Clean rooms & quiet region. The location is very close to the tram lines and to the city centre. If you’re on holiday and will be out most of the day and need a place to sleep during the night, this is a perfect, affordable option. The staff in the reception were nice and quickly arranged check in and check out.

If you need a place to stay for just one night and are looking for an affordable option, this hotel offers good value for the price. However, don’t expect any extras or amenities. The room lacked basic essentials such as shampoo, a hairdryer, or even properly white towels—the ones provided were more of a grayish color. Additionally, I noticed a few ants in the room, which was quite unexpected. One of the strangest things was that the TV remote was handed over together with the room key, something I’ve never encountered before in any hotel.

That being said, I didn’t notice any issues with the cleanliness of the room. Everything appeared to be properly cleaned, and there were no unpleasant odors or visible dirt.

The receptionist was professional and efficient, neither particularly warm nor cold. They handled the check-in and check-out process smoothly, which I appreciated. However, the bathroom and toilet were extremely small, making them uncomfortable to use, and the ventilation was poor, which could be an issue, especially in warmer weather.

One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its excellent location. It is conveniently situated, making it easy to reach key attractions or transportation hubs. This can be a huge plus if you’re planning to explore the area and just need a place to sleep.

Overall, if you only need a place to rest for the night and have no expectations beyond a basic bed and shelter, this hotel will meet your needs. But if you’re traveling with family, looking for comfort, or have even slightly higher standards, I would not recommend staying here.

I feed much more places like Peterfia Panzio would be needed. This is a budget place but a really nice one. It is not perfect but provides a lot for the amount they ask for a night. The room was clean, beds were good, bathroom clean and in very good shape. Breakfast was continental, there is parking, tram nearby. With open window you can hear the tram yet in general the night is quiet. Personnel is extremely kind and welcoming, in a warm, home-ambiance. A place where there are no unnecessary extras but very solid service and environment. Recommended.

Clean room, very nice staff, speaking English. Location is absolutely perfect. The city center is 5 min away from the hotel.

Affordable accommodation in the center of Debrecen. Excellent location. The hotel rooms show some signs of aging, but otherwise great. The staff was also very friendly!

Great location in Debrecen centre and on tram line. The room was spacious, well equipped and very clean. Staff speak very good English and are very welcoming and kind. We came with our four young children and were very happy we chose this hotel.

Nice stay for 1 night. Recommended!

Very nice and clean. The panzio is on the main road but the apartments are in a quiet side street. The beds on the gallerie are super cool for older kids, a bit steep for toddlers. Spacious rooms, sufficient air conditioning, walking distance from restaurants. Some has own bathroom and for bigger families or friends, rooms can be opened together. The apartments has a common kitchenette too with cooking possibility. Family friendly, great staff, 24 hours reception available.
