Lovely... Beautiful sunrise on the beach next to hotel (20 euros for the day with sunbeds and parasols) The pool bar staff The cleaners (rooms and poolside) The pools Not so lovely... They have plenty of food to choose from but was rarely 'tasty'. I think most people knew this which is why the chips were the most popular choice. People came along and opened the bain maries to have a look what was on offer and the majority quickly closed it and moved on to the next.. The pool overlooking the beach was where we chose to spend the time when we were at the hotel...that was lovely People up at 6am in dressing gowns to nab a few sunbeds with their towels, scuttling off bleary eyed and not coming back until midday is a bug bear. Hotel's fault? I dont know but it wasn't discouraged. It might help if they supplied enough parasols..the sun is scorching and a must but they are small and there aren't enough to go around. The bottom pool bar never opened during our stay. Rooms were clean and we had a beautiful sea view..worth the extra and if the wind is in the right direction, you sleep to the sound of waves and not the entertainment. Reception staff...hmmm. When we arrived, we were greeted by the lady of the manor...quite patronising. She just pointed to the direction we needed to go. We saw a lot of older people arrive during our week who looked totally lost and they were offered no help by staff..only by onlookers....someone could at least guide them to the entrance where there room is? Our kettle was broken...so went to reception to ask for a replacement.. lady of the manor said she would get housekeeping to replace it. Next day..nothing..so went back to reception to be met with a man this time. He literally said 'it will work, you just have to keep your finger on the button until it boils'...after much toing and froing they replaced it. Ridiculous. There was a bloke walking round (maybe agency staff employer) just shouting at all the staff...Sat at the bar and you could tell he made the bar girls scared..too much weird stuff going on here to mention. This place has put us off Greece..definitely not the 4 star it claims to be. It's very overpriced compared to others after chatting to people on the beach...

Just back from a week at this hotel.. I’ll start with the negatives.. this hotel is nothing like the pictures, and definitely not 4 star. The rooms are old and in dire need of improvement, the shower/bathroom was nice a bit like a wet room. Our room over looked the pool and restaurant.. not ideal when trying to get changed! The rooftop bar wasn’t open which was one of the things that had attracted us to the hotel. The food was average, not much vegetarian alternatives, salad was nice and fresh.. (thankfully!) reminded me of school dinners at times. Positives, the staff are brilliant, every single one of them was friendly and accommodating, our room was cleaned every day and I have to say the room always smelt clean.. I should have realized that being part of the Blue resort it would be similar to the one we stayed in Majorca and had I of realised before booking wouldn’t have booked! You get towels for the pool at 5€ deposit for the week, you can change them between 9-3.

Hotel clean, rooms cleaned every day, towels changed and even bedding changed once a week. Food ok, no one went hungry but snacks average. Poor choice of alcohol. Poor animations. Great location. Wonderful and always helpful Mrs. Małgosia from the reception.

I am staying at this hotel at the moment , and what I will say is we are loving it here , everything is spotless , the food is lovely and plentiful , it’s an all inclusive buffet , I have stayed at a lot of all inclusive hotels and this is lovely , so ignore the bad reviews , I’m glad I did !! It’s prime location , and friendly staff here don’t deserve the haters !!

Basic hotel very unclean. Gave us two beds and a sofa to sleep on paid nearly 5 thousand pound for this holiday all inclusive and I feel completely ripped off. Low budget alcohol, have to pay extra for good quality coffee and sunbeds 20 euros a day per person. Food was the worst thing I have ever tasted or came across in all my life. If you like bland unseasoned stale cold food then you will be fine. Stunk as soon as you went into restaurant. The staff are rude and arrogant and unhelpful for changes you have to nod and agree with everything or they threaten to throw you out. For the price I could of went to America or Jamaica

Lovely hotel in a prime location, rooms cleaned every day ,towels changed every other day , friendly helpful staff . I gave it 3 stars because the food was basic ,always cold ,there is a microwave but it's never plugged in and you can't get to the socket because the large toaster is in the way ,ate out most nights ,and tended to have salad at lunch time ,it has the worse entertainment room I've ever seen which is a big let down for a lovely looking hotel ,I would rate the hotel 3 star not 4 ,entertainment basically non existent apart from the Greek dancers which was very good

So, after reading many reviews on here i was a little apprehensive about the holiday and unsure what experience we were going to have! Firstly, I’d just like to let anyone know who is reading this review, that the hotel is well worth a visit! The reception staff were welcoming and helpful, both our rooms were not ready when we arrived, this was 1pm, but they made sure that we started our holiday as soon as we walked through the doors, by making all of the facilities were available to us, there were 4 of us Two couples. Our rooms were ready within the hour. Both of our rooms were good, great views and good size. Our room was like a penthouse, Balcony was massive, and we were overlooking the beach and sea. The doors to the balcony have sliding glass doors, these were open all the time we went away early May and the sound of the sea lapping the beach was beautiful at night. The cleaners came on a daily basis, Towels were changed every day, and there was also the complementary soaps and shampoos. Beds were firm and comfy and remade daily. There was two large wardrobes and a cupboard, one of the wardrobes had a safe in that didn’t require a deposit to use. We visited on an all-inclusive basis and after reading the reviews regarding food I was a little worried as I love a good feed! Breakfast- virtually the same every morning but there was a good selection of cereals, cooked eggs of all variations, sausages, bacon, fruits (fresh and dried) and fresh breads. Plenty to choose from! The cooked foods were all labelled and at a good temperature. Dinner had a good selection and varied every day, plenty of salads and fruits. Evening meal- again, plenty to choose from and varied again from night to night. There wasn’t really a problem with labelling as I thought there may be with other reviews I have read. Also, the food was kept at a good temperature. Pools bar- only one was open when we went, but plenty of drinks were available and kids mocktails Pools snack wasn’t in full swing either as we went early season, but you could get sandwiches snacks & and ice creams. You never go hungry when it comes to food available. The pool area was great, not too cold and the pool gradually got deeper from one end to the other. so it’s great for all ages! There is a very small pool for the very little ones at a depth of 0.4m. Theres’s toilets at the pool area and one of them is equipped with a shower. There are also other outdoor showers at the side if the pool. There is a deeper pool for swimming nearby. The beach is literally at the back of the hotel just down a few steps, also great for kids as you can walk out 50 od yards and still be only up to your waist, and its lovely. Massive shout out to the entertainment team especially Matt and Julieana, they both put themselves out to chat and encouraging you to have a good time, Juliana is brilliant at entertaining the kids and goes the extra mile to keep them occupied! They make you feel at home, again as it was early season

First time staying at this hotel. The location is awesome right in the beach. Breakfast was really good and ate looking over the sea. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff are all very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Would definitely stay here again.

Our second time at Tsilivi Beach, and it didn’t disappoint. We love this hotel so much wel be back next year. The food, cocktails and snacks are lovely. Always something to eat. The staff are always lovely and happy to help. If you need to hire a car, see the lady on the table next to reception, she’s English and has great advice. She sorted us a car for 2 days no problems. There is 2 girls who do a bit of singing in the day which is nice round the pool. There’s always music playing but not to loud so chilled vibes. Our room was lovely and had a lovely view, see pics. As I said well be back and hopefully with all the family next year!
