The staff were all very helpful & friendly, they made our stay enjoyable. The beach was just outside the hotel and it has a great restaurant. It was clean & comfortable. It's also close to some other great restaurants, bars & beaches. they had happy hour in the afternoon which was perfect for a few drinks.

Very summery hotel. Location was great but you definitely need a vehicle. Very polite staff. They were amazing. The hotel bar was average. I would love better drinks and more variety. . Our room was really big but I am not sure about the rest

A 3 stars hotel, however very clean with spacious rooms and a very nice breakfast buffet. Staff are very kind and helpful and always try to make your stay more pleasant. In addition, in front of the hotel there is Finikas beach, sandy and clean and you are offered free sun beds from the hotel's reception. We did enjoy our stay there and we do recommend it if you are not looking for something very fancy

A very beautiful hotel, in the front of the beach "Foinikas". The hotel was very clean, fully equipped, with the most delicious breakfast! The staff, Maria and George, was more than kind and willing to offer the warmest hospitality! this is a terrific family run boutique hotel that has polished service, an excellent seaside location and is impeccably clean. I stayed here 6 days with my wife & son and will definitely return on our next visit to Syros. I stayed here in 2015 and in 2017 and I have only the most wonderful memories. The location is quiet and perfect, beach is right outside the door. The owners are super helpful and attentive. The rooms are spacious and clean. Everything about Akrogiali is basically super fabulous, I am looking forward to coming back next time.

Perfection. Just entering the hotel, seeing the beautiful pool, immaculate grounds and great view to the you are already cheered. Perfect hotel in Syros. The best beach on the island is two minutes walk away, the pool and jacuzzi is great. Rooms are spotless and watching the sun set over the bay is unforgettable. The family running the hotel is extremely helpful and made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived.

Very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything we needed. We were with our 6 month old baby girl and everything was easy and comfortable for us. In a nice location, just five minutes walking from the beach of Galissas, the place was quiet and calming. The host and the other members of the staff were very helpful and friendly. A very lovely place, with fair prices and a friendly and kind host. She made sure we had everything we needed and that we’re comfortable. The accommodation is located in a nice rural area, near a beautiful beach. Our rooms had wifi, ac, kitchen stuff, a handy electrical stove and a kettle. There are a few restaurants in the area + a mini market.

Stayed there a couple of years ago, I honestly cannot express how lovely, hospitable and friendly Mrs. Angela is, always available to chat with guests. A true example of Greek hospitality. The rooms are tasteful, spacious, clean and tidy, with plenty of windows to let in the Greek sun. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a modest place to stay in near the beach of Galissas.

Great value for money! Nice hotel with friendly staff, and only a 5 minute walk from the beach. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the pool. A few minor comments are that the walls were a bit thin. Also our towels were replaced with clean ones every day, which seemed a bit unnecessary and isn’t good for the environment. Other than that, we would definitely recommend this place - thank you!

Very nice hotel very close to the beach! The room is perfect! The bathroom is excellent! The aluminum frames are new with screens. In short, the hotel deserves many stars. The staff is very kind! It was a very nice and fun hotel, I saw some things that are missing like some more things for families like a game room. Besides that, the pool was very good and the slide really added to the atmosphere, the meals are very tasty and the service is amazing.

Decent hotel right by the beach. It consists of multiple buildings, each has 3-4 rooms. Getting to the buildings on the top of the hill could be a bit annoying as you must take 2 elevators. Rooms may need a little bit of renovation (bathtub drains cleaned, balcony doors fixed etc), but overall it’s a decent place with very friendly service.

Great resort, the name says it all. The staff can help carry luggage to your room, especially if the room is high up in the hill. Actually we didn't stay in the rooms but we've met the lovely owners who have a cafe and a shop downstairs. They are marvellous. The village itself is special and I definitely recommend the rooms as we saw pictures and we know were is. Next year we'll stay there for sure. We just love Galissas!!

I might have had the best room from a goddess point of view. I could barely see the sea from the side, but I had beautiful Bougainvillea. Quiet room and hotel. Moderate 3 star hotel, nothing special, bit dated. 50 meters away from the beach the biggest advantage.

Well equipped, very clean apartments in a great location in Galissa beach. Hospitable and polite owners always ready to help or provide advice. They even offered me a free ride to the port. Galissa beach ia an optimum choice for family vacations. Everything is approachable in a walking distance. The beach is sandy and really clean plus it offers public amenities. Will return to George rooms next summer...

Very friendly host! He also provides shuttle services from/to (air)port and has a quad/sand buggy/moped/motorcycle rental center. Excellent daily room cleaning service, the beach is some 300 meters away and there's a great selection of bars, coffee shops and tavernas nearby! Good value for the money! We've been going to Galissas, Syros for many years and for the last 14 we always stay with George and Anna. The accommodation is clean, safe, very close to the beach, some great restaurants and bars and each visit it is like coming back to stay with old friends. George and his family are always very helpful and they also have the motorcycle and cart rental business

Large clean rooms, cleaned daily, lovely peaceful surroundings, only 50m from beautiful beach, and 20m from bus stop. 1 min away from coffee shops, tavernas and a mini market, but the cherry on the cake are the hosts, so kind and willing to meet your every need! The Hotel is a haven literally 50 metres from the beach with great facilities - lovely pool and sitting areas. Breakfast was exceptional - lots of choices and not only great food but lots of it. The staff are delightful and do everything to make your stay enjoyable and are incredibly accommodating - we had a 4.00PM ferry and were allowed to keep our room until 1.00PM which was really helpful.

We accidentally got off the wrong ferry port in Syros and there were no more ferries that day to Mykonos. We quickly looked up on our phone hotels and came across Hotel Benois. Outstanding hotel, with very nice and professional staff ; nonetheless, the housekeepers are very noisy, and it is difficult to take a nap in the afternoon. An effort must be made on this level. The swimming pool is perfect and well maintained. Nice place and location for holidays.
