Would you be surprised to learn that this place doesn't look quite like the 'photos? This was an emergency stop-over, after our BA flight was cancelled at the last moment. The staff did a pretty good job of checking 120 people in a very short space of time, so top marks for that. But dinner was a cold buffet, some of which had once been hot food. And ordering drinks from the Bar was a painfully protracted...

Currently a huge wedding party happening. It’s 3am and still going, very very loud and rooms are not sound proofed. Very illegal to have this huge party with dancing with COVID restrictions, probably will be a super spreader event. Excellent quality/ price. The manager was very friendly! The rooms were big and comfortable. The pool was big, clean and not too crowded and the bar at the pool is a plus. The breakfast was fine. The hotel is located not far from the museum of Nikopolis. The only negative thing we could think of is the resonance in the hotel, but we can't say that it's noisy either. The hotel still deserves its 5 stars...

Great sea side hotel, that is perfect for families. It is close to Preveza and other great locations that are worth visiting. There is a pool available, but a close walk from the beach as well.

Modern hotel with great rooms and a great view of the city. It’s on the Main Street which is a great location for seeing Preveza. Staff is friendly and accommodating! They also allowed our dogs to stay so we’re extremely grateful! Will definitely be back!

We were very well looked after at this hotel. Staff extremely helpful....the hotel is well appointed and clean. They arranged for the six of us to have one room up til 5pm on the day we left as we had an evening flight. We were able to leave our luggage, have a rest, a shower etc before travelling to the airport. Five stars for everything except only 4 for the location as it is not on the waterfront...

The hotel is great and its swimming pool enormous. Its rooms and all its spaces in general are great too. The breakfast is mostly home made but rather poor and the staff is very polite and professional. Air conditioning in every room. We all had a great time in the pool even though there are several nice beaches nearby (that we also visited). I totally recommend it for couples or families.

Really nice owners/staff. We came in a week day so there was almost no one in the hotel. Although we didn't enjoy the pool because of our many trips around the lafkada I really wanted to swim there. =) Breakfast was also nice. Oh, and the room was BIG! Basically a suite with mini kitchen, bathroom, TV, couple and single bed, big mirror, etc. Really recommend!

Excellent boutique hotel with a very unique style. I love the breakfast balcony and breakfast buffet. In the middle of everything! Walk everywhere in minutes. Perfect location. Parking is tough to find but the hotel associates can help you find or make room to park in their private space.

Location is good but we think "boutique" is not accurate to describe the hotel. Rooms are aged, booking platform is misleading with the way presented them, service is average and parking is issue if you dare to move your car from a spot you luckily gained. Preveza is a great city to visit and have your vacations and hotel is in the middle of it just I believe was overpriced for what offered.

This is a fantastic place to stay in Preveza. The rooms are modern and very clean. Breakfast is okay. Location is superb with direct access to the seafront marina. The pool is small but well maintained and the pool beds are very comfortable. You have free access to bicycles to roam the town (which is not that big). Finally, the reason for the 5 stars is the level of service you will get from the staff...

Cute hotel in the middle of the old centre. Nice pool. Private parking with camera security. We had a room on the ground floor, which made opening the windows difficult. Therefore we had trouble getting fresh air in the room, which made it smell a little moldy.

Polite and helpful staff. Location is excellent and the breakfast was very nice with a great view on roof garden. The room on 2nd floor was spacious and comfy.

Clean, friendly family run hotel with big family rooms & salt water pool. Perfect for before or after the airport as very close. No restaurant but a dozen or so local restaurants will deliver and they have the menus in the room

A perfect stay for a second time. The rooms are nice, large and very clean. Best breakfast in a nice garden and best swimming pool. Very kind people always ready tot help. We certainly enjoyed it and recommend it .

A really nice hotel. You feel it like going to a pension with a old but nice host couple. Rooms are spacious, the hotel very clean, the water in the pool is warm and the breakfast is just fine. Finally is there the location... It is (I guess) the best hotel near the airport. The distance is a few minutes. That make the hotel perfect when arriving late or leaving early. Stayed here for a short break. Great large rooms all well appointed, lovely people, Georg and Penelopi can't do enough to make your stay a pleasure. All I can say is arrive as a guest and leave as a friend. We will be back.

Wonderful boutique hotel, with large and spacious rooms and above all with extraordinary service. Situated in a quiet place, 5-minute drive from the Preveza center. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful hotel. Amazing grounds. Clean modern. Staff are the best. Helpful polite friendly warm. Especially Sonia on several occasions has gone out of her way to help me etc. The only down side to this hotel if anything is the food. It is very well cooked and tasty it has a very basic menu I would expect slightly more from such an amazing establishment

Lovely hotel, nice bed, shower, pool and breakfast however lacked a few key things such as 2 glasses in the room, 2 forks and a couple of little strange things like this.

Great place where you can forget about time and have a total relax. Despite it's located 10 mins ride from the beach, they provide you with transfer, so we use it all the time. Strongly recommended for vacation. Very comfortable rooms with outstanding minimalistic design.
