Hotel opened in 1970, renovated in 2002. In this mini-hotel 74 rooms, 4 floors.
Policies and conditions
- Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 3 per day.
- Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 6 years old to 11 years old stay for € 55 per person per night when using an existing bed.

Very strong 4/5 here
I only advise you to come if you have children.
Upon arrival the staff was exceptionally nice and very welcoming. The entire bottom floor/lobby/kids play area/ dining is all 5/5 new and very top tier.
The rooms definitely are on the older side.
They are very manageable but bathrooms are tighter and the overall cleanliness just wasn't there. Lots of hair in our room in carpets and on shelves. Not a big deal but was noticeable.
Patio was super dirty with spider webs everywhere. Not cleaned at all.
Food and drinks were 4/5 and overall very enjoyable.
The activities and space next to the balaton for the kids and family are the reasons we came and the reason we will return.
Now to the only negative of our trip and I was fully prepared to give this hotel a 5/5 but this just took it down 1 for us.
The younger girls who work the breakfast/dinner and drink area outside are just not very pleasant. It's very obvious the girls are not happy to be there and quite frankly are very rude. The overall demeanor from them was "can't wait to get off work and you are in our way"
I hope this is just a summer job for them and this is not the permanent staff.
It's VERY obvious they are not happy to be there.
None the less we will 100% be coming back and recommending. We enjoyed our trip here and would recommend it.

The view is breath-taking. Silent area, very nice after season is over. Swimming pool is very pleasant. The restaurant downstares is as good as any 5-star hotel restaurant in the capital.

Just visited relatives and had a dinner, but as I saw the hotel is perfect for families with kids. The room could be a little bigger. The food is at the highest level.

- we called the hotel on Friday, asking the receptionist if we can enter for only a day to use the wellness facilities. The reply was yes, we need to buy a ticket, which is 6000 huf/person.
- we came on Saturday, when the receptionist said, we cannot enter, only if we buy a 10 entry ticket for everyone. They claimed it has been like that forever.
- there is no information about this on the website
The location of the place is excellent and it is just being renovated. The receptionist was extremely rude and she actually seemed offended by the fact that we want to go for one day only. I explained her the situation, to which she replied that se doesn’t care, that’s the rule.
So I cannot recommend or not recommend, since we never got to enter.

Service at the restaurant could be better…long waiting time for drinks! Othervise we still love it…beachfront and the view are great. Kid programs also good.

Very nice and friendly hotel.
Food was five stars on 3-4 June 2023
I asked first if parking has fee and they said no. Then at checkout they wanted a parking fee, so I said the day before it was different. So just make sure this parking is clarified before checkin. You might be able to park just on the street in front of the fence.

Excellent sport and spa facility. Priceless view from the pool to the beach. Very kids friendly. Easy to reach.

Nice hotel, very friendly personnel, great food. I certainly recommend this hotel for families. We had really great time.
Only problem that I had, was that almost nobody could speak English. Luckily I understand and speak a little bit of German (almost all personal, speaks German).

I had been in this hotel for several times, long periods.
This time was awful and will be my last time.
The room was not clean, a lot of dust in the furniture and floor.
The carpet is old and it was not clean and give me a strong allergic. I asked to change the room and they only change the room at the same floor with the same smell and problem.
The receptionists, most of them are very cold and not polite.
The housekeeper didn’t show up for 2 times in 7 days and the receptionist only said “ I am sorry “…
The service provided does not match the price charged by the hotel.
I am Elite by Marriott and had all this problem.
