Nice quiet place for relax, nice views, nice quiet smaller Beach, but better than overcrowded, excellent for children, futher from Pallazo do Zante, hotel Room service average, but we are ok with that, one thing would be fain to have is animation program during the days and especially in there evenings(missed greek evenings, music etc experienced in Crete or Cyprus) :) on the other hand

At this hotel I like the food and my room.But the hotel isn't very luxurious.I suggest you to go there.

To sum up Cannot fault Rooms Beach Pool or Staff. You could move it anywhere!! Give me an honest Greek taverna anyday

They work so hard, are so attentive, fun and welcoming. They made our first holiday with our daughter a memorable one! Thank you for making it so special. The hotel is immaculately clean, with modern furnishings

There is plenty of options of different places to sit around the pool and on the beach. The beach is beautiful, clean and the water was clear. The WiFi always worked for us

Not much going on in surrounding area so this is a more resort based holiday, which as long as you want that, it is perfect. We hope to visit again in future and would recommend it

We recently enjoyed 2 weeks at the hotel. The locations was perfect, on a really nice beach in the best area of Vassilikos on the island. The room was comfortable, bed perfect, linens as well, lots of storage space

The vacation in this hotel was amazing experience. The view from balcony was very pretty, the people were kind and helpful, the food was delicious and everything was perfect. I really recomend this hotel

Beds were very comfortable with good mattresses sheets immaculate. Beach bar and pool area are fabulous and roof garden bar is great

Also a big plus, they clean the room and change the towels and sheets almost every day

The staff were friendly, there was always someone on reception, the pool bar was staffed well and the rooftop bar, restaurant serves amazing food. Again the staff were lovely in every part of the hotel

so much space in the bathroom and rooms, again… very clean. the family that owns it and the staff are all amazing and make sure their guests are having an amazing holiday

First of all this hotel is located right at the beach and shares the swimming pool with hotel paradise next to it. View from balcony is great when you have sea view

+ hotel is located right next to the sea, has private beach with free sun beds + good views from the balcony + suite was okay, but reconstruction needed + nice hotel workers - breakfasts was awful, everyday! It should be illegal to feed people this way - suits located above the road could be very noisy - 10 euro/day for air conditioning is wild!

For Cooling Room you news to pay additional money, wifi signal was horrible. Nice attractive place, nice beach

The service is nice, from reception to the cleaning ladies and the breakfast staff. Swimming pool super nice with enough places to chill. Price quality ratio is definitely okay but please do something about the showers

The room is dated but ok, how ever the shower is not up to standard, moldy shower curtain. That is really something negative and a reason I would not choose this hotel again

Breakfast was ok, just the coffee was not that great, my girlfriend was missing some kind of sausage all week, I would have liked to see some scrambled eggs

Room is nice and spacious, but walls are so painfully thin, in the room as well in the bathroom; Pool is good, staff are friendly enough; Hotel is right on the sea front, but beach should be avoided

Nice clean rooms and gardens on the beach front, although beach is very stoney. In the middle of village so close to all bars and taverna's.

You can consider this hotel as nice place to sleep over and as a start point for fabulous Zante's beach

Been staying here four years does what it says on tin but don't Expect too much. Has a pool and in the middle of Argassi and close to airport taxi cost is €20 and takes 20 mins of not less.

Very nice and cute hotel, nice hospitality and amazing views if the sea. Nice bar beside the pool, where you can relax and have a cold beer. Super clean and all rooms have a small kitchen and a fridge

The pool is perfect temperature, the area is perfect (1 block from everything) for taking tours, many different food choices, moped rentals, night life, private beach, fully stocked bar, great in hotel restaurant with a lot of variety

They allowed us to use the facilities, store our baggage, check us in hours earlier than scheduled, and would have allowed us a much later checkout, or the room at a super cheap rate because our flight wasn’t until 2130

The 24 hour reception is always there to answer questions and make suggestions. Excellent view to Zante port and the sea. Highly recommended except for breakfast which is quite expensive and not of high quality

Last year they also served diner which I must admit was excellent, tasty and varied. - view 10/10 - location 10/10 - air conditioning FREE - sunbeds paid 4 euros/day/person but worth it

When you come to the seaside, then make sure you can see, enjoy and feel the sea. The sunbeds on the grass, neat the hotel and the pool, were free and were 5m away from the sea

Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and the rest of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The location is also great for those who are not looking for a party, the beach is beautiful and not overcrowded

The staff are fantastic, attentive without being invasive from the lovely lady who cleaned our rooms every day to the front of house staff and the bar staff. The food is great, from the breakfast to the bar food

We have been coming to this hotel now for over nine years. The staff are so attentive they remember you and welcome you as if you are part of the family. The hotel rooms are nice and clean

You can also book touristic tours as well as Airport transfer from the desk. The resort has only 6 rooms so very quiet and discreet from the beach

The beach has a wide space where you can enjoy the sun, drinks and meals from the beach bar. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a calm vacation with a relaxing time

The main pool is good with actually the second pool round the back only 1 metre deep (adult only pool). They have a nice bar with good prices. This hotel does only bed and breakfast which is a buffet self service

Main pool does get busy and is slightly small but not an issue as there is a great adult pool with the comfiest sunbeds

clean, spacious and in a perfect location ( close to the poolbar and main road) Not so great: They do not change your towels daily (you have to asked them for more clean ones) Drinks are very bad quality! Customer service was very good!

Nicholas and Banana Beach (amazing beaches)! it is close to lovely restaurants if you fancy something different. In general our room was very good

Great little beach at the bottom. Although a big hotel (or rather one fair sized one attached to 2 others) it is pretty remote, so ideal for a relaxing holiday. Staff are all incredible, friendly, and helpful

it is a family resort with lots to do for kids but not so much for couples! We loved the private pool. drinks are not good but the food is ok for an all inclusive resort. Best point: it is 30 minutes walk to St

On top of this, even though the have a "in the interest of fairness, belongings left for more than 45 minutes will be removed from loungers" it is not policed and the staff do nothing when challenged

Also, although there is acres of space around the pools and weird not pool, pool area, there is a very limited number of sunloungers

Just returned back from a wonderful stay in Vasilikos, and in particular this hotel! The hotel offers an amazing location, close to a number of lovely beaches, where there is something for everyone

The staff, all of them make it perfect. The scenery is fantastic and the water sport beach is amazing. The pool at the hotel is perfect for any age and has a jacuzzi attached to it

Close to beach and selection of beach bars and restaurants. Rooms are large enough and equipped. Staff friendly and informative. Bar drinks and snacks tasty and not expensive

Fabulous hotel, rooms are very spacious, staff so friendly. Breakfast choice amazing, all very well organised. Food from the bar was tasty and very reasonable. Pool area always clean. A nice quiet hotel.

On an evening we sat at the hotel bar (a big shout out to Yannis aka Nizal the bar supervisor, works so hard and very attentive) we were made to feel so welcome by all the staff and the locals

There are a number of restaurants in 3-5 minute walking distance, we tried them all and did not have a bad meal in any. The hotel serves food too, which was fantastic and not expensive

Beautiful Hotel with nice beach and good Restaurant. Very friendly staff. 2 complete new rooms direktly above the restaurant and direct view to the sea and the other rooms 200m away.

Great quiet beach and not too big. No water sports either if you want to avoid the sound of speedboats. Bar and restaurants close by and it was 8 euros for a shade and two loungers

Clean water, somewhat higher waves to play with, price for sunbeds go by 2 levels - 8eur for first row and 6 for other rows.

Really relaxed, not crowded sandy beach. 10 euros for 2 beds and umbrella. Mainly couples and families.

We are clearly not Greeks (we're dutch) but we are sure they didn't treat us any less, they welcomed us every time and were just happy with us as customers. We took out friends with us the other day and they loved it too

WIFI works everywhere and fast! Sports, games and activities: Swimming pool with sun terrace and gardens, free sunbeds and parasols, poolside toilets and pool table. The long beach of Porta Roma is a 10-minute walk away

The rooms are what I expected, cleaned every day. And location is great: have few beaches near, a great restaurant and one shop (even if I'm not happy with this one)

It is closed to Porto Roma beach (less than 10 minutes on foot) and there is also a supermarket just outside the hotel and this is a good point because you have the chance to cook in your room

All rooms have a double bed or twin beds suitable for 2-3 persons, a kitchenette with cooking facilities and refrigerator, shower/toilet and a furnished balcony overlooking the pool. All rooms are air-conditioned

Zante Yliessa is all about enjoying friendly Greek hospitality and value for money on the beautiful Greek island of Zante. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel like you are coming home

Our stay at the villa Athinia was one of the best memory in Zakynthos! Kind hosts, lovely poolbar, good connection to airport, and very close to porto azzurro beach. The breakfast is the same every motning without vegetables and the same one type of meat

The rooms are old fassioned and small, but for one week OK. Do not stay too much in the apartment, go to discover the island

The best place in Zakynthos! I have never thought that I would feel better than at home! So friendly and so quiet!

The beach is amazing and not too much populated even being just in between Porto Zorro and Banana beach

There is also a swimming pool in the 70 meters that separate the house to the sea, providing free sunbeds also for the beach in exchange for taking even a small drink or snack at the bar (available also for lunch)

Absolutely fantastic! Very close to the sea, the apartment is really nice and daily cleaned. The owners, Maria and his husband, are kind and careful people

In the neighborhood, there are many typical Greek cuisine restaurant and supermarkets

The pool is large and we used it every day during our stay. The kitchen is very easy to use as there was a dishwasher and we could cook at the dining table. There is also a lot of crockery, glasses and cups

We stayed for five nights and there is also a washing machine, which is very good for a longer stay. There is parking right in front of the villa. The view of the sea with the horizon was very nice

I would recommend the villa atmosphere
