Stunning hotel on beautiful sandy beach. Varied areas including pool bar and beach bar. Breakfast is wonderful catering for all tastes. Everywhere is clean and comfortable. If desired, you could stay your whole holiday in this amazing place. Staff are courteous and extremely helpful. My first time in Greece was incredible.

I don’t feel this is a true 4 star resort for the following reasons: - no shade by the beach - cereal was stale at breakfast - no wine opener in the room you have to call the front desk and they send someone up with a bottle opener but it is the only one they have so you have to give it right back - front desk can’t make spa appointments you have to contact the spa directly but they don’t have a lot...

Beautiful hotel, the staff were delightful and Alexandria in the spa gave the whole family individual massages which we all said were the best we’d ever had. Right on beautiful beach. Depending on package and upgrades, luxurious gazebos with sofa and 2 sunbeds included, although standard shader and sunbeds also available. Food average but a few good restaurants nearby so b&b recommended. Right by bus stop into Skiathos town qnd most other resorts.

This hotel was one of the best we've stayed in, very clean, well-presented and friendly staff always willing to help, the rooms were cleaned daily, and fresh towels every other day, great food, fairly good drink selection ( but could do with some flavoured gins) they have a large selection of wines and even have a glass-fronted wine cellar. Pros: Upon arrival we were provided a room upgrade which was nice. Bed comfortable. Good AC in room and large bathroom with lots of amenities provided. Toiletries were provided and towels and sheets changed everyday, although I feel this isn't necessary. We had a superior room with a view of the hills. Spent a week at this lovely hotel. Our room was spotless and the maid service very thorough and efficient. The pool is lovely with good selection of sunbed, sofas and chairs. The food is excellent with a good choice on the menu and reasonably priced for a hotel. We were B&B but chose to eat in the hotel in three of our seven nights as the food was so good. Great experience, very friendly and professional service, clean and well-run, nicely decorated but a bit over-furnished for the space available by the pool. Simple but sufficient breakfast for price. Staff are fantastic! They really make the hotel 4 star if anything 5. However the rooms itself are 2/3 star. We had a room in the basement almost and it was very dark and older, for this reason I feel paying 200+ EURO a night was a stretch given. The hotel itself in terms of facilities is small. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was five star great choice and excellent chef and staff. Slight lack of sunbeds around pool which needed a firmer hand as some people left towels on for hours but had gone else where. Lovely hotel at ground level in a good location, so no hills to walk up. Breakfast excellent with large choice, had no other meals there. Room was ok but had no view and was a bit of a disappointment as we were there for two weeks. Staff good, at all times. Needed to get to the pool very early to get a sunbed, that was a little disappointing as well.

Gorgeous, clean and well situated family run hotel. Everyone from the waiter who remembered our coffee order in the morning to the very helpful desk staff and cleaning staff made sure that we always had what we needed and felt welcomed. Me and my girlfriend spent a week in this lovely hotel in Skiathos. The hotel has very helpful and polite staff especially Maria who's working behind reception. Koukounaries beach is 10min by bus and the town centre 20min.The rooms are very clean with AC of course and the place is quiet night time. We'd happily stay at the hotel, again.

We had an amazing week at the hotel. The receptionists were very helpful with recommendations, we felt well looked after. It is also in a very ideal location halfway between the City and Koukounaries, leaving is plenty of opportunities to explore the island. We had a fantastic view from our balcony over the sea

We'd already booked into another place (which shall remain nameless) as part of a package but after 3 days we hotfooted it out of that dump and went to the Magic Hotel which was much much nicer despite being the same star rating. The host, Stavros, was most helpful. He picked us up from the airport and took us back at the end of the holiday. There was a climb to the accommodation but the view made it all worthwhile. Perfect location ned city center and beaches, but also scooter rentals. The hotel is located on a hill with great view and balconys. Stavros is absolutely great as a host. Always there if you need him and we had 24h delay on our flight and he managed to move us to another apartment and took care of moving our bags to the new apartment so that we could enjoy our day. Very nice stay for 5 days at Stavros’hotel. The owner is so nice and friendly ! My room had a wonderful view on the sea (as all rooms), it is quiet and thanks to the kitchenette you can prepare breakfast for yourself. I highly recommand this place to visit the wonderful Skiathos !

Had a fantastic holiday on Skiathos staying at Bourtzi Hotel. From the first greeting to our last goodbye, all of the staff were friendly, professional and made us feel extremely welcome. Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. The facilities are spotless throughout and the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. The thing that sets this place apart though is the outstanding service.
