Great and relaxing stay, very close to the centre yet in the green and calm Margaret Islabd with nice walks around the Danube. Room was comfortable and quiet with all necessities, and the spa and pools area very nice indeed. Especially the hot waters I found to be very beneficial, feeling the effects immediately. We enjoyed our stay immensely at Ensana Termal hotel on Margaret island. The service was excellent as was the food. The cakes at the bar were very tasty. Beds were very comfortable . The location of the hotel was excellent with good transport links to the city centre.

Amazing experience for me and my family for 4 days in May. We enjoyed everything. Breakfast was good. Spa was great with the best opening hours I saw, from 07,00 till 21,00. Service was good. Rooms were good. The only minus was additional cost for car parking. The view, the location of hotel on the Danube island, were amazing plus. We really enjoyed.

The hotel is a bit out from city centre but very peaceful location in a large park surrounded by river Danube. the 26 bus goes by hotel every 15/20minutes right to city centre. Bus fare is very cheap less than £1 per journey download bus app and buy tickets jus scan your phone on bus on every journey

Location is great-room was a bit strange-strange lighting system that took about 5 minutes to switch off, air conditioning could not be turned off, no assistance with parking, no complimentary water - takes credit card details on check in - would go back but not my first choice

We had such a great time in here. For 4 nights, the price was super affordable, the hotel stuff was nice to us (especially Eva and Russ), and the room was very clean and tidy after they visited. Very nice hotel - friendly and welcoming staff. Situated right in the centre of Budapest with all amenities nearby. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. We have tried both standard and superior rooms. While the superior ones are very well maintained, the standard bedroom needs a little more love. Super friendly staff at reception and everywhere. Always open to help. Breakfast is delicious, freshly cooked and plenty. Dinner was marvellous and I can only recommend to enjoy the great taste. Room is nice size, clean but they will not clean your room everyday if you do not leave the "please clean our room". The hotel has parking but it is not very big and it is possible that you will not find free parking space when you arrive. The stuff is polite but service is really slow. Breakfast is really good. I was quite pleased with my four night stay. The location is excellent near the river and a lot of major attractions. Service was great. We asked for an additional mattrass for the bed (which was on the firm side) and got it promptly. The daily cleaning was good. Complimentary coffee/tee. One thing that was annoying was that I wasn't able to cast my phone to the TV despite following instructions.

The place was made for kids, or those who still feel like once. Planty of water slides, indoor pools and jacuzzi. Outdoor warmed pools, playgrounds, food courts and more. The kids wanted to stay more. Easy to arrive from the center of Budapest by public transportation.

I'm rating the hotel only. Nice rooms, large breakfast buffet. A/C in the rooms could be more powerful in summer months. No satisfactory solution for charging electric cars (standard electric plug to be used, providing only about 1.6 kW).

The facilities where very good. The dinner was not good and not worth the price. The bath was not very clean and the air condition was very noisy and not very cold. The cashier in the pool Restaurant fast food were not nice and they talked about us in Hungarian. The guy in checkout reception was very nice. And asked how do we feel.

The park itself was very nice for kids (event the pool restaurant surprised us) but we do not recommend staying at the hotel. It looks like they don't like strangers, and even when I complained to the hotel management (both through reception and through a direct email) about the bartender who just wouldn't talk to me in English, he didn't even respond.

It was a pleasant stay for us as a couple. Nice staff, great wellness, great food and drinks. The rooms could do with a bit of renovation as some of the facilities did not look or work well. Takes some time to get to the city center, public transport does the work.
