The most dreadful experience ever at a hotel in a holiday. After driving for 14 h strait, the hotel "owner" as he presented himself initially (but turned out to be a simple employee), Alexandros, did not allow us to go in our rooms before we pay an AC charge of 5EUR per day, even though the rooms were paid in full on Booking and it was specified they were offering AC. His statement was that the rooms have AC, but it can be used only if additional is paid. As we have refused this abusive extra charge, we called booking and he was very rude in the way he handled the situation, saying "I need to go, I won't wait for you to tell me how to run my hotel" even though we were tired and arrived close to midnight (yes the hotel does not offer 24/7 front desk). After calling booking and the authorities, the hotel finally waved the hole reservation and we were able to find another amazing place to stay, with AC included, at a fraction of the price, and breakfast included. Hope this business gets what it deserves.... it rejected a 2 room 10 day stay worth of thousands over 50 bucks of unjustified overcharge.

I'm still awake at 5am due to the excessive noise coming from the bar. I've been wishing the hotel cared enough about its guests to ask others to keep the noise down at night. Then I read in other reviews that this is the staff! Luckily I'm only here for one night. I don't think I would survive a week
Added to that is the intermittent rumbling of the aircon units in other rooms. The mozzies are the icing on the cake (but can't really blame the hotel for them)

Very run down, a shame the room was based above the bar and the staff (no guests) were intent on drinking and partying till the early hours not very good with a 9 year old. Came out blue after swimming in the pool, it had been painted with normal paint. Small shop and bus stop around the corner so was good for getting on the bus and exploring the island.

Basic services that one would expect from a hotel are not provided:
- Hot water is only available twice a day during 1-2h, in the morning (which I never caught) and in the evening (until 20:00 or so - dont stay at the beaches too long). Once the boiler runs out of hot water, you shower cold. If you have a baby that needs a bathe at noon or in the middle of the night, you have to dip it in cold water. Same holds for cleaning bottles and stuff. You have to wait until the evening or heat the water in a dirty kettle.
- Clothes line on the balcony is barely 1m long, in the shade and close the the wall. You can hang probably 1.5 towels which dont dry 'till the morning. For a beach resort, this is not acceptable.
- Hangers in the bathroom are so round, short and arranged so close together that towels do not stay there but fall down. Which would not be that a problem, if the towels were exchanged every day. Wrong: you get new towels every three days.
- Bathroom comes without a soap. You probably have to bring your own, I dunno...
- Kitchen is not equipped, not even a Mpriki is there to cook coffee
- The crib that you rent is dusty and dirty. You gotta clean it before you put your baby in

The service team really tries to help you, so they ordered a clothes dryer for us. But still, the resort is old, the rooms are tiny and not relaxing. If you are glad to embark the ship to finally leave then you chose the wrong hotel. Not recommended at all. Especially with babies.
