Excellent boutique hotel with a very unique style. I love the breakfast balcony and breakfast buffet. In the middle of everything! Walk everywhere in minutes. Perfect location. Parking is tough to find but the hotel associates can help you find or make room to park in their private space.

The staff here are very friendly and happy to help make your experience special. This was our second time staying in Preveza and our second time staying at Dioni Boutique. Breakfast on the roof terrace is the same everyday but there’s a nice amount of variety. Location is fantastic being very close to the most popular restaurants and a short 10 or 20 minute walk from beach options. The pool is a nice addition. Would always recommend this hotel when staying in Preveza.

Location is good but we think "boutique" is not accurate to describe the hotel.
Rooms are aged, booking platform is misleading with the way presented them, service is average and parking is issue if you dare to move your car from a spot you luckily gained.
Preveza is a great city to visit and have your vacations and hotel is in the middle of it just I believe was overpriced for what offered.

This is a fantastic place to stay in Preveza. The rooms are modern and very clean. Breakfast is okay. Location is superb with direct access to the seafront marina. The pool is small but well maintained and the pool beds are very comfortable. You have free access to bicycles to roam the town (which is not that big). Finally, the reason for the 5 stars is the level of service you will get from the staff. They are proud of this place and they will do their best to help.

Cute hotel in the middle of the old centre. Nice pool. Private parking with camera security. We had a room on the ground floor, which made opening the windows difficult. Therefore we had trouble getting fresh air in the room, which made it smell a little moldy.

Polite and helpful staff. Location is excellent and the breakfast was very nice with a great view on roof garden. The room on 2nd floor was spacious and comfy.

Very nice hotel and probably the took into consideration the comments about their breakfast buffet which is now very much rich (Even had traditional Greek loukoumades)

Good accommodations in old town Preveza. Near the port. Close to lots of restaurants, shops, etc.
A bit difficult to get to due to the narrow streets. There is a small parking lot behind the hotel (marked on gmaps as Dione Boutique Hotel Parking), which is convenient if traveling by car.
Rooms have a nice balcony. Bed is comfy. Simple, but good, breakfast spread with a nice assortment of local fruit jams. Served on the rooftop with a nice view of the clock tower and port.
My one complaint is with the bathroom. The window doesn’t appear to open and given the humidity, I think by the smell, has a mold issue. I’d recommend to management that they replace the window in the bathroom with one that can open to provide ventilation.
