Rooms are pretty decent, but the bathrooms are small with tiny showers. Front desk receptionists are mostly very nice and helpful, with one exception, George. It won't hesitate to show you that sometimes he could have a bad day.

My husband and myself booked a table at 8.00 on the rooftop restaurant on Sunday 08.09 for the views as we had been recommended here ,well when my husband chose the steak for his main we asked if it came with side we were told no the waitress said it comes with salt ,so we asked could we buy sides again told no,service and manner not good

Not a 4 star hotel, very old fashioned hotel, rust in the bathtub, smells of drains, dust everywhere, the rooftop bar/restaurant is a complete disaster, you wait an hour for the starter, there's no point in talking about the main course Water in the shower and at the sink is salty how can this be in a 4 star hotel?? Mold behind the ventilation in the bathroom, broken doors , I would prefer to give 0 stars if I could

Very bad sound from the rooftop which is open u till 2 or 3 am. 4 nights out of 5 we can’t sleep. When people move the chairs and tables you hear the noise like it inside your room. Highly not recommend. When you can’t have a good sleep I guess you don’t care about location and breakfast. The stuff is not friendly, the rooms and facilities are old. It’s very far from 4 stars.

Every single woman staff I met here was nice, kind and willingly to help.
But the men staff at the lobby were no so great, and when asked for a help, it was obvious that he was bothered.

The room is old, and not maintained well. Especially ere were several problems in the bathroom.

The location is perfect if you are looking for a hotel in the center of the town.

No way it is a 4-star hotel. Obsolete furniture, quite dingy bathroom, especially the shower curtain which does not prevent water from being splashed all over the bathroom.
If it comes to cons, it located in the city center and has the view on sea (on harbor, to be exact) and has a 'roof garden' with a bar and swimming pool.
The staff was nice and helpful, especially at the reception.

Related to the room, the bathroom is very small you can’t move inside, the room was stinking like tabaco …

This is at best a 2 star hotel that hasn't been renovated since the 80's. Room wasn't very clean upon arrival, bathroom had no ventilation, shower was terrible (shower head set at knee level and rusty), water was not always warm but always salty, wifi in the room wasn't working, there were no sockets next to the bed, the other two available sockets did not allow for fast charging. The breakfast was always the same and the staff helping the guests weren't wearing the mask correctly, the food on the roof terrace was mediocre but pricey. Our requests were ignored by the hotel and there are no services like laundry or shuttle bus. That being said, the front desk staff were very nice and helpful and the cleaning personnel did try to refill our stocks in teas and shower gels daily, but otherwise I would only recommend this hotel if you want to take a break from modern comforts for a while. We had expected more for the price
