Nice quiet place for relax, nice views, nice quiet smaller Beach, but better than overcrowded, excellent for children, futher from Pallazo do Zante, hotel Room service average, but we are ok with that, one thing would be fain to have is animation program during the days and especially in there evenings(missed greek evenings, music etc experienced in Crete or Cyprus) :) on the other hand..thank you...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and unfortunately we were very disappointed. Only two good things were there - the views from our room were nice and nearby sandy beach (20min walk or 5 min by car). Perfect location for a vacation in Zakintos! The farm has several houses located within a big olive garden, we booked a 3 bedroom genuine farm house that brought us joy each time we got back to it, we had a genuine stay, with the terrace towards olive trees, lemon trees and grapes, towel change once/2 days, cleaning. We spent a delightful two weeks at Lithies Organic Farm. Houses are peaceful and nicely equipped. We enjoyed this part of Zakynthos the most and you can reach the best beaches (Dafni, Gerakas, Vrahos) in the island in just 5-10 minutes. There is also Lithies Taverna in the organic farm which serves exceptional local food.

We were there for dinner, The food was excellent and everything else as well (beautiful house and terrace, wonderful trees, handmade dishes, neat and clean inside and outside) added to the experience. The owners and waiters were incredibly kind. When we told them that everything was excellent they looked so genuinely happy although the must have heard it a million times :))

Well positioned in the centre of the town, not too much noise of an evening. Bottom pool needs some TLC. Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were the best bit of the hotel, welcoming and friendly. My wife and I have all inclusive holidays 5 or 6 times a year, and have done so since we both retired 10 years ago. Stayed at this hotel in October this year (2024). It has got to be one of the best we have stayed at. Super nice! There hasn't been a single type of food for breakfast or dinner, that wasn't great. People that work here all have personal approach and you feel like staying with friends.

Good service. Our room, towards the street, was not very well ventilated. That’s also the sunny side, in the mornings. So mind that! :) But the daily cleaning was impeccable. Make sure to call your taxi early enough. They tend to be 20+ mins late.

We stayed there 10 days in July where we felt like home thanks to Foteini, Hristos, Stavros and Eni. The room cleaning lady was very tidy and hardworking. You can also book touristic tours as well as Airport transfer from the desk. The resort has only 6 rooms so very quiet and discreet from the beach. Just spent 10 wonderful days at this four star hotel... staff are excellent, all friendly and working hard to ensure we had a great experience. Rooms were cleaned every day and our cases were taken to our room and collected on departure day. Pool is kept spotless as was the restaurant with lots of choice every day. Only one observation was that the evening entertainment could have been better.

Please note that Golden Sun Hotel and Golden Sun Resort and Spa are 2 very different hotels but Google shows them as one hotel. We stayed at Golden Sun Hotel, all-inclusive. The rooms are lovely and spacious but lack storage. The food was hit-and-miss. Some nights there seemed to be plenty I could eat and other nights there was nothing to suit me but that's my personal preference. There isn't loads...

No way it is a 4-star hotel. Obsolete furniture, quite dingy bathroom, especially the shower curtain which does not prevent water from being splashed all over the bathroom. If it comes to cons, it located in the city center and has the view on sea (on harbor, to be exact) and has a 'roof garden' with a bar and swimming pool. Very beautiful hotel right in the middle of the port city of Zakinthos! Our room was superb, incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated, with a intimate balcony from which we could admire the sunsets and the boats in the port. The beach is literally right outside to the left not even 5 mins! Very quiet beach and if you keep walking to the left it gets more quiet...

The staff at the reception is incredibly helpful, friendly and constructive, the rooms are clean, there is a balcony and everything you want in the room, A hearty buffet, a pleasant breakfast, free egg options, friendly staff, there is free parking and it is right in the center of the city, I recommend it.

Very happy we stayed here, good location only a few minutes from town. All staff very friendly and professional. The best breakfast we had in our 2 week trip. Just over the road from a pebbly beach but there are two points on the way into town where you can access the sea for those that like a swim. A good choice

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The free parking was very convenient and its location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the trendy areas.. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious with plenty options as well as the staff which was very helpful. Higly recommend!!!

The hotel was amazing, honestly the best vacation we ever had! The room was very well equipped and maintained- also very clean. The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable providing us with great service. We never had a problem finding parking - this made our vacation even better.

So just as a heads up, Zakynthos (Zante town) doesn't have touristy beaches, so you will probably not like the one nearby. However the hotel itself is close to Solomos square, that has an entrance to the port, and a bus station to Tsilivi (and tourist "train" to Kalamaki), that has that wonderful, sandy greek beach. The rooms are very well kept, they are cleaned daily; there is a hairdryer in the bathroom...

I have really enjoyed my 7-day stay here, everything was great! The staff was really nice and helpful, the food was fresh and delicious, and the rooms were kept clean. The area is very accesible, and so close to the beach and a lot of mini markets. I highly recommend this place!

First time here for our honeymoon. It was Perfect. The staff excellent people skills. Nothing was an issue . The spa was perfect , the sense of well-being was of the highest. Breakfast there was a choice for all. Rooms Beautiful and clean. We will be coming back 🙂

lovely hotel 15minute walk into Tsilivi town supermarket 5 minute walk, 1/2 hour walk to Beach, staff were very friendly. Stella at reception was an absolute star and went above and beyond to help us, hotel spotless, as was the pool area and sun beds.

Wifi connectivity is not great at least to my room. TV channels are broken dude to low signals. Other than that, the place is great!

The place was amazing! The staff was so friendly and attentive to our needs, they went above and beyond to make our stay as happy as possible, and they even helped my boyfriend organize a surprise for me.
