Missing two stars because their premises need renovating. It’s a relatively old building and you can hear people talk from the other rooms close to yours. Would be nice if they had a better restaurant/bar, since you might want to stay in and enjoy their pool and private beach — they only serve a few basics such as ready sandwiches, fruit salads etc. One thing that really made want to go back and ignore...

Great hotel, with large rooms and the greatest view! It would be great if it was renovated but it is still great!

Be aware that this is an animal friendly hotel which means you may have a dog in the room next door barking all night long which is inconvenient if you are travelling with a baby. I told the night staff on reception and they said there was nothing they could do which was unacceptable. The room/bathroom smelled of sewers also. We stayed at this hotel for 7 days and absolutely loved it. We ungraded to a seaview room and it was perfect. The location is so handy and we walked into the port most days. The staff were warm and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I thought this was superb, the beach area, the rooms and views, the working people were very friendly, the seating accommodation is lovely all around the hotel. The only thing I can recommend is they have kettle and coffee and tea facilities in the rooms. Apart from that we had a wonderful time there.

As a 4-star hotel, it maybe doesn't make the grade. No tea/coffee making facilities and a bit shabby (maybe tired because end of season, so no big deal). I had an amazing stay. The private beach truly elevated our experience, offering an extremely relaxing ambiance just a few hours from Athens. The rooms, food, and service were also excellent. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for a week with family. The Hotel is very nice even though there is room for improvements. Staff were all very helpful. The dining experience was good and the “taverna” by the beach also brought a nice atmosphere to the experience. We will be back.

The hotel is in the city centre which makes it an excellent base to explore the island. The beds were very comfortable and Wifi was very strong. Hotel was great! Stayed for 2 nights, breakfast was included and was really rich. Had a large balcony with direct view to the port. Whenever we asked for help from the reception the responses were fast and the staff was helpful. The only issue could be the cleanliness but overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Really enjoyed my stay. Room was clean and well laid out with a kitchenette with range, sink, refrigerator, and plenty of dishes. Shower had a showerhead holder. The patio was pleasant—nice views. Nice boutique hotel, family owned, with modern feel. We loved the garden and the deep pool. Best of all the breakfast offers a variety of delicious pastry, fruit and eggs. 15 mins walking distance to downtown Poros with great restaurants. Few option of stony beaches nearby but not great, thought the clear and calm sea water is the reward.

We loved everything - Zefi's friendly welcome, the spotless room, the view, the pool (perfectly deep at one end), the breakfast and the overall relaxed atmosphere. An easy 10 minute walk into Poros town and closer to the local beach.

1.The view, The view and The view!!! I highly recommend C4 room for everyone, it’s 5 mins walking to beach for sunrise is fantastic. 2.Staff is very nice and helpful, they can help to book ferry ticket between islands. ( And other tours) since they have a tour company.

Absolutely love sitting around the pool here and having a swim when it gets too hot. As always the staff here are amazing. So accommodating and cannot wait to come back soon

Room was small but well equipped. The bathroom was new modern and clean. There was a safe, central heating and cooling, a small fridge and a TV set. Breakfast was served on the roof top which has a great view of Poros.

The hotel is about 1.4klm from the port of Poros, but its a beatiful walk and not tiring at all, even when carrying your staff!! We spent 4 nights here, golden view is an appropriate name, the view from the room is amazing. The rooms are clean, swimming pool is small but nice, has several depths to match all ages, with stairs on the shallow side, the beach and swimming pool are equipped with sun beds and umbrellas for guests, there's a restaurant that serves 3 meals a day, and a bar/cafe that operates from 8 AM, till 12 AM....

The room and all the public places of the hotel, were clean, very comfortable. The pool is amazing, and the kids loved the pool and the beach. The staff was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Poros island.

My wife I booked Helen Hotel last minute and we were lucky enough to get a cancellation. We went for the weekend and had the superior apartment. The hotel staff gave us a lovely friendly welcome and showed us to the apartment. She even offered to take our bags. The apartment was fantastic.
