We stayed here for 2 weeks and were extremely impressed with the standard of accommodation, service and attention to detail. We intend to to return next year, probably says it all.

These super clean villas are located 5 minutes walking distance from the restaurants and bars of the wonderful city of Sitia and 1 minute distance from a wonderful public beach, offering the option of a private swimming pool at the same time. A true gem! The location is amazing. The private beach was amazing and in 2 minutes walking distance. The salt water pool was a delight. The accomodation was private with amazing view and quiet. The bed super extra comfy. It is pet friendly and this reveals many about the owner, the staff and the the whole "character" of the facility. totallly recomended.

Loved our stay at Villa Michalis. The apartment was spotless and looked recently refurbished. The pool was beautifully warm and always quiet. The owner gave us olive oil and Raki which was a nice touch. Highly recommended.

Great pool, it has a waterfall and a small kiddie area. There's WiFi as well as a TV and a balcony with a dining table and chairs. It is a great place for families and I would highly recommend staying here.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday. If you are looking for a quiet location that is still close to shops and restaurants it is perfect! The villa, grounds and pool are clean and well maintained. Cristos was very hospitable and friendly, we loved the little arrival and departure gifts! Our children are aged 11 and 12 and often had the pool to themselves. If your children need more entertainment...

Very close to several beaches, quiet, flat very well-equipped, lovely balcony with great view on the sea, aircon. Very friendly host.

Staying in Villa Minoas Apartments is one of the best travel experiences I have ever had! The owners are very friendly and helpful, the apartments are very beautiful, clean and comfortable, ideally located just a few minutes walk to the beach! I would definitely recommend Villa Minoas for its excellent services, the perfect location, very lovely owners and amazing hospitality!

Best Apartments in the area. Very clean and cosy studios. The owners are so friendly and willing to help you anytime. I stayed for 2 weeks and i had one of my best vacation ever. The Beaches are so beautifull and very close from the apartments.
