nice breakfast, spacious room with comfortable beds, warm even for a winter break, nice balcony view, overall a relaxing stay due to the great personnel, we would visit again

Would you be surprised to learn that this place doesn't look quite like the 'photos? This was an emergency stop-over, after our BA flight was cancelled at the last moment. The staff did a pretty good job of checking 120 people in a very short space of time, so top marks for that. But dinner was a cold buffet, some of which had once been hot food. Currently a huge wedding party happening. It’s 3am and still going, very very loud and rooms are not sound proofed. Very illegal to have this huge party with dancing with COVID restrictions, probably will be a super spreader event. Excellent boutique hotel with a very unique style. I love the breakfast balcony and breakfast buffet. In the middle of everything! Walk everywhere in minutes. Perfect location. Parking is tough to find but the hotel associates can help you find or make room to park in their private space.

Location is good but we think "boutique" is not accurate to describe the hotel. Rooms are aged, booking platform is misleading with the way presented them, service is average and parking is issue if you dare to move your car from a spot you luckily gained. Preveza is a great city to visit and have your vacations and hotel is in the middle of it just I believe was overpriced for what offered.

This is a fantastic place to stay in Preveza. The rooms are modern and very clean. Breakfast is okay. Location is superb with direct access to the seafront marina. The pool is small but well maintained and the pool beds are very comfortable. You have free access to bicycles to roam the town (which is not that big). Cute hotel in the middle of the old centre. Nice pool. Private parking with camera security. We had a room on the ground floor, which made opening the windows difficult. Therefore we had trouble getting fresh air in the room, which made it smell a little moldy.

Polite and helpful staff. Location is excellent and the breakfast was very nice with a great view on roof garden. The room on 2nd floor was spacious and comfy.

Clean, friendly family run hotel with big family rooms & salt water pool. Perfect for before or after the airport as very close. No restaurant but a dozen or so local restaurants will deliver and they have the menus in the room

A perfect stay for a second time. The rooms are nice, large and very clean. Best breakfast in a nice garden and best swimming pool. Very kind people always ready tot help. We certainly enjoyed it and recommend it .

A really nice hotel. You feel it like going to a pension with a old but nice host couple. Rooms are spacious, the hotel very clean, the water in the pool is warm and the breakfast is just fine. Stayed here for a short break. Great large rooms all well appointed, lovely people, Georg and Penelopi can't do enough to make your stay a pleasure. All I can say is arrive as a guest and leave as a friend. We will be back.

Excellent quality/ price. The manager was very friendly! The rooms were big and comfortable. The pool was big, clean and not too crowded and the bar at the pool is a plus. The breakfast was fine. The hotel is located not far from the museum of Nikopolis. The only negative thing we could think of is the resonance in the hotel, but we can't say that it's noisy either. Great sea side hotel, that is perfect for families. It is close to Preveza and other great locations that are worth visiting. There is a pool available, but a close walk from the beach as well.

Excellent value for money! Came here last minute at the end of a sailing trip. All other hotels in preveza were full and we weren’t sure what to expect. It was perfect! Such a friendly receptionist who checked us in and booked our taxi for us for the morning who was very prompt and printed boarding passes for us. She is a real credit to the hotel! We were there in August. What a great place to stay! It was clean, comfortable with very friendly staff.

The hotel was great aesthetically though the shower was uncomfortably small and the "two beds room" was just two twin sized beds put together without much room to move them apart

Excellent staff, clean and spacious suite with amazing view! Although the hotel was full we thought we were all alone and also the staff provided much privacy. The pool was very big and very clean, they cleaned it everyday. We felt like home!

It is a very nice complex of 7 suites located at the end of Mytikas village. The area is extremely quiet and the hotel is built right on the beach. The view from all 7 suites is amazing. The quality of the construction is exceptionally good and the suites are nicely designed, combining comfort and simplicity with touches of tradition. Beautiful hotel. Amazing grounds. Clean modern. Staff are the best. Helpful polite friendly warm. Especially Sonia on several occasions has gone out of her way to help me etc. The only down side to this hotel if anything is the food. Lovely hotel, nice bed, shower, pool and breakfast however lacked a few key things such as 2 glasses in the room, 2 forks and a couple of little strange things like this.

Great place where you can forget about time and have a total relax. Despite it's located 10 mins ride from the beach, they provide you with transfer, so we use it all the time. Strongly recommended for vacation. Very comfortable rooms with outstanding minimalistic design.

Modern hotel with great rooms and a great view of the city. It’s on the Main Street which is a great location for seeing Preveza. Staff is friendly and accommodating! They also allowed our dogs to stay so we’re extremely grateful! Will definitely be back!

We were very well looked after at this hotel. Staff extremely helpful....the hotel is well appointed and clean. They arranged for the six of us to have one room up til 5pm on the day we left as we had an evening flight. We were able to leave our luggage, have a rest, a shower etc before travelling to the airport. Five stars for everything except only 4 for the location as it is not on the waterfront...

We stayed here for only one night, but we wish it was more. The rooms are very luxurious, clean and modern and Dionysis (the owner) and his family made us very welcome. There is a lovely pool area and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, the Greek hospitality and weather. It's only a short walk (3/4 minutes) to the beach. We loved our stay and will definitely be back soon...

We stayed there for almost 3 weeks with our 1 year old baby and it was perfect. The hotel is brand new and super clean with all measures taken in covid time. The staff is very helpful and the beach near by has the best sunset ever. Thank you!

Clean and friendly hotel located instinctively easy to find in the centre of Preveza 10 minutes drive from the airport.

They have long duvets! Mind-blowing. Don't expect great luxury, but the owners are just so so nice. The breakfast is overwhelming, and the staff makes you feel just so incredibly welcome. The beds are surprisingly hard, but I've just been so happy here!

The concept and the tree house. Cute, ecologic, clean. I slept so good. Bed is good, blankets are there because it can be fresh in the morning. It's a very good experience you feel very good inside and it's very well designed with warm water etc. No moskitos ! I wished I stayed more there.

Kosmas is an incredible host, easy to talk to, passionate about the tree houses and the surroundings, eager to give us recommendations. You have everything you need in the tree house, hot shower, toilets, comfy beds, kitchen area. It’s a perfect place to spend a few nights in the nature. We had a lovely clean spacious room with a balcony . The breakfast was very good with lots of choice . Yorgos the owner of the hotel was very helpful and friendly. The beach was only a few minutes walk away . Our dog loved it too !

Great location, very close to the airport. Jorgas, the owner of the hotel is very helpful. It seemed like it was going to rain, so he brought us umbrellas immediately. He recommended us a great restaurant where we enjoyed the sunset. The rooms were very clean, and spacious and had large balconies. Highly recommended!!

As far as the hotel, the rooms were so clean , views were beautiful, beds and linens were so soft, slept like a baby, breakfast and coffee was available, walking distance to many restaurants in the area. Perfect location, lovely staff. The area is ideal for a calm vacation, the hotel provided us free bicycles. The beaches are very nice and it's never crowded.

The hotel is great and its swimming pool enormous. Its rooms and all its spaces in general are great too. The breakfast is mostly home made but rather poor and the staff is very polite and professional. Air conditioning in every room. We all had a great time in the pool even though there are several nice beaches nearby (that we also visited). I totally recommend it for couples or families.

Really nice owners/staff. We came in a week day so there was almost no one in the hotel. Although we didn't enjoy the pool because of our many trips around the lafkada I really wanted to swim there. =) Breakfast was also nice. Oh, and the room was BIG! Basically a suite with mini kitchen, bathroom, TV, couple and single bed, big mirror, etc. Really recommend!
