I loved my stay here. The room was spacious, balcony was surrounded by trees (I could actually enjoy the birds), everyone was so friendly and the Chef Dimitrios's lovingly prepared food was amazing - even though it broke my heart to leave food on the plates as the portions were huge. I stayed here with my family for one night enroute home to UK. The place is very nice, but the people make a place and the team managing the place could not be more welcoming or helpful. Food was also amazing! Well done all, and thanks for a lovely experience.

The design of the hotel is chic, and the vegetation is perfect. The quality of the kitchen is high, with a fantastic chef. However, the pool area is too small, and this is made worse because the hotel sells access to local kids that dominate the area.

The pool only opens at 11:00, which is very disappointing. I wanted to go for an early morning swim, but no chance to convince the receptionist, that as a good swimmer I should be able to do my swim. During the day the pool area is very noisy with lots of loud families. Not a place to relax and to enjoy two last days of holidays. Otherwise pleasant hotel, very friendly staff, clean rooms, a bit outdated...

Nice hotel in middle of Preveza. Very good staff and beautiful lobby. Cons: - Expensive for what you get. - Room was not fully cleaned when we were there.

The rooms are a little more basic than the name of the hotel suggests, but at the price they are great value and so you can’t complain. The staff were all very friendly and helpful whilst we were there too.

Perfect location in the centre of the city close to shops and restaurants; reception open 24 hrs a day.

Overall disappointing. Came with bath but known problem with pipes meant flooding floor when letting water out; had to trickle it out after initial deluge on floor. Staff advised plumber said pipes too shallow and nothing could be done. Room came with menu for room service but no room service available. One staff member had to do everything. Very noisy all night with pedestrians and scooters.

Perfect location near the cobblestoned village with cute stores and cafes all around. The decor is beautiful and elegant. Everything is clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and very friendly and polite staff. Good wifi connection. The free bike rentals need some love. Half of them need air in the tires or their brakes fixed. Perfect Location Very Good hotel, located in the centre of town, easy access to all bars,shops and restaurants. Great pool brilliant facility for a town centre hotel. Very friendly staff at all times during the stay. The free bikes have seen better days but they are ok for a nip around town. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. Clean, friendly family run hotel with big family rooms & salt water pool. Perfect for before or after the airport as very close. No restaurant but a dozen or so local restaurants will deliver and they have the menus in the room

A perfect stay for a second time. The rooms are nice, large and very clean. Best breakfast in a nice garden and best swimming pool. Very kind people always ready tot help. We certainly enjoyed it and recommend it .

A really nice hotel. You feel it like going to a pension with a old but nice host couple. Rooms are spacious, the hotel very clean, the water in the pool is warm and the breakfast is just fine. Finally is there the location... It is (I guess) the best hotel near the airport. The distance is a few minutes. That make the hotel perfect when arriving late or leaving early. Stayed here for a short break. Great large rooms all well appointed, lovely people, Georg and Penelopi can't do enough to make your stay a pleasure. All I can say is arrive as a guest and leave as a friend. We will be back.
