Cheap tariff (Rs 800 per night). Room was small just to fit a double bed. Attached bathroom had an instant type water heater. So limited hot water. Poor quality towel and soap. Dinner was passable. No breakfast available till 9 am. Almost no service. Noisy traffic on the road in front. Was suggested to me as a place for Tour Guides / Escorts when foreign guests stay at Oberoi Raj Vilas which is next door.

Horrendous experience, do not book this hostel. The receptionist man was very creepy to us two young girls staying there, was very rude and scary when speaking to us. Worst customer service ever experienced. The room stunk of smoke it was unbearable and the windows were barred off so didn’t open for any fresh air in the 37 degree heat this august. The beds were rock hard and the sheets were dirty. The shared bathrooms were disgusting. The shower heads were broken, and the whole area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. The whole thing felt like a prison and it was an awful stay.

Good value only if you have a good deal on a room. For the basic rate it is expensive. Decent rooms, messy communal shower and the reception is not to good. They mixed up our room, our new room had no airco. In dutch we would say 'vergane glorie'

Good reception, good deal, nice room with some facilities, but difficulties to get clean towels.. ideal position in the city, messy in the sharing bathrooms.

Very bad, we couldn't use our credit card, rooms were dirty, staff didn't speak English and the airco did not work.

They messed up our reservation. We arrived in the city and they told us 10 minutes prior arriving they didnt even have our room. They tried to refer us to another neighbouring hotel and passed us. We ended up booking another apartment at similar rate.

The Worst Hotel. Very dirty, Always angry, Zero service, Air Conditioning not working (we used 2 rooms and none worked). We took breakfast and not what was given .The terminal of the card did not work and they made me pay in cash. MY ADVICE BISCA ANOTHER HOTEL ?
