Drove 90min to get here on a recommendation. It's a town beach. With all the traffic and commotion expected. Parking was "interesting". The beach is nice though, soft sand and a gentle slope. Worth the drive, maybe, would recommend, probably for the beach and amenities. Quiet. No

Very nice hotel. Small but in the city so you can awans go for a walk. There is not bigos variety of the food but it is tasty. They have nice SPA. I can especially recomend terapist Popi. The only disadventage is lack of water in the room. You have to buy it yorself.

Stayed here for 2 weeks and couldn't be more happy, absolutley good value for the price! The best location in town, good sized room and balcony. The staff was all fantastic, always a smile in their faces and so helpful and making sure you get the best vacation. Breakfastbuffet was good, it had something for everyone and no one walks hungry. Will come back, for sure!

Good beds, no noise at night, clean room. Bathroom a bit small but clean. I recommend the rooftop bar, it's a cosy spot with a nice view and peaceful (no loud music). Breakfast had enough to offer.

We are foreigners coming for a wedding. As we were walking along the beach and stopped by their cafe to have a break. The server was very polite. Even though we do not understand Greek, he spoke to us nicely. As we had a baby with us, the waiter provided hot water for us and even complimentary cakes. Amazing service at such a beautiful place. Recommended.

Great hotel with helpful and friendly staff. We had top floor superior room. Great terrace off room. Good shower too. Kettle and fridge were very welcome. Marvellous views from terrace. Provided breakfast was more than enough with good variety. Great price value.

Probably the best price/quality ratio around Sitia. The hotel is clean, confortable, the rooms are extremely spacious and well equipped with all the basics you can expect at this price level. Antonis at the reception is very discreet but always answered any question or issue we had. The pool is very enjoyable.

It's a nice place. Close to the city of Siteia (3km). A perfect starting point to explore the region. Rooms are clean staff very kind. Pool was relaxing for the afternoon. Very recommended.

Great value for money. Rooms clean and well equipped. Not sure though if it's a hotel or a rent rooms complex. On the negative side Wi-Fi practically unavailable for rooms No.8, 9 & 10.

Good service, breakfast cost 7€ and are delicious. The room big and have beuty view, but the air conditioner hardly works and and the bed mattress is very hard.

Three years I come every summer, and by all means the Sea Breeze has the best quality-price ratio. The rooms are big, clean and well equipped, the pool is extremely enjoyable and the owner is very nice and available for all requests. Highly recommended.

Nice little family run place. Very friendly hosts, easygoing. Spacious room with nice view just outside city center. The bathroom is a bit dated, but perfectly clean.

Very nice clean and comfortable for a very good price, right across the street from the ocean. The only improvement I could recommend is get some shower curtains that are about 2 inches longer. The one in our room was too short to contain water in the shower stall, so the bathroom floor got all wet. But other than that, everything was great!

Good if you want just a simple room. Always, you enjoy what you pay for. In this motel-type property, run by the owners, you find the simplest possible room. Probably it should be cheaper to be consistent with money-for-value. The good points is its vicinity to the sea front and the town of Sitia. Other than that, it was clean and friendly.

This hotel is located opposite the beach and we had a beautiful view. The room was small but provided everything we needed. It is located quite a distance from the harbour but was only 5€ in a taxi. The bar was very limited in its range of drinks but generous in measures. The owners are very welcoming and friendly.

Great place to stay on the east side of Crete We were able to use this lovely hotel as a base to explore Vai Beach and surrounding areas, then Ierapetra the next day. One thing I really like about the hotel is that they let you check in as early as noon, and not leave until noon. The patio facing the water was very nice. Value for money. Problems with the water pressure (I thing it's a general problem at Sitia) were solved from the very polite and helpful owners. Not very comfortable parking. Pet friendly!

Great place! Owner is heartwarming easygoing polite and attentive. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location and accesibility is perfect you are basically at the beach. Its calm and relaxing not overcrowded. Surrounding restaurants are decent so you dont have to wonder around and scavange for food and drinks.Prices are good on the low side.

A great family run hotel in the heart of Sitia. Rooms are super and it's quiet at night with just the sound of the waves. Very friendly and easy going. If I am in Sitia, I will always stay there. Fantastic hotel!!
