Good for one or two nights sleep.

Dilapidated hotel, stuck in the 80s and 90s. Close to the center and the port. The staff is friendly and helpful. Left for last time, not so attractive.

Was here two nights 17-19.07.25 with a colleague working in the shipyard at Cleopatra Marina. The hotel was perfect for our needs and only 20 minutes drive to the shipyard. As working, we didn't venture out in the evenings and had the tasty buffet dinner in the hotel restaurant - incredible value at 18€ for three courses. Breakfast was also very good with a copious buffet. All very laudable but...

This is a lovely hotel with a fab swimming pool. Good location. Greqt views from dining room. Rooms/decor are a little dated but they were spotlessly clean. Good sized rooms. Efficient and friendly staff. Good selection of different foods for breakfast.

Nice hotel. The carpet nees to be updated. My only issue was that the drain was backibg u after having a bath and even though I brought to their attention ut was never resolved.p

We were there for a short stay. Quick, friendly check-in, clean rooms, a fruit basket to welcome us, a decent breakfast - all provided. There is also an (unheated) pool, which we didn't use, however. We couldn't have expected more in terms of value for money - so it was absolutely fine. Overall, the property/facilities could benefit from a bit of a refresh.

Hotel Margarona was an excellent hotel. Cozy, very clean, with an ample breakfast and polite staff. The pool was big as Olympic pool. It was a pleasure to spend one night in this hotel. The view in front of the hotel was fantastic.Very good!,

Excellent quality/ price. The manager was very friendly! The rooms were big and comfortable. The pool was big, clean and not too crowded and the bar at the pool is a plus. The breakfast was fine. The hotel is located not far from the museum of Nikopolis. The only negative thing we could think of is the resonance in the hotel, but we can't say that it's noisy either. The hotel still deserves its 5 stars...

Great sea side hotel, that is perfect for families. It is close to Preveza and other great locations that are worth visiting. There is a pool available, but a close walk from the beach as well.

Advantage , great location ,free parking near by , AC working and great condition ,small fridge in the room , friendly staff. Disadvantages: Cleaning is sub optimal as some mould in the bathroom room . No welcome coffee or water in the room Very very basic breakfast need some improvements Over all 7 out of 10

Very convenient location, with parking spaces. The rooms are nice. The only somewhat negative is the breakfast area. There are too many tables and chairs making navigation to the buffet and back to your table difficult. There is even a table in the entrance to the dining area. The only reason I wrote this is maybe the hotel would like to easily correct this aspect of the experience.

A great hotel and a perfect discovery for us. A good size room with air conditioning and a balcony. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Our flight was delayed, and we didn't check in until after 11pm, but this was not an issue. A simple room , with normal bathroom. Our room didn’t had kitchen but we knew that. The price was affordable and not expensive. Room was very clean, with hand sanitizer to all rooms inside and outside of them. The host didn’t appeared but his mother and father were there if we wanted something. Also there was a private parking lot. Place recommended

The hotel is very high standard. Staff is all extremly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is like a little paradise. Green, flowers, singing birds. We we really resting. Everywhere in the hotel area was extremly clean. Breakfast was unbelievable and swimming pool quite good size. I loved my stay here. The room was spacious, balcony was surrounded by trees (I could actually enjoy the birds), everyone was so friendly and the Chef Dimitrios's lovingly prepared food was amazing - even though it broke my heart to leave food on the plates as the portions were huge. I stayed here with my family for one night enroute home to UK. The place is very nice, but the people make a place and the team managing the place could not be more welcoming or helpful. Food was also amazing! Well done all, and thanks for a lovely experience.

The design of the hotel is chic, and the vegetation is perfect. The quality of the kitchen is high, with a fantastic chef. However, the pool area is too small, and this is made worse because the hotel sells access to local kids that dominate the area.

The pool only opens at 11:00, which is very disappointing. I wanted to go for an early morning swim, but no chance to convince the receptionist, that as a good swimmer I should be able to do my swim. During the day the pool area is very noisy with lots of loud families. Not a place to relax and to enjoy two last days of holidays. Nice hotel in middle of Preveza. Very good staff and beautiful lobby. Cons: - Expensive for what you get. - Room was not fully cleaned when we were there.

The rooms are a little more basic than the name of the hotel suggests, but at the price they are great value and so you can’t complain. The staff were all very friendly and helpful whilst we were there too.

Perfect location in the centre of the city close to shops and restaurants; reception open 24 hrs a day.

Overall disappointing. Came with bath but known problem with pipes meant flooding floor when letting water out; had to trickle it out after initial deluge on floor. Staff advised plumber said pipes too shallow and nothing could be done. Room came with menu for room service but no room service available. One staff member had to do everything. Very noisy all night with pedestrians and scooters.

The host was very hospitable, always helping with what was needed. The room had stunning views of the sunset. Breakfasts were fine, just like at home.

Large rooms, nice huge garden with clean pool

Resort style, very large room with kitchenette. Spotless room with very comfortable bed and large balcony for that evening drink and/or breakfast. Fantastic swimming pool with plenty of deck chairs and shade. A great place to stay if using Preveza airport.
