Very welcoming place to stay with so much character. Our room was clean and spacious. Our private balcony overlooked Skiathos and the bay. Froffee the owner made us feel at home and she was so helpful and friendly

Lovely place up the hill, very characterful. Fofi the owner looked after us very well and sorted our taxi. Large breakfast, will stay there again. Ask her how many cats she has !

The communication with the property was very efficient and friendly right before we arrived. The location is great and accessible, 10min away from the port and the town center, surrounded by silence day and night

The room was beautiful and big, with a nice balcony and it was cleaned every day. The bed is huge and extremely comfortable. They have pool and sunbeds where you can relax during the day

Such an easy 15 minutes walk to Skiathos town and less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Skiathos

I do recommend it both for couples or families. The room is very tidy, clean with nice balconies and TV, there is always warm water for showers in the bathroom. You can have Breakfast in a very nice backyard

It wasn’t until the last couple of days that I realised I could order a Greek Coffee to accompany breakfast and on our final day had the most amazing moussaka cooked by Makis who is a great chef! All in all, I would recommend this hotel as a great base with good facilities but would you need to book one of the rooms with a view to make the most of it

Amazing staff who goes above and beyond to create a great stay. The rooms were adequate for what we needed. Any issues and the staff was so quick to resolve. We had a great time at the Aria and in Skiathos

Makis and Nicole really do know how to run the front of house and seem genuinely interested in making their guests feel at home whether you spend time around the pool during the day or venture out to the various beaches and return to the hotel later

Their hospitality made me feel truly at home, and they provided excellent tips and information about the island, which made exploring even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Skiathos!

Great place and service. If you want to be neer to center but still out of noise this is the best place for you. Tavernas and beach are 2 min by footh.

Very nice! A lot of stairs and steep. So not for small children or disabled. Wifi in the reception only. Fan. You can pay for aircon if you need it. Nice rooms and surroundings.

We spent one week at Elsa’s last year and unfortunately we experienced heavy rain and one of the biggest floods in Greece … Elsa took care of us when there was no electricity and we didn’t have any food or water in our room ♥️♥️♥️ Highly recommend !!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Elsa Hotel, it was a nice start of our honeymoon! Elsa and the staff are very nice, smiling and already know what kind of coffee you drink on the second day of your stay and make you feel at home :) It is located on a ring road but close to the city

We had a great 4 night stay here. The hotel is well located on the ring road close to the bus stop 2 and just a 10 minute walk to town. Our room was comfortable with a great bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool

The pool bar was a lovely spot to chill with reasonably priced drinks. We really enjoyed the white wine. All the staff there were very friendly and super helpful. We would definitely stay here again 👌🏼

Being a 2-star hotel, don't expect luxury, but the rooms are clean and serviced daily. Location is probably one of the best in Skiathos town and is at street level opposite the new port

Great location and super friendly staff. Room is good forb3 people sharing. Can be a touch noisy with the proximity of the main road. Bitbthe super handy location makes up for that.

Only three minor gripes; the WiFi is very unreliable and with poor coverage in the rooms, secondly the steps to enter the property- they were okayish for us and justified by the view - I can imagine this being a problem for less mobile or elderly travellers

Reportedly good coffee shop next to it. Very happy to help where they could. Our apartment was in good repair but friends had minor problems. My experience- disappointed by bed. Firm no cushioning on top of mattress

Wonderful accommodation in what was more like a split level apartment in the end with a mezzanine bedroom. The place is beautifully kept, clean and tidy with stylish surroundings and stunning flowers and plants

Vivi on reception is absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful, just couldn't do enough for us. We had a large Superior Room on the first floor with a full size bathroom and always constant hot water

After booking a villa at the Oasis, we were let down badly and by a lengthy process of elimination I came across Dennis and Skiathos House where we were lucky to find a vacancy and Dennis came to the rescue! Smooth changeover - he even came out to meet us and sort baggage

It's close to the main shopping street with a seven minutes walk, close to supermarkets and bakerys, yet very calm far away from occupied car streets. The rooms are clean and AC and safe is included in the price
