Best Hotels in Poros

We stayed at this hotel for 7 days and absolutely loved it. We ungraded to a seaview room and it was perfect. The location is so handy and we walked into the port most days. The staff were warm and friendly

Would highly recommend this hotel

We did not have breakfast included, but for €10 per person, it was very reasonable. We had breakfast at Once Upon a Time, just along the road, give it a try. It's a very typical Greek hotel, in a marvellous location

I thought this was superb, the beach area, the rooms and views, the working people were very friendly, the seating accommodation is lovely all around the hotel

As a 4-star hotel, it maybe doesn't make the grade. No tea/coffee making facilities and a bit shabby (maybe tired because end of season, so no big deal)

On the positive side, the location is great, and views from the rooftop bar are spectacular. It's very clean and the staff are helpful and courteous

The water is clearer on this side of the island as well. The room is nice and light filled. The bed is comfortable, there is a pillow menu if you desire and the towels are soft and fluffy

I had an amazing stay. The private beach truly elevated our experience, offering an extremely relaxing ambiance just a few hours from Athens. The rooms, food, and service were also excellent. Highly recommended.

The food in the restaurant is based on Mediterranean cuisine and it's excellent. The beach is private and can be reached by elevator, and the sea is crystal blue and warm (in September)

The breakfast is very good, lots of options from fruits and yogurts to pastries and cakes fresh honey sliced meats coffees and juices

All rooms have a sea view and nice balcony. Overall facilities weee nice , well kept property, nice daily breakfast. Beautiful private beach with crystal clear water is a huge plus

The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has spa facilities a restaurant and a bar. It has sun beds and its own little pebble beach with a dock for boat transfers to the port

Excellent Location. The recently renovated historic hotel offers breathtaking views of Poros and is ideal for lunch/dinner. The restaurant is also recommended! Don't miss having at least a coffee on its terrace!

Best location, friendliest staff, unbelievably low priced luxury.

Spacious rooms, swimming pool good breakfast. There is a good beach 100m from the hotel. A/C TV Greek channels, good 24 hour service. Price depends on the period 150-200 euro range for 2 person's

In the morning the sparkling of the sea greats you and in the evening you get to enjoy a beautiful sunset. The staff is very welcoming and kind and makes you feel just like at home

My girlfriend and I had the “Front room” and the view was the greatest ever! The dock is across the street, and the restaurants are downstairs. Amazing place, 100% recommend!

In case it hasn’t been updated on the map and you’re close but having trouble finding it, it’s just east of the public library on the south side of the street

Somehow we had the benefit of: a kitchen corner with refrigerator, hot water kettle and utensils; a bathroom block with an agreeable shower; a double bed; a small table with two chairs; and a wardrobe and chest of drawers

Very friendly family run hotel. Great clean rooms, enjoyed tasty dinners on roofdeck with great views. Breakfast was very good, with great homemade treats. Did I say this was great? Lol

Nice boutique hotel, family owned, with modern feel. We loved the garden and the deep pool. Best of all the breakfast offers a variety of delicious pastry, fruit and eggs

15 mins walking distance to downtown Poros with great restaurants. Few option of stony beaches nearby but not great, thought the clear and calm sea water is the reward

Stayed here for just one night, and it was a very pleasant experience. Clean room with Artur condition, free WiFi and, best of all, a nice balcony to sit outside with a sea view

The owner was amazingly friendly and helped me out! He gave me a discount because of the situation and called the owner of the boat tickets so i could rebook my tickets for the next day! Amazing hospitality from the owner and the room was also very nice and cosy! Worthy of a 5 star review!

Recently renovated 4 apartments with quality fit out. Rooms are small though and bedroom loft has low ceiling. Communal terrace outside has plenty of room and great views. Recommended for your stay in Hydra

Very good location, in the centre of town Hydra and very close to a local port. Owners are nice and they gave us lot of informations and tips for the beaches and trips

Bedrooms are roomy and spotless, breakfast more than adequate and staff so friendly and helpful But above all, it's location is perfect for exploring Hydra, with it's narrow street hiding lovely shops, cafes and restaurants

It was like a dream come true and I have many memories and photos to feast upon until we can hopefully return and this time hopefully be able to catch the fishermen returning in the morning with their catch

Tryantafyllos (hope I typed his name right) is a true Greek ambassador and caring waiter. He also happens to make the best Negroni I've ever had and will share his secrets. We're dreaming about going back soon

I concur, Bratsera is one of the best, cosiest, and most tasteful hotels in Hydra. It's not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for

The hotel is clean, has a lovely art gallery in the reception area and everyone is friendly. The hotel has a fine restaurant, too. Now i understand when people say a bartender/waiter enhanced the experience

We stayed at the Hydra Hotel on our first night in Hydra. It was a great experience. The hotel is beautiful. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful

I have visited Hydra many times which is included in the 3 island tour from Piraeus, but, I always wanted to stay longer and staying here makes it so very lovely

Anyway, there are many convenient facilities available for the guests. All in all, I do recommend this place for the short and long term staying

Nice place not too far from the port and well run.

The service kind and generous, the place on the beach, food delicious and excellent shuttle service to and from the main village, I will definitely go back again!!!

The location is out of town so it very quiet. The hotel runs an hourly water taxi service into town. If you elect to walk it is a 45 minute walk back in the evening. The rooms are nice and staff very decent

Lovely walk from Hydra town along the coast. Pebble beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and free WiFi. Great food, try the baked feta with honey. Suites to rent.

We arrived in Hydra late in the afternoon. A water taxi was waiting for us at the port to take us to this little slice of heaven

Eating on the splendid terrace with barefoot under the trees and facing a golden sea is one of the highlights in spending good time in hydra ! Whatever you will order it will rejoice your eyes and your palate … so fresh are the salads and quite consistent, greek mezze are done in the authentic way and fish on the grill are the freshest and juiciest

As we stepped off the boat, our luggage was taken and we received two glasses of fresh squeezed lemonade. And from then on I gongs just got better

Probably the best hotel on the island 🏝️. Perfectly located close to the port many of the great restaurants and bars. The rooms are fantastic, good A/C, fridge, TV, perfect bathrooms

I highly recommend Hotel Saronis  for anyone visiting Island, Agkistri that is less than one hour from Athens. It's a true sample of excellent hospitality!

A small library was at the reception and a very good decorated symbolic library at the garden with in Greek and English writers

What a fab experience! Food was good, room service were kind, friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The rooms themselves were lovely and clean with fairly comfy beds and we're very spacious

Great view at the bay of Porto Helli from the main building. Nice relaxing, garden view from the buildings uphill. The personnel is genuinely polite and helpful. Relaxing around the pool is a must

Costa Rica has some excellent gyros. Costa dock is ~10min taxi to catch water taxis to the Spetsas etc - which is great in its own right. Great value, very comfortable stay, solid location, and exceptional personnel

This is the place to stay if you want to get a real feel for the warmth & charm of Porto Heli & its people, rather than a cold, impersonal hotel. The hotel is very well located, with a beautiful beach right in front

The center of Porto Helli is closed, 15 - 25 minutes walking. There are good and rapid ferry connections to Soetses or Hydra Islands. Excelent for coupkes with small kids

The morning on the veranda with the pool and the sea in front, the menu with selected drinks and food, the party area on the roof, the pools in front of the studios - everywhere there are people who take care of those little luxuries that tend to darken the leisurely days of tourists
