A very nice hotel close to the centre with a lovely beach bar. Pity about the surly "night watchman" who tells one the bar is closed and delights in misgendering one

We stayed in one 5 star and 2 4 star hotels in Spetses and Porto Heli. While all were excellent, Rozos is run on a very personal, familial oriented basis. The women working there are so corial, welcoming and tremendously cheerfully helpful in the sincerest, caring manner. The breakfast here was the best of all four hotels; not in quantitative variety, but with just the right quantitative variety needed with the highest quality and most personal, attentive care! Absolutely a hidden gem.

Outrageously expensive over the Easter weekend - no way is the room, breakfast and overall experience worth 110 euro/night. I understand the laws of supply and demand but one must feel they receive value for the money paid regardless. We just felt stupid… This said, the hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff, especially Eleni, were very helpful and friendly. The room was OK, the bathroom and shower stall spacious, the towels on the small side and humid (from being in the closet over the winter), the fridge too noisy for words (we unplugged it), the breakfast mediocre (and the buffet way too cramped) as for the coffee that came out of one of those machines that supposedly make any coffee you like, it was undrinkable. As I said, probably OK for 70 euro, absolutely NOT at 110 euro!

Staying at this hotel is bright and cheerful experience. Rooms are comfortable & there is everything you need. Staff are friendly, helpful; breakfast is tasty with various offerings for all tastes. Reasonably priced for this standard, & right by the sea; just cross the road. Parking too, & a short stroll takes you into the busy centre of town. I shall return!

A quiet family run hotel which was the ideal getaway for a break away from the city. With a free beach across the road it was the perfect location to relax and unwind with a peaceful daily swim to start the day! Then, there is also easy access for travel to Spetses and Hydra from the Hotel! The staff at ROZOS were exceptional and very accommodating to our afternoon check in which meant we missed the breakfast buffet. Upon arrival a fresh fruit platter (including amazing figs) and freshly squeezed orange juice was brought to our room! The personal touch from the staff really does makes all the difference. A little momento was gifted to us upon leaving by the lovely Mr Gianni and his charming wife. Definitely a place I would return to. Thank you team ROZOS for the warmth of your hospitality!! ☺️

Small boutique like hotel. Generous breakfasts included. Location excellent.Close to everything: restaurants,bakeries,beaches, groceries & shopping. Yannis is very friendly & helpful with any thing you may need or want.

Είναι ένα ξενοδοχείο με πραγματικά πολύ ωραία θέα, ευγενικό προσωπικό και ωραίο αναπαυτικό κρεβάτι….. όμως ….. δυστυχώς στο δωμάτιο υπήρχε πολύ άσχημη μυρωδιά και στο μπάνιο και αυτό ήταν από την αποχέτευση , μύριζε όλες τις μέρες τις διαμονής μας, τρελά κουνούπια （όποτε φροντίστε να έχετε αντικουνουπικο μαζί σας, επίσης υπήρξε πρόβλημα στη πληρωμή… το κατάλυμα κόστιζε 70.00 τη βραδιά τον Σεπτέμβρη στο booking, λάθος μας που δεν το κλείσαμε τελικά από την εφαρμογή, διοτι καλέσαμε στη ρεσεψιόν και το κλείσαμε μέσω τηλ. Για καλύτερη ενδεχομένως εξυπηρέτηση από τους ιδιοκτήτες και φυσικά προς όφελος τους. Την ημέρα της αναχώρησης μας （μείναμε 3 βραδιά） μας είπαν το ποσό των 255.00 όταν ρωτήσαμε το γιατί μας εξήγησαν ότι κρατάνε τη προμήθεια από το booking ενώ εμείς δεν το κλείσαμε μέσω της εφαρμογής …. Είχαμε δει πίσω από την πόρτα του δωματίου τον τιμοκατάλογο όπου αναφερόταν σε 80.00 τη βραδιά και 5.00 extra πρωινό εάν θέλαμε… τους είπαμε ότι πρωινό δεν πήραμε ποτέ στο ξενοδοχείο και μας είπαν ότι οι τιμές αυτές είναι παλιές και ότι στη τιμή τη δίκη μας είχαν χρεώσει το πρωινό διότι οι τιμές τους ήταν με ενσωματωμένο πρωινό κάτι που ΔΕΝ μας το ανέφερε κανείς κατά την άφιξη μας και είπαν επι λέξη «ναι συγνώμη οι τιμές αυτές είναι παλιές και δεν θα έπρεπε να είναι εκεί θα έπρεπε να το έχουμε αλλάξει» … δεν έκαναν τίποτε όμως Γι’ αυτό! Να σας πω ότι εκείνες τις μέρες στις Σπέτσες ήταν το φεστιβάλ «της Αρματας» όπου το νησί των Σπετσών βούλιαζε και αρκετός κόσμος διέμενε στο Πόρτο Χέλι … θεωρώ ότι όλο αυτό ήταν μια τρελή εκμετάλλευση από πλευράς των ιδιοκτητών κ σας παροτρύνω με αυτή τη τιμή να κλείσετε κάπου άλλου που θα είναι πολύ καλύτερα τουλάχιστον μη πετάξετε τα χρήματα σας.

Great view from rooms. It’s a motel that become hotel 2star by best western brand. The room are clean have mini refrigerator and water heaters in the room to make tea or coffee ☕️ bathrooms are clean but old need more love. But the port view make it up and the price very far (been in Nov for $65) out of season rate.
