needed ;-) Position wise, great view, not disturbed by any noise and you can walk into Ornos within 10mins max.

Personally I think they could have provided a free bottle of water everyday when cleaning the rooms. Cleaners were exceptional, never seen a hotel room cleaned so well. No food at the hotel but they have menus.

Super friendly staff at reception, room cleaners and breakfast - thank you ☺️ Only given the room 4 stars as it lacked a kettle and hair dryer, plus an extra blanket for out of season chill. That said, rooms are clean, beds comfy, ironing board and iron, safe, air con that can heat room too, super hot shower, clean towels daily, complimentary toiletries. Would have been handy to.have bottle of water...

Second time I stay here and it is perfect again. Everything is so clean and all the people working here are so nice. More than enough sunbeds at the pool, breakfast is good and the busstop to Old town is across the road and only cost you 2 euro pp and takes only a minute or 10 max.
