Entechnos Living Apart-hotel

Small complex with 5 apartments in skiathos. The apartments are located up a very steep and hard to drive or walk road. Only one car fits on the road and if someone else is coming from the other side you have to maneuver at the edge of a cliff to make room. We had no idea this was the case as 1.5km from town doesn't sound much until you drive this. One would need a car with a larger engine and experienced driver. We have been to Greece many times and we were very nervous this time driving with our family
The view from the apartments is truly beautiful though.
I also found the management lady to be polite but not genuine. She wasn't around much so for any questions she offered her number but she never seemed to have service for a call.
The apartments seem beautiful in the pictures but they are not maintained well and in a very poor condition for what we paid. It didn't appear like any pre season maintenance was done to water tanks, the ac, the shower seemed like it was coming off the wall and lots of rusted and broken furniture and decor around.
The pool is ok but the area around is just dirt and you carry that around when you go in.
Sheets and towels were very clean but the kitchen area needed serious deep cleaning as moldy, rusty and very old pots and pans etc.
For a couple of days the water was running brown. The owner seemed to not believe us (2 families) when we texted her but eventually it was rectified somewhat and offered us a discount off 100 euros total at the end. We stayed for 7 nights.
