Panas Hotel

From the food, to the local beaches, views, bedrooms and most importantly the welcoming hospitality - Panas was genuinely perfect for a quiet getaway for my partner and I - all at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend to anyone, of all ages!

Had an amazing week at the Panas - everything was perfect. The room was superb, the food delicious. Nana, Geri and all the hotel staff were so friendly and professional - we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. Can’t wait to return in May! Thank you Nana for looking after us so well - hopefully see you in the Spring. Hope you all have a restful winter.

Just returned from a wonderful week stay at Panas. A truly tranquil, peaceful and beautiful hotel. When we arrived we were so warmly greeted and had our bags brought to the room. The food is excellent, the pool is lovely, our room (52) was great with sea and pool views. Rooms are cleaned daily with clean linens daily. Plenty of parking available. All staff are super friendly and helpful. The only issue I had which was not worth marking down for and at the risk of sounding vain, a mirror in the main bedroom would have been great. We had the perfect, relaxing and escapism break we needed and would not hesitate to stay at Panas again!

Lovely quiet hotel in a fantastic location within a short distance to the beach. Our room was modern, always had hot water and beds comfortable, lovely views. We stayed room only and ate at the hotel. Food was great and would highly recommend eating there. (Best moussaka ever). Nana, George and Elias always pleasant and helpful as were all the staff.
We didn't have a car and were restricted to the hotel and the nearest supermarket was too far for us to walk to but for us this wasn't a problem.
If you are looking for a relaxing holiday then this is the place to go. Loved our holiday and hope to return soon.

We stayed at Panas Hotel for 10 nights, the room was lovely [very comfy bed] small balcony with side sea view. The ladies that cleaned our room everyday were friendly and did a great job! Friendly family owned hotel 25 minutes from the airport, very close to the beach, nothing was too much trouble, breakfast was simple but great. We had a wonderful holiday and hope to return in the near future!

We have stayed at Panas Hotel two years in a row now and will be back again next year. For us, it is the perfect place to stay! It’s small, quiet, super clean, comfortable stylish rooms with a/c and a balcony that has beautiful views of the sea. There is a pool that is never crowded and just in front of the hotel is a perfect little beach that is fantastic for swimming with its calm, shallow clear water. The hotel restaurant is excellent with local dishes made from fresh healthy ingredients and my favorite part is the staff, super helpful and friendly. Nana is amazing and makes sure your needs are met and exceeded. We rented a car as we explored many beaches and a couple wineries during our stay but you could easily just have a relaxing stay at the hotel as well. The beach, the restaurant in combination with a couple more in walking distance, and the pool would be all you would need.

We stayed in this gorgeous family run hotel a few years back and every time we holiday in Kephalonia we always return to Panas for a meal. The food is outstanding. The meatballs wrapped in aubergine is our all time favourite. The service is always friendly and the beautiful family matriach runs a tight ship. Enjoy stunning views of the sea while cicadas sing in the trees.

Just returned from a great week at Panas, which was everything we hoped for. This is a small boutique style hotel offering excellent service. Rooms are compact but tastefully decorated with high end fixtures and fittings. Nice relaxed poolside with sun beds either in the shade or terrace. Fantastic location overlooking the sea and bay with views over to Zyknthos. It’s the location that’s the real winner, very quiet with the road down from Spartia ending at the beach so little traffic. Restaurant and bar is chilled with other options close by, we ate and drank there most days. Worth booking for a quiet and relaxed week away from the crowds.

Fabulous gem of a hotel. Perfect if you want somewhere quiet, out of the way, not overly tourist/crowds, family run, good food, service, pool and walking distance to beach. Perfect for couples for a few days getaway. Rooms are lovely, cleaned every day. Pool is fab with sun beds and shade. Beds are comfy. Kettle and fridge in room. AC great. And they let you borrow a parasol for the beach. Follow Nanas direction to the shop (it’s 2.4km all uphill but worth it). Really excellent stay.
