Where to stay in Preveza

Good for one or two nights sleep.

Dilapidated hotel, stuck in the 80s and 90s. Close to the center and the port. The staff is friendly and helpful. Left for last time, not so attractive.

I loved my stay here. The room was spacious, balcony was surrounded by trees (I could actually enjoy the birds), everyone was so friendly and the Chef Dimitrios's lovingly prepared food was amazing - even though it broke my heart to leave food on the plates as the portions were huge. I stayed here with my family for one night enroute home to UK. The place is very nice, but the people make a place and the team managing the place could not be more welcoming or helpful. Food was also amazing! Well done all, and thanks for a lovely experience.

The design of the hotel is chic, and the vegetation is perfect. The quality of the kitchen is high, with a fantastic chef. However, the pool area is too small, and this is made worse because the hotel sells access to local kids that dominate the area.

The pool only opens at 11:00, which is very disappointing. I wanted to go for an early morning swim, but no chance to convince the receptionist, that as a good swimmer I should be able to do my swim. During the day the pool area is very noisy with lots of loud families. Not a place to relax and to enjoy two last days of holidays. Great value hotel close to the centre.

Clean and friendly hotel located instinctively easy to find in the centre of Preveza 10 minutes drive from the airport.

They have long duvets! Mind-blowing. Don't expect great luxury, but the owners are just so so nice. The breakfast is overwhelming, and the staff makes you feel just so incredibly welcome. The beds are surprisingly hard, but I've just been so happy here!

Very nice hotel. Room is with air condition, clean. Breakfast is rich with varieties of food. Staff are nice and helpful. I would truly recommend it.

We had a lovely clean spacious room with a balcony . The breakfast was very good with lots of choice . Yorgos the owner of the hotel was very helpful and friendly. The beach was only a few minutes walk away . Our dog loved it too !

Great location, very close to the airport. Jorgas, the owner of the hotel is very helpful. It seemed like it was going to rain, so he brought us umbrellas immediately. He recommended us a great restaurant where we enjoyed the sunset. The rooms were very clean, and spacious and had large balconies. Highly recommended!!

Thank you George, we had an emergency and needed a room for 3 nights and you came through for us. As far as the hotel, the rooms were so clean , views were beautiful, beds and linens were so soft, slept like a baby, breakfast and coffee was available, walking distance to many restaurants in the area. Perfect location, lovely staff. The area is ideal for a calm vacation, the hotel provided us free bicycles. The beaches are very nice and it's never crowded.

Nice hotel in middle of Preveza. Very good staff and beautiful lobby. Cons: - Expensive for what you get. - Room was not fully cleaned when we were there.

The rooms are a little more basic than the name of the hotel suggests, but at the price they are great value and so you can’t complain. The staff were all very friendly and helpful whilst we were there too.

Perfect location in the centre of the city close to shops and restaurants; reception open 24 hrs a day.

Overall disappointing. Came with bath but known problem with pipes meant flooding floor when letting water out; had to trickle it out after initial deluge on floor. Staff advised plumber said pipes too shallow and nothing could be done. Room came with menu for room service but no room service available. One staff member had to do everything. Very noisy all night with pedestrians and scooters.

Would you be surprised to learn that this place doesn't look quite like the 'photos? This was an emergency stop-over, after our BA flight was cancelled at the last moment. The staff did a pretty good job of checking 120 people in a very short space of time, so top marks for that. But dinner was a cold buffet, some of which had once been hot food. Currently a huge wedding party happening. It’s 3am and still going, very very loud and rooms are not sound proofed. Very illegal to have this huge party with dancing with COVID restrictions, probably will be a super spreader event. Clean, friendly family run hotel with big family rooms & salt water pool. Perfect for before or after the airport as very close. No restaurant but a dozen or so local restaurants will deliver and they have the menus in the room

A perfect stay for a second time. The rooms are nice, large and very clean. Best breakfast in a nice garden and best swimming pool. Very kind people always ready tot help. We certainly enjoyed it and recommend it .

Stayed here for a short break. Great large rooms all well appointed, lovely people, Georg and Penelopi can't do enough to make your stay a pleasure. All I can say is arrive as a guest and leave as a friend. We will be back.

Excellent quality/ price. The manager was very friendly! The rooms were big and comfortable. The pool was big, clean and not too crowded and the bar at the pool is a plus. The breakfast was fine. The hotel is located not far from the museum of Nikopolis. The only negative thing we could think of is the resonance in the hotel, but we can't say that it's noisy either. The hotel still deserves its 5 stars...

Great sea side hotel, that is perfect for families. It is close to Preveza and other great locations that are worth visiting. There is a pool available, but a close walk from the beach as well.

A simple room , with normal bathroom. Our room didn’t had kitchen but we knew that. The price was affordable and not expensive. Room was very clean, with hand sanitizer to all rooms inside and outside of them. The host didn’t appeared but his mother and father were there if we wanted something. Also there was a private parking lot. Place recommended

Advantage , great location ,free parking near by , AC working and great condition ,small fridge in the room , friendly staff. Very convenient location, with parking spaces. The rooms are nice. The only somewhat negative is the breakfast area. There are too many tables and chairs making navigation to the buffet and back to your table difficult. There is even a table in the entrance to the dining area. The only reason I wrote this is maybe the hotel would like to easily correct this aspect of the experience.

Our flight was delayed, and we didn't check in until after 11pm, but this was not an issue. Typical 3 star Greek Hotel. Basic, covers needs of a tourist. Bed comfortable but on the hard side, cleanliness needs improving, breakfast OK nothing to write about. The bathroom emits horrible smell. Low level floors facing main street quite noisy. Can hear next room conversations. Expect you to check in late, but to check out by 9am to clean the room!!! A beautiful and clean hotel in a beautiful place. Very close to the sea, with an amazing sunset. You want to spend hours seeing the sea. When the city was baking with heat, there was always a cool breeze in the hotel garden. Very pleasant stay. I love it.

It is a nice hotel that is family type to serve parents with children. The location is ideal in the green with an amazing beach for children with shallow water, service from the beach bar, with a lifeguard and a perfect sunset. Beautiful bay, clear waters and sandy beach but not for people with bad feet. There are many slopes to climb. Please, note that the bay is small and soon full of people. Early morning is the best time - in September anyway.

Very family friendly, very beautiful! They have a lot of attention at plants and they are caring them every they. Rooms are perfects, with a huge balcony, the beach is very near. The rooms are clean. The people here are very helpful, very friendly and very kind! We enjoy to stay here!

great location, good quality, beautiful garden and extremely nice owners make this hotel the perfect choice for a family vacation. The village Mitikas is also very welcoming, with nice beaches which were not crowded at all during our stay. The beach next to the hotel has sun beds and umbrellas too

A very nice and cozy hotel in the center of Preveza with modern and comfortable furniture, ideal for families with 2 or 3 kids. The hospitality of Sofia is great. She is very friendly. No doubt that if we return to Preveza we will visit it again.

We had an amazing stay at the Sofita Hotel. The owner and workers there are super friendly and gave great advice about the area & activities in Preveza. Our room was very modern, large, comfortable and clean. The location is great, right in the center of Preveza and you can easily access the city from there.

The hotel location is amazing and has so much near by to see and explore. Our room was fantastic; it was decorated to a good standard, had good amenities, was clean, tidy and comforting. Thank you to all the staff who made us feel warm and welcome. It even comes down to little things like them opening doors for us. We will be back!
