Good for one or two nights sleep.

Dilapidated hotel, stuck in the 80s and 90s. Close to the center and the port. The staff is friendly and helpful. Left for last time, not so attractive.

Excellent quality/ price. The manager was very friendly! The rooms were big and comfortable. The pool was big, clean and not too crowded and the bar at the pool is a plus. The breakfast was fine. The hotel is located not far from the museum of Nikopolis. The only negative thing we could think of is the resonance in the hotel, but we can't say that it's noisy either. The hotel still deserves its 5 stars...

Great sea side hotel, that is perfect for families. It is close to Preveza and other great locations that are worth visiting. There is a pool available, but a close walk from the beach as well.

It was great . The atmosphere the breakfast views and everything about that hotel was amazing . The staff are caring and if u ever happen to lose something in your room the receptionist will help u recover it

We’ve had a great stay at the hotel and staffs were amazing, from receptionists to breakfast bar staffs. Welcoming, helping ordered foods to room service, booked taxi, and breakfast bar. Oh, and most importantly, helping stored our luggages after checking out while having a quick stroll to the old town. Greg and Alley is very helpful indeed. We’ll certainly look into the city hotel in Preveza in future...

The hotel is very high standard. Staff is all extremly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is like a little paradise. Green, flowers, singing birds. We we really resting. Everywhere in the hotel area was extremly clean. Breakfast was unbelievable and swimming pool quite good size. I loved my stay here. The room was spacious, balcony was surrounded by trees (I could actually enjoy the birds), everyone was so friendly and the Chef Dimitrios's lovingly prepared food was amazing - even though it broke my heart to leave food on the plates as the portions were huge. I stayed here with my family for one night enroute home to UK. The place is very nice, but the people make a place and the team managing the place could not be more welcoming or helpful. Food was also amazing! Well done all, and thanks for a lovely experience.

The design of the hotel is chic, and the vegetation is perfect. The quality of the kitchen is high, with a fantastic chef. However, the pool area is too small, and this is made worse because the hotel sells access to local kids that dominate the area.

The pool only opens at 11:00, which is very disappointing. I wanted to go for an early morning swim, but no chance to convince the receptionist, that as a good swimmer I should be able to do my swim. During the day the pool area is very noisy with lots of loud families. Not a place to relax and to enjoy two last days of holidays. The hotel’s location was perfect. The hotel was quiet, and the AC system was working very well. It is within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. You can get all the information you need from the reception; they are really nice people. The room is very very small. Acording to price, I expect wide rooms.

The hotel is situated in the old town of Preveza , close to all the restaurants and the busy bustling small Allie ways full of life. But the hotel has no particular view which is part of a good location as well . I stayed 2 nights with no reasonable hot water in both room that I have stayed in. Nice hotel in middle of Preveza. Very good staff and beautiful lobby. Cons: - Expensive for what you get. - Room was not fully cleaned when we were there.

The rooms are a little more basic than the name of the hotel suggests, but at the price they are great value and so you can’t complain. The staff were all very friendly and helpful whilst we were there too.

The host was very hospitable, always helping with what was needed. The room had stunning views of the sunset. Breakfasts were fine, just like at home.

Large rooms, nice huge garden with clean pool

Resort style, very large room with kitchenette. Spotless room with very comfortable bed and large balcony for that evening drink and/or breakfast. Fantastic swimming pool with plenty of deck chairs and shade. A great place to stay if using Preveza airport.
