There star hotel, rooms are to be paid in advance, rooms are clean and have the feeling of the eighties (which reminded me of my childhood). Breakfast is OK, prices are low compared to other places so close to the lake Balaton.

Beautiful landscape, huge trees, green all over! Hotel rooms are not so nice. Beach is perfect! They charge you for dog 3000 Forints/night but you got nothing for your money! Dogs are not allowed on the beach, they have to be leashed everywhere. Lot of kids program, playground.

Great experience here with small children. Friendly staff and really nice meal both for breakfast and dinner. I can recommend them.

Great place, but in case you don't speak hungarian, you really have a problem 😃 Languages like english, german, italian or czech don't work here

We enjoyed a delicious evening meal right on the Balaton waterfront. Food and service excellent! We will be back.

Superb Hotel with beautiful view on the Balaton. Great service, cozy rooms, and delicious dishes. Has a private beach, you can swim anytime. We were here on a wedding and it was amazing!

We picked it as our wedding location, and it was a great decision! The staff is super nice and flexible. There are lots of flowers everywhere and the garden is also pretty.

We had a family gathering here that I liked a lot. The food offered was excellent. The restaurant, the conference room, the garden and even the rooms are spacious and nicely maintained. The hotel has its own beach, but also indoor fitness area with sauna and jacuzzi. The staff was very friendly, always smiling and helpful.

The best hotel hotel in Balaton area. The services was extremely great and i thank Anna so much for a wonderful job. The staff are very nice and friendly and the location is the best next to lake side. The food was really good. Highly recommended and i will be back again next year by God's grace.

We are from Switzerland and have been there last year and it was beautiful. The staff was excellent and the hotel is really nice. The rooms are clean and superb. The very best thing is the location and the privat beach to Lake Balaton. You have to see the sunset from the hotel, you never gonna forget it. It is highly recommended.

The place is beautiful. We held our wedding here last year. The food was good, they were helpful in everything. We also maintain a good relationship with the owner. Unfortunately, it has deteriorated a lot this year. The menu is boring and noticeably fresh .. (!) The food. 3x I try to make an appointment for a lunch by the end of August (!) For 2 people .., all three times they didn't have any traffic...

We came once for the Lake Balaton festival. The price was fair, so it was off-season. The room was perfect for that night, clean bathroom, comfortable bed and a great view. We had breakfast, buffet, we can't complain about that either! Thanks for the hospitality, if we have to deal with it, I think we'll be back!

Wonderful food in the restaurant! We tried the Gulasch, the steak and the Parmesan Chicken - all 5*! Also do not miss the Dreher Bak - dark caramel beer (mmmh). The hotel has a whole new renovated set of rooms and the personal are very friendly :)

We were satisfied with everything. The breakfast is also very delicious. And there are many good things besides accommodation. The quality of the rooms was adequate with modern furniture. I can recommend it to others.

We had a small, clean room on the second floor, with a view of Lake Balaton. Owners and staff are always very nice and accommodating. Breakfast plentiful and very good. Coffee on the balcony just lovely. You can really feel good with a dog. We'll be back for sure. Thank you 🙏

We love this place and visit regularly with the kids. Perfect for spending a few nights. It is close to the beach and there are restaurants and shops nearby. ☺️

We've spent two nigths here, in a room on the top floor. The room was comfortably large with a view of the lake as we were promised. However, we were unlucky to have a storm on our first night and the noise that the wind made on the roof was unbearable. Our window was also leaking in the strong rain. Excelent location ,the hotel is surrounded by a pile of pines...quiet place for a glass of wine in the dusk...The room is big ,cosy even seems rather be a school camp with that specific smell of old furniture...the main issue is (like a lot of places were i was in this holliday) the poor internet signal in the room...practically you have wireless only at the entrance ,reception and in front of it...

Once you find it, the property is located right next to the lake. There is a good bar and restaurant which has been recently renovated. We like the room for our family and we would come again.

Very welcoming place. Secure with swipe card access on gate and room doors. 24h reception. Clean. Private beach. Excellent restaurant with good value for food and quick and polite service. Staff can speak English and Deutsch as well.

I got the hugest schnitzel I ever saw in the restaurant. It was good too. There is a direct access to the lake, although the beach itself is rather small. The hotel is located at a closed, private territory, which is good.

We were on the free beach in Kenyes. The time and the water were excellent. You can get a delicious flame in the buffet, but you can also have ice cream. We had a lot of fun.

We stayed at this hotel for a few days, and we had a good experience. The hotel was pretty good, but I don’t think it’s a luxury hotel. We stayed in the studio room, furniture was a bit old, but it was good. We had a little bit of view of lake Balaton. The staff was friendly and helped us with everything we needed. We only had the breakfast spread and was good for a quick bite. We liked the location...

Extra clean, beautiful view! Next year we will go again definitely... 1 min from the Lake Balaton. Very good who travelling with kids the water is small and very warm. Evening beautiful view and nice walk you can make at the shor.

The hotel is quite big, the rooms are cozy and big. The breakfasts and dinners are nice and have variety. They have a gameroom with foosball, biliard and darts which we enjoyed pretty much (although the darts is overpriced). The spa part of the hotel was disappoing; sauna reached the 50°C in half an hour, the jacuzzi was not operating and the pools are "meh". Book this one if you enjoy big and light...

Excellent guesthouse! The owner and his family members completely subordinate themselves to the needs of the guests. They are kind and helpful, they offer ideas, programs, and tips to the guests to make their stay as meaningful as possible. The service and comfort have been the defining experiences of the past years. 😀🤣😂😎

Owners speak great english, comfy bed, great view from balcony and only a short walk to the lake and plenty of parking. What isnt to like

I'we been visiting this hotel every summer for the third time now. It is really close to the beach, has an acceptable wellness area(good to have but not a wellness hotel. It is for winter, and bad weather). The bathrooms have been modernised. Two styles are available. The breakfast and dinner are acceptable. There are good restaurants in 5min distance with a car. The wifi is slow, as a sloth, ISDN...

Beachside hotel at the Balaton. Supercheap, retro with all the problems that come with it. If you spend most of your time on the beach anyway or come with kids it is great. If you want your room to be supercomfy with airconditioning and silence, forget it.

Very strong 4/5 here I only advise you to come if you have children. Upon arrival the staff was exceptionally nice and very welcoming. The entire bottom floor/lobby/kids play area/ dining is all 5/5 new and very top tier. The rooms definitely are on the older side. They are very manageable but bathrooms are tighter and the overall cleanliness just wasn't there. Lots of hair in our room in carpets...

The view is breath-taking. Silent area, very nice after season is over. Swimming pool is very pleasant. The restaurant downstares is as good as any 5-star hotel restaurant in the capital.

Just visited relatives and had a dinner, but as I saw the hotel is perfect for families with kids. The room could be a little bigger. The food is at the highest level.

Service at the restaurant could be better…long waiting time for drinks! Othervise we still love it…beachfront and the view are great. Kid programs also good.

Very nice and friendly hotel. Food was five stars on 3-4 June 2023 I asked first if parking has fee and they said no. Then at checkout they wanted a parking fee, so I said the day before it was different. So just make sure this parking is clarified before checkin. You might be able to park just on the street in front of the fence.

Excellent sport and spa facility. Priceless view from the pool to the beach. Very kids friendly. Easy to reach.
