It was great . The atmosphere the breakfast views and everything about that hotel was amazing . The staff are caring and if u ever happen to lose something in your room the receptionist will help u recover it

We’ve had a great stay at the hotel and staffs were amazing, from receptionists to breakfast bar staffs. Welcoming, helping ordered foods to room service, booked taxi, and breakfast bar

Oh, and most importantly, helping stored our luggages after checking out while having a quick stroll to the old town. Greg and Alley is very helpful indeed

The view was not great but it didn't matter since everything else was perfect! The service was great, the food was also tasty, the rooms were quiet! I'd recommend it!

Bed is confi, AC and heating works. Perfect for a stay even a little longer. Accoustics is bad in the rooms, you hear other guests coming home a lot

Everything is of high quality, from the room and the surroundings to the breakfast and, above all, the very kind and attentive staff. And all this for a very reasonable price. Truly great value for money (VFM)!

Breakfast was unbelievable and swimming pool quite good size. If you wanted to go to Preveza city, so it was easy to get a taxi and it costs 6 euro to one direction (so quite cheap)

We enjoyd, rested, slept long in a good bed! We were from Finland and here were people from other scandinavian countries and the loved it also

Service at the reception was an INSULT. The guy was unpleasent , non informative and rude - and he alone is a good reason not to come back - we expect more for our money

The food was so nice, coffee was great (50% off in the morning, wich felt like I was stealing it!!) The ice cream poolside was divine!! 🥰 Service (Marios and Kyriakos) was wonderful, and gave answers to all questions you could possibly have! I would definitely go back

A perfect stay for a second time. The rooms are nice, large and very clean. Best breakfast in a nice garden and best swimming pool. Very kind people always ready tot help. We certainly enjoyed it and recommend it .

Perfect place to stay in Preveza This has been one of the best holiday we've ever had. The hospitality and customer service was above and beyond, we were always well looked after and felt like home

It is (I guess) the best hotel near the airport. The distance is a few minutes. That make the hotel perfect when arriving late or leaving early

You feel it like going to a pension with a old but nice host couple. Rooms are spacious, the hotel very clean, the water in the pool is warm and the breakfast is just fine. Finally is there the location

But does the stay involve more nights you can easily walk to the beach 700 meters away - or the city about 1 kilometres away. I can only give my best recommendation

The manager was very friendly! The rooms were big and comfortable. The pool was big, clean and not too crowded and the bar at the pool is a plus. The hotel is located not far from the museum of Nikopolis

The only negative thing we could think of is the resonance in the hotel, but we can't say that it's noisy either. The hotel still deserves its 5 stars, I recommend

Great sea side hotel, that is perfect for families. It is close to Preveza and other great locations that are worth visiting. There is a pool available, but a close walk from the beach as well.

We booked this hotel as it looked convenient to the town centre and local restaurants. The room was an excellent size, with 2 balconies overlooking the sea. The owner/manager recommended a local restaurant for us

Additionally, the mattress and pillows allowed us to have a pleasant sleep and a good night's rest and those around me know how selective I am when it comes to high quality mattresses! Another positive factor was that during our stay at Secret boutique hotel we enjoyed absolute privacy

We parked outside the hotel to leave our luggage, and then parked in a private area less than 5 minutes away. We had breakfast locally, at Cup & Joy and also the Croissant Cafe. Everything else is an easy walk away

This hotel was really perfect for me, at the time. The room was spacious and with a balcony. The design of the room was thoughtful. The receptionist was helpful with information about the area and onward travels

I have been at San Giovanni 5 yrs.ago. Revisited this year, though we didn't stay. Still nice and clean with a decent size pool next to the bar. Great location, basically on Agios Ioannis beach.

The staff is very kind and the place is very nice. The beach in front is for wind surf mainly but the city of Lefkada is close and you can reach every popular beach by car

Yiannis beach that provides breakfast and on site snacks throughout the day. You can come to San Giovani, never leave the hotel and still have a wonderful vacation

The pool area and snack bar is ideal because there is space for you to lounge by the pool and a space for you to sit and relax in the shade by the snack bar

The reception staff and all others are extremely friendly and efficient. The hotel is located a flat 5 minute walk from the town of Kanali. There are half a dozen tavernas which are extremely good value

There was efficient aircon at no extra charge and well maintained insect screens on the sliding doors. Lighting was good both by the bedside and on the patio

In the beach bar there is a good choice of snacks and drinks as well as salads and pasta, although I would have liked there to be some draught beer

There are many beach bars, some with sunbeds, free if you buy a drink. The beach is gritty sand and there is a lifeguard in attendance. There is the added bonus of a spectacular sunset from all these bars

The room and the hotel as a whole were built to a high standard and cleaning was meticulous. There is an enormous pool with ample comfortable sunbeds and parasols. A pleasant pool bar adjoins it

Very friendly people, simple but good rooms. A little noisy because of the nearby street. They should make some shadow on the garden so people can have breakfast there and kids to play

We stay at this lovely property in the beginning of July for one week. Very comfortable rooms at very reosanable prices. The owners were very kind and they did everything possible to support us

Owners are great people, they were there all the time. Their daughter speaks english so by viber you can ask and everyting organize. We had wonderful holiday there so I recomend this place

There is big and safe car parking, big and nice garden, room was perfect with kitchen, bathroom, big balcony, nice bed and for two people enough big room for sleeping

A lot of space and privacy, very clean, the staff is nice and friendly. The breakfast is also good. The only negative thing is really that the bees disturb you from your meal... that's it. :)

Comfy beds, lots of space, bathroom with a tub, strong (free) wifisignal, fridge and airconditioning. Lefkade is a beautiful island!! Try to reserve a rentalcar a head of time, because there might be none available

Endless tea coffee and fruit juice. It is also served between 8 and 11 which is a perfect window. Food served during the day is good but there is also a lovely bakery just across the road

The pool is perfect and easy to get in and out of if you have any mobility problems. There is always plenty of sun beds, especially on the grass but the comfy ones by the pool go quickly

The rooms are basic but sufficient and are kept spotlessly clean. Clean towels every day and clean sheets every other day. The beds are comfy and there is enough space to store clothing

As the title of this review implies this hotel was perfect for us. The location is beautiful, I could not believe that I was privileged enough to wake up the that view every morning

The sea is lovely once you are in but very stony so need sea shoes. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance and bus stops outside to get you to Nidri or lefkarda. Staff are helpful and friendly

Best village but too much people in august

Wonderful place to be at least once! The little village restaurant and shops are charming. The Milos beach in my opinion is one of the best the only way to access is via boat or hiking for 20 minutes

The downside is they don’t clean the village beach so this is extremely bad because is very small and busy. In conclusion the best place to be if you have no car

Location is a good stating point to visit the island

Could be better with a parking as in the high season you might find to park really far away and on the street but nevertheless I would stay again and again here without even thinking of it

Considering the price is among the smallest, I think it's worth staying here. The hotel is past its prime and the breakfast is a little dull, but I think overall it's good.

I had a brilliant time staying at this hotel The view from my room was spectacular, the cleaners cleaned the rooms with fresh towels daily, pool area was always a lovely place to feel comfortable to sunbathe and the service by the pool was great too!! Drinks and food were delicious and very reasonably priced when buying from their menu Breakfast had a good selection and their ice coffees and cappuccinos...

If you are looking for a peaceful quiet relaxing place to stay this is it lovely rooms i had a seaview with a balcony good size pool plenty of loungers all with umbrellas i had bed an breakfast board the breakfast is continental style but plenty of choice there is a bus service which stops a 2 minute walk from hotel i personally hired a car for 3 days just to get about an see the rest of island which...

A friendly welcome from the outset at this hotel. Though not in the busiest area of the island, the rooms are a good size with great views over the sea. The rooms have A/C and a fridge
