Mouikis Hotel Kefalonia

We recently found ourselves staying here unexpectedly for a week after we had to disembark our cruise for my son to receive hospital treatment on Kefalonia. This is a fantastic hotel. The staff were wonderful with us and let us extend our stay day by day due to our circumstances. Rooms were absolutely spotless and had a well stocked fridge along with pegs and a washing line on the balcony which really helped us as we needed to wash and dry our clothes with being away longer than expected. The breakfast was freshly cooked and tasty each morning. When our son was finally discharged from hospital, the hotel kindly arranged for a cot to be added to our room at no extra charge. The location is fantastic, right on the sea front and near all the shops and amenities. This is honestly such a lovely little hotel and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again when in Kefalonia. Thank you to the wonderful staff for looking after us during a stressful week.

Great hotel. Beautiful rooms. Private balconies. Nice views. Helpful reception staff. There is a free jacuzzi and terrace on the top floor. Great breakfast selection. Close to shops and restaurant. Easy parking.

We didn’t even stay at this place - it was sold out - but, we were in a difficult situation and needed to find a place to stay. Thanasis and her colleague at the front desk are the NICEST most helpful people we’ve met in Greece. Just for the exceptional service we received, not even being guests of the hotel, I would highly recommend this place. The lobby is lovely, and the breakfast looks wonderful!

The rooms were clean, modern and with a fantastic view of the boardwalk. The service was excellent. We felt welcome and appreciated. I can’t wait to stay again next summer after last summers visit.

We love everything about staying at Mouikis Hotel in Argostoli. It is perfectly located in the heart of the city, but on a side street and very quiet. Rooms have a wonderful seaview balconies and ours had a table with two chairs and two loungers. The rooms are modern and have a luxury feel. Quality linens and pillows. The bed was very comfortable. The rooftop garden has loungers, jacuzzi, outdoor showers and a lovely snack bar. The staff is excellent from the moment you check in until the moment you check out. They offer a decent breakfast with enough choices for everyone. If you need overnight parking, be sure to send a message to reserve a spot. They only charge 6 euro and can save you a headache if you’re arriving late or have a lot of baggage. We try to stay here everything we are in the city. And they are open in the off season!!

Clean, tidy, well kept rooms cleaned and refreshed daily. Great size balcony with the room we stayed in.
Good breakfast and available parking which is a must busy months.
Well positioned in town.

Lovely hotel and the staff couldn't do enough for us.
We arrived very early and asked to leave our bags at hotel untill check in time. We were told our room was ready so we could just go on up and settle in...so kind.
We were on the 3rd floor and had a great view of the bay from the large balcony, the bed was very comfy with great linen.
The breakfast was amazing every thing you could wish for.
All the staff were so helpful and friendly. I managed to leave my remote in the room and this was couriered back to me the very next day. No fuss, no drama. Very relaxed enjoyable experience just wished we could have stayed longer.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Ordered a taxi for me to go onwards and great for recommending places to eat. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious, air conditioning provided as standard. Brilliant location just off the waterfront and a supermarket right around the corner. 11/10 would stay again.
