The location is excellent and the river view is very nice
Excelllent dervice and restursnt Excellent camera
Arrived at Budapest. Got checked-in to the hotel. Fine weather and nice views😍😍 Early dinner on Spoon, a boat restaurant just right down the hotel. Bonus: night views of Buda from Pest
Fantastic experience I will never forget. The view is incredible! We have a such luxury to enjoy the night view in the room. Breakfast is also good and the room is quiet.
We picked a room facing the river and the castle! Stunning view and the room is spacious with a comfy bed. The breakfast at weekend is outstanding with sparkling wine. Weekday breakfast serves similar stuff but no sparkling wine. The quality is excellent!

Hotel staff are fantastic, everyone is very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are new. Location is also excellent, on the edge of the city center / main tourist area on the Pest side, with metro, buses and tram stations all next to the hotel.
The stay at Crowne Plaza Budapest was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a large king-size bed and modern design. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite and professional. The location is great — just a short walk to the city center and public transport. Although breakfast was not included in my booking, the nearby options made up for it. A very good choice for...
The Crowne Plaza Budapest is in a great location, with the Westend shopping mall downstairs. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are reasonably designed, spacious and bright, the breakfast is very rich, and you can also use the sauna and fitness for free. When we left the hotel, the front desk sent ice cream. It was a very comfortable stay and I was very satisfied
Excellent location and good service. Unfortunately this hotel is not near to the grading stars.
The hotel is top and the service, rooms and restaurant are perfect.
The connection to the Westend mall was very nice. It also leads to the Metro1 line. So it’s not near the attractions but it’s easy to get to places.

We were surprised by being the guest of the day and welcomed with warmth and joy. The hotel is very beautiful, very well located, and with wonderful service and a very helpful concierge. After walking around the city, it was lovely to come back to our spacious room, cool atmosphere, a beautiful spa and a very convenient executive lounge. We loved the breakfast and the thoughtfulness of the staff. ...
This hotel exceeded my expectations. I would like to comment how pleased I was with the service provided by the staff at this wonderful hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was delicious also great. This hotel is conveniently located for all the main tourist attractions of Budapest. I want to stay at this hotel for our next trip to Budapest
Great location, beautiful property and top notch service! The room was great but could use a little renovation. We really enjoyed the royal spa. Wish we had more time at the hotel

We stayed one night at the Mercure Hotel in Budapest and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Everything was well organized and comfortable, which made our short stay very pleasant. When we return to Budapest, we will definitely choose this hotel again for our stay.
This hotel was so nice and everything was perfect. The breakfast were so nice. Nice to stay…. Friendly receptionists.
Very good location, directly goes into metro. Room was quite dusty.
If you don't need a view, I totally recommend it.
The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. But the room is quite old and realised the body wash and shampoo bottle were empty. Not sure the air conditioning is working we adjusted to the strongest wind but not cold at all. We still need to open the window because the room was too stuffy. They offer wide selection breakfast and the location is pretty good whereby the subway is located outside the hotel...

Stayed in a family suite over the Christmas holidays, and loved it. I don't get the mixed reviews. We found the staff to be exceptionally helpful and the hotel dining (breakfast and Paris Cafe) to be great. This hotel is absolutely amazing in every way. Rooms are the only thing which is quite standard for a few* but in a bathroom you will find an aplliance which looks like a switch and it plays a few different types of music - this is fun. Great family friendly hotel. Great value for money. We stayed 5 days and it was relaxing for grown ups and exciting for kids. We will definitely return.
It’s evident that this hotel was once grandiose, but time has taken its toll. The large complex with pools is impressive in size, but there are more outside visitors than hotel guests, which gives the place a cheap feel. The sunbeds are in terrible condition, and towels are not provided at the pool entrance—you have to bring small towels from your room. It feels more like a public pool than a hotel...
The place was made for kids, or those who still feel like once. Planty of water slides, indoor pools and jacuzzi. Outdoor warmed pools, playgrounds, food courts and more. The kids wanted to stay more. Easy to arrive from the center of Budapest by public transportation.
I'm rating the hotel only. Nice rooms, large breakfast buffet. A/C in the rooms could be more powerful in summer months. No satisfactory solution for charging electric cars (standard electric plug to be used, providing only about 1.6 kW).
The facilities where very good. The dinner was not good and not worth the price. The bath was not very clean and the air condition was very noisy and not very cold. The cashier in the pool Restaurant fast food were not nice and they talked about us in Hungarian. The guy in checkout reception was very nice. And asked how do we feel.
The park itself was very nice for kids (event the pool restaurant surprised us) but we do not recommend staying at the hotel. It looks like they don't like strangers, and even when I complained to the hotel management (both through reception and through a direct email) about the bartender who just wouldn't talk to me in English, he didn't even respond.

The hotel is well located to walk around and there are great places to eat nearby. It’s a 15 minute walk to the Christmas markets and river. We did enjoy our stay at the Continental Hotel and the venue was beautiful. Small details like chocolates in the room upon arrival were lovely. Overall however, I would not be confident recommending this stay to family and friends looking for a 4 star hotel or above. This is a 3 star hotel with some added bonuses like the spa. The shower in our original room leaked and flooded the entire bathroom....
This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The staff were really friendly and everything is within walking distance of the hotel. The saunas and pool are easily accessible. Unfortunately the outdoor pool had closed during our stay. The only issue we had was that we had 2 single beds pushed together with 2 single quilts and would have preferred an actual double bed. Highly recommend
Lovely hotel not far from the great synagogue in Budapest. Full services, great breakfasts. Their restaurant, Araz, was exceptionally good. Decent hotel. They should use dispensers with soap and shampoo instead of plastic bottles. The bed had a hard matress, which I love. Would come back.
Used to be very good, the classic hotel. BEWARE: Unfortunately not anymore. Spa used to be included, not now. In short: Now too expensive, breakfast not included, room standard not up to date. Sad to say. There are so many better alternatives in the city. STILL one of the best vibes of old Central Europe, if you don´t stay here overnight.
A grand hotel but in need of a refresh. The staff are excellent especially the concierge and bar / restaurant staff. It would have been nice to have a couple of bottles of water in to be fridge and after 3 nights I had to ask for clean towels but other than that, a pleasant stay. July 2021

Great stay at Courtyard by Marriott Budapest City Center! The location is perfect in the heart of the city with easy access to public transport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and cozy, not too big but comfortable with large windows. Highly recommended!
This is a very nice hotel in a good location convenient to public transport and about 20 or so minutes from the main sites along the river. If you don’t stay enough once, you will continue next time.
The rooms booked by Ctrip are always in the worst locations, and the hotel will not change this status even if there are many vacancies. What's more terrible is that for the same price, you can get a good location through ***********. I don't understand. This time, two different rooms, with the same price, were booked through different companies, and the result was like this. Ctrip should think: why
The service is very poor. The waiter opens the door directly, affecting sleep and sense of security.
I upgraded to a tower suite at the front desk. The location is very convenient and the view from the room is beautiful. The interior of the room is a bit old, and the bathroom is at the door and you have to go down a few stairs from the bedroom, which is weird.
