We made a last minute decision and there was room here, but we didn’t regret it. Spacious parking, cleanliness, air conditioning, stable wifi. We slept in one of the upstairs rooms, there was no one but us, so the 2 shared kitchens and restrooms were private. Helpful owner, shop 3 minutes walk, beach 10 minutes walk.

Very nice house aunt. Everything is helpful, the accommodation is equipped with clean everything. I can only recommend it to everyone.

Each room has it’s bathroom right outside of the room. There is a well equipped kitchen and a nice yard! The owner has 2 dogs who are very adorable

I lear ed loads about Hungary from the friendly staff! I'm almost sad didn't stay longer! The house is nice and comfy with a lot of space! Imgard is a very competent and friendly! And don't forget to say hi to Diesel! :)

The place was not bad. But unfortunately a family with a small child lived next door where the children shouted alternately at 4 in the morning and 11 at night. It is warm in the attic (outside + 5 degrees) if the window is closed, if it was open then I could not sleep from the yelling of the child. So the air conditioning for me. I missed it a bit. The staff is really nice. There is a well designed inrterior space, especially at the restourant. It is also really good that it is right next to the Lake.

Beautiful and peacefull place. Tastefully decorated rooms and exclusive breakfast. A large garden with a swimmingpool...just lovely.

If you are after being away from city life this is a good option. All is done with good taste and love although the website gave me the impression of a bigger garden and serving tasty home made food. For food you have to walk 15-20 minutes (or drive) but that was worth it. The countryside is enchanting.

I spent a nice weekend here with my friends. Traveling a little back in time, jumping through the ages, we were staying in a wonderful (old) watermill. It can be heated with wood. The hot water is electrically heated. You can grill, cook, etc. It is a very good place to relax and unwind. No wifi, no TV, but that's not missing here either. The host tries to fulfill all requests, he is very helpful!

It is recommended for those looking for spiritual treasures and those who like to be close to nature.

Nicely located in the green - therefore quiet, relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Great to have breakfast in the garden. Lovely style of the apartment. Very cute details like candles and a chain of lights. Had everything we needed. Nice coffee was provided. The beautiful peninsula Tihany is nearby and the host gave us excellent tips for our time there.

Pleasant, quiet environment, peaceful accommodation. I recommend it to those who like simple things, like to bake in the garden, read under the walnut tree, go stargazing :)

Nice and friendly staff. We had a super experience there doing wine tasting! The view to rhe wineyard is awesome, would definetely go back soon!

Very good hotel on the shady hillside of Szepezd. The smaller beach is about 5 minutes walk, the larger beach is 15 minutes walk. The bed is comfortable, the area is quiet, with good air. The care is excellent, the hosts are very attentive. It could even be the location of an Agatha Christie novel.😀

A great hotel in terms of location, services, food, and the workers are very cooperative. The rooms are very clean. A suitable swimming pool and a view of natural scenery. It is very suitable for families and children. There is nothing to complain about.

The location is perfect, just immediately at the lake, there are rooms which have magnificent views. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

It is a brilliant renovated modern hotel on the Balaton lakeside which fulfills all needs. Definitely a five star choice.

We really enjoyed our short stay at Tolgyfa Panzio. Beautiful views of the woods, large garden, clean rooms and a lovely kitchen with everything you'd need. The owner was extremely kind and accommodating - she even drove us to the shop when we arrived on our bikes in the middle of a storm. We would definitely recommend it and would love to go back for a longer stay!

Small, family place. The renovation of the bathrooms is in progress. It is very ideal for groups of friends because of the large communal space (dining room). Olga is a very nice host.

Amazing. Calm, peaceful, quiet. Garden with swing, table tennis and fireplace. The room is cosy and clean with great bathroom and huge porch. There is also a common area well equipped. It is affordable, and the lady (Olga) is very nice. Defenetly coming back, already booked. Thanks.

We had a very good stay at Tölgyfa Panzió. The bedrooms are nice and cosy, the owner is very friendly and helpful. The only problem is that the walls are thin and you can hear a lot of noise from the kitchen and other bedrooms.

Very good accommodation. Everything is clean. Beach 10-14 minutes on foot. Shop park pharmacy drink discount bazaar row nearby. There are plenty of restaurants 6-8 minutes away.

A family-friendly place in a calm environment. It is ideal for families with small children who want to relax a little apart from the hustle and bustle of Balaton. The center can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The kitchen could be a little bigger, but it is well equipped.

The accommodation is clean, modern with new furniture and a beautiful bathroom. Rooms are air conditioned. Wi-Fi is free. The park is well maintained with lots of flowers. The hosts are kind and helpful. The resort is close to the center, but in the most beautiful street of Szemes it is located in a forest with ancient trees.

Nice, friendly staff. The room is clean and nicely furnished. It is next to the railway, yet a quiet calm environment. If you have to write something negative, maybe the fact that the shower head holder is fixed cannot be adjusted. This is inconvenient for people of non-average height.

One of the best places to stay at Balaton. The staff is excellent and the owner is very freindly. The rooms are highly clean and are niceley renovated. The rooms are also equiped with air conditioning. And it also has wifi.

The lady who received was very kind, the room / bathroom clean and tidy. Unfortunately, TV didn’t catch a single transmitter, ants were at war everywhere 😁. WiFi is slow and intermittent.

Dear owner and staff welcome all guests. The rooms are nicely renovated, suitable for a peaceful rest, with air conditioning. Opposite the room, the restroom shower cabin was in clean and beautiful condition. The accommodation is not far from the beach, restaurant, shop, gift shops, train station.

There is a perfect hotel, the sauna is good, there is a separate sauna seance, they cook gently and the surroundings are beautiful.

I came here with my son and wife to spend a weekend away from the city. I couldn't expect more from a 3 star hotel. (Summer price is a little bit higher than winter...expectable). Rooms are good. Service and cattering - lovely. Wellness is very nice!!! Kids playroom. Clean pools. And very nice food! Can only recommend it. Thank you Szindbad hotel, for such a lovely weekend.

It's a nice place, but nothing special. The prices are okay, it's cheap. So don't expect fancy things. The food relatively okay, the rooms are more or less clean. The shower, that's bad. The water smells for a minute, I don't know why. It has a Spa area, with sauna, aroma cabin, not tubs.
