Diana Hotel

We visited the Hotel with our kids and friends. Very impressed! Everyone working at the hotel was so welcoming. The staff made our stay feel really personal. For what we paid, it was a great value--good quality without being overpriced. We really enjoyed breakfast every morning--fresh, tasty, and a good variety. The rooms were recently renovated and had a stylish, local feel to them. Simple, but very comfortable and nicely done.

Lovely hotel in brilliant location with super friendly staff. Rooftop bar and pool excellent - shout out to Takis, good bloke. Excellent and wide ranging breakfast choices. Cleaning staff and reception also great.
My room faced inward so balcony rather irrelevant. The extract fans for five or six air con units pumped into the space so inadvisable to have the window open. Otherwise a great stay.

We have visited many Greek islands but Zakynthos is one of the best! Diana Hotel is a great hotel with even greater people! Mornings were something we looked forward to! The breakfast had great variety and everything tasted fresh. The staff were always smiling and helped us with anything we needed. Felt really at home.

What an amazing Hotel! Our room had that charming local Zakynthian style, but everything was modern and newly renovated. The highlight, though, was the rooftop pool—amazing views and a super relaxing vibe. What stood out most was how clean everything was—our room, the lobby, even the pool area. And you can’t beat the location—walking distance to everything in Zakynthos Town. Super convenient!

We loved staying at Diana Hotel! The location was perfect==right in the heart of town but still peaceful, the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. You can tell they care about their guests. Would 100% come back.

Diana Hotel is conveniently located in the beautiful center of Zakynthos Town, close to restaurants, bars, bakeries and supermarkets. The rooms are spacious with balconies, tidy, cleaned every day and "fresh" towels every day! In addition, the hotel has a cozy rooftop pool with a cocktail bar, very cool! The staff is very welcoming and friendly, service and hospitality are paramount here! Zakynthos stole our hearts, but of course, Diana Hotel! Diana Hotel also has a concierge Ian who can arrange everything for you: from scooter / car rental to excursions and advice on the best beaches, restaurants or hot spots, in a word, fantastic. Highly recommended hotel where we will definitely return n X.

Very welcoming, we really felt welcome. What a wonderfully beautiful team works at the Diana Hotel in Zakynthos Town, everyone is equally friendly, very helpful, neat service, personal attention, nice conversation.... The rooms are spacious, cleaned daily and the pool and bar on the roof of the hotel are a special touch! Delicious cocktails from Sylvester! Your stay at this hotel received special praise, in particular from Ian Roberts who can arrange everything for you! He is a real asset to the Diana Group Hotels! From transport to booking the best excursions, advice on the best local restaurants, information about the island - leave it to Ian! Ian gave us a very neat 150cc scooter in new condition. It was delivered right in front of the hotel so we could explore the island on our own. Quality and safety are of the utmost importance to Ian. Truly TOP! What we enjoyed in 8 days! Wow - what a beautiful hotel in the most stunning location!

The roof top plunge pool, bar and terrace is stunning. Great views.

Also to be able to step ten paces outside the front door of the hotel into one of the main squares in Zante Old Town where all of the bars and restaurants are is wonderful.

The room was good, with great air-con and all the facilities.

Breakfast was wonderful.

It's on old building to sounds travels so that may be the only tiny thing...but I would definitely go back!
